The new Doom game might be one of the best looking video games we’ve seen in a while. However, in order to run it in its full glory, you might be wondering if your rig is enough. Well, it’s hard to say… If you’re still playing on your old computer you might want to change some parts.

Doom Eternal is just a couple of weeks away and it’s a fairly intensive game for your PC’s graphics card. In short, minimum GPU requirements for Doom Eternal are the same as the recommended settings for 2016’s Doom which is not ideal. Furthermore, minimum spec players will only be able to play in 1080p at 60 FPS, while those who own a powerful machine meeting recommended specs will enjoy Doom Eternal in 1440p and 60 FPS.

Here’s some number your PC needs to meet in order to play the game:

Minimum

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7/64-Bit Windows 10
