We’ve been waiting for some news about the new Dragon Age game for quite a while and it seems that the wait is almost over. EA confirmed that Dragon Age 4 will get its “next reveal” during The Game Awards 2020 which is scheduled to air this Thursday.

The news broke prior to Geof Keighley’s tweet and was announced via an official press release that was sent out in order to celebrate Dragon Age Day. It came with 4 new short stories set in the Dragon Age universe – The Next One by Bryanna Battye, Ruins of Reality by John Dombrow, The Wake by Mary Kirby, and Minrathous Shadows by Sheryl Chee. You can find them all by following this link.

While we haven’t read all of them, it’s fairly safe to assume that some of the stuff in the stories might tease the set up of Dragon Age 4. Keep-eyed readers might pick up on these details and can already guess what Dragon Age 4 might feel like.

In case you didn’t know, two years ago EA and BioWare teased the new Dragon Age game for the first time at The Game Awards ceremony. It’s fitting to have the full reveal at the same event after the initial tease.

Never played Dragon Age games? Don’t worry – we have plenty of good deals for some of the games in the series!
