Almost every month we have to break some sad news for the gaming fans. Yesterday, Bethesda and id Software released a statement in which the company released an apology to the fans of Doom series and announced the delay on the upcoming Doom Eternal game.

Doom Eternal was one of the most anticipated games of 2019, which had to be released on November 22nd. However, now Doom Eternal is pushed back to spring 2020 and should be released on March 20th. We should also add that the new date will only mark the release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, while the Nintendo Switch version will be delayed even further.

Well, that sucks… However, as with any delay, the developers are trying to ease the pain of waiting by giving some additional stuff. id Software also mentioned that Doom 64 which was announced in a recent Nintendo Direct stream is now an official pre-order bonus for Doom Eternal. It will arrive on March 20th as well.
