Finally, it is confirmed. Death Stranding will brace the PC platform in the coming June. June 2nd to be exact. According to the news, it will come out on Steam and Epic Games Store simultaneously and will bring photo mode, high framerate cap, and ultra-wide monitor support.

In addition to all these new features, the developers of the game also announced that the PC version of Death Stranding will launch with the Half-Life crossover. You can check out a sneak peek at the end of the video where Sam is rocking the Head Crab helmet.

For those who didn’t know, the PC version of Death Stranding is being developed by 505 Games, not Kojima Productions. In a special blog post detailing the release of the game Senior Brand Community Manager at 505 Games, Antonela Pounder, wrote:

“Let us take this opportunity to thank this incredible community for their support since we announced the PC edition of DEATH STRANDING last year. The response has been overwhelming and we’re super grateful for the support you’ve shown us across our social channels. Today is a super exciting day for the team and we hope you guys feel the same way too.”

June 2nd is not that far off, so we can start waiting. As soon as we hear some more news or a new addition to Death Stranding on PC, we’ll keep you posted.
