The Elder Scrolls Online might be one of the biggest MMORPG games in the past few years. It shouldn’t be a surprise considering recent Blizzard struggles with the latest World of Warcraft: Shadowlands expansion. Last week, Bethesda Softworks packed another punch to boost the popularity of TESO, unveiling their plans for 2019.

Plans include a set of various DLCs and a new story chapter Elsweyr, which consists of four different parts. All of these updates will be themed according to their annual event Season of the Dragon.

As you might’ve guessed, the expansion is set in the lands of Elsweyr, the home of cat-people known as Khajit. Bethesda says that the new zone in size and scope will be similar to the recent Summerset expansion, packing at least 30 hours worth of content. Elsweyr will also include a new class – the Necromancer.

While the new chapter will only launch on June 4th, the dragons in the game will appear a bit earlier. Upcoming February marks the launch of Wrathstone DLC, which will unlock the gates and unleash the dragons to the world of TESO.
