The same thoughts probably crossed the mind of Lauren Hissrich who is the showrunner for The Witcher, so he went on Twitter and officially revealed that Season 2 will be happening. According to some sources, the second season will follow the same formula as the first one and will have eight episodes following our beloved Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri.
