MAC-10 | Strats

MAC-10 | Strats is a CS2 SMG skin for the Terrorist side, featuring a dark gray hydrographic finish covered in construction-plan details. Pale lines, blue markings, and utility symbols give the compact weapon an industrial, technical look. It suits players who prefer diagram-based designs and comes in every exterior, with standard and Souvenir versions available.

Description

MAC-10 | Strats gives the Terrorist-side SMG a technical appearance built around construction and utility diagrams. The weapon combines a high rate of fire with substantial recoil and limited spread accuracy. Its hydrographic finish places intricate markings across the receiver and grip rather than relying on a single large illustration. A dark gray base keeps the pale plan lines and scattered blue accents visually distinct. The detailed body contrasts with a simpler light gray magazine and beige woven strap. This combination suits players who want an industrial finish with small details to inspect instead of bright, uninterrupted color blocks. Standard and Souvenir copies offer different ownership options without changing the underlying Strats design. Buyers can compare the version, exterior, exact float, and visible finish when choosing a copy for their CS2 loadout.

History and Origin

MAC-10 | Strats was released on September 21, 2021. Its introduction accompanied the Operation Riptide update and the arrival of The 2021 Vertigo Collection. Valve created the skin, rather than a community designer. No StatTrak™ version is available. The design draws on construction, ventilation, and wiring plans associated with the 51st floor. Souvenir versions are associated with 6 souvenir packages. These include the Stockholm 2021 Vertigo Souvenir Package and the Antwerp 2022 Vertigo Souvenir Package. Today, players can pursue the souvenir-package route or obtain an existing copy through the Steam Community Market and player-to-player trades.

Finish Style

The Hydrographic finish translates construction and utility plans into a dense technical pattern across the weapon. The receiver and grip use a dark gray base beneath fine pale gray lines. Angular outlines, small symbols, and tiny lettering create the appearance of layered construction diagrams rather than freehand decoration. Scattered blue markings interrupt the gray palette and add small points of color throughout the patterned areas. Broad pale streaks cross the top and sides of the receiver, creating larger shapes among the finer details. The short barrel remains mostly dark gray, keeping its appearance simpler than the body behind it. A plain light gray magazine provides another clear contrast with the busy receiver and grip. The pale beige woven strap hanging from the front adds a fabric texture alongside the plan-covered surfaces.

Float Value

MAC-10 | Strats has a float value range of 0.00 to 0.60. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, so none of the standard exterior categories are missing. Standard and Souvenir versions are available; version availability is separate from the exterior condition of an individual copy.

Rarity and Popularity

MAC-10 | Strats belongs to the Consumer Grade rarity tier. Its acquisition chance from the Vertigo 2021 Collection is 16.0%, a collection figure rather than a stated probability for a particular souvenir package. Documented professional owners include Stewie2K, sinnopsyy, and ewjerkz, although ownership alone does not establish market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Construction-plan graphics give the SMG a distinct technical identity

• Blue markings add color without dominating the gray finish

• Detailed receiver contrasts with a simple magazine and woven strap

• Souvenir options connect the finish with Vertigo tournament packages

Price Range

The live MAC-10 | Strats CS2 skin price ranges from $0.19 to $20.00. These bounds cover the whole skin, rather than a particular exterior or version. Its inexpensive price level makes appearance and condition useful starting points when choosing a play skin. Exterior, exact float, and standard or Souvenir status distinguish listings even when the finish name matches. Before a buy, sell, or trade decision, compare those details and the listing images alongside the asking price.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Souvenir Package

MAC-10 | Strats can be obtained by opening an associated Vertigo Souvenir Package. Known options include the Stockholm 2021 Vertigo Souvenir Package and the Antwerp 2022 Vertigo Souvenir Package. Players can open an associated Souvenir Package or buy an existing copy on the Steam Community Market.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

An existing MAC-10 | Strats can be bought on the Steam Community Market. Check whether the listing is standard or Souvenir, then compare its exterior and any available inspection details. This route allows buyers to select a listed copy instead of relying on a package outcome.

4. Trade with Other Players

Players can obtain MAC-10 | Strats through a player-to-player trade involving an existing copy. Confirm the offered version, exterior, and exact float before accepting, especially when comparing standard and Souvenir listings. The trade route changes ownership of the listed item rather than generating a new package result.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The skin's inexpensive price level and Consumer Grade rarity make it accessible, but neither establishes strong resale demand. Standard and Souvenir copies should be compared separately, with exterior and exact float checked before assigning a trade value. Professional ownership adds context, while uncertainty around supply changes and sustained buying interest limits a confident short-term investment case.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Valve-created finish with a distinct construction-plan identity

• Souvenir connections to named Vertigo tournament packages

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Accessible pricing for industrial-themed SMG loadouts

The investment rating is medium-to-poor, reflecting inexpensive pricing and Consumer Grade rarity without an established scarcity-driven case. The Valve design, Souvenir options, and documented professional ownership provide collecting appeal, but do not prove rising demand. The main risk is buying for appreciation when future resale interest and price direction remain uncertain.
