MAC-10 | Echoing Sands

MAC-10 | Echoing Sands is a CS2 SMG skin with muted desert colors and fine contour-like linework. Sandy-gold hardware contrasts with a dark gray and brown body, while a small scarab adds detail near the rear. It suits players building understated, earth-toned loadouts. All exterior grades are available, with regular and Souvenir versions to compare.

Description

The MAC-10 | Echoing Sands gives the Terrorist-side MAC-10 a desert-inspired Custom Paint Job in CS2. The weapon combines a high rate of fire with substantial recoil and less precise spread. Dark gray and muted brown establish a subdued base across the receiver and grip. Sand-colored curves and broader tan markings bring environmental shapes into the design without dominating the weapon's silhouette. A scarab beneath the wire stock provides a small focal point beyond the main camouflage. The contrast between the patterned body and plain, gold-toned hardware gives the finish a restrained appearance. Souvenir copies offer collectors an alternative version while retaining the same desert-themed design. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float and version to find a copy that fits their inventory and budget.

History and Origin

MAC-10 | Echoing Sands was released on April 24, 2023. It arrived with The Anubis Collection in the "Anubis Skins" update. The artwork was created by dC, a Steam Workshop community designer. Desert camouflage and desert environments informed the finish's sand-colored patterns. Souvenir availability extends to 4 packages. These include the Paris 2023 Anubis Souvenir Package and Copenhagen 2024 Anubis Souvenir Package. Today, collection trade-ups provide a route to a possible Industrial Grade result, including this skin. Existing copies can also be purchased on the Steam Community Market or exchanged through player-to-player trades.

Finish Style

Echoing Sands uses a Custom Paint Job built around desert camouflage and environmental inspiration. The receiver and grip carry dark gray and muted brown surfaces. Thin, wavy sand-colored lines cross those areas, resembling the contours of desert terrain. Broader tan stripes and angular patches add larger shapes along the receiver. Near the rear, a small scarab sits beneath the wire stock. The barrel, trigger guard, wire stock and long magazine have pale sandy-gold surfaces with bright metallic highlights. A dark, woven-looking strap hangs from the front, attached with pale metal fittings. Most of the intricate decoration stays on the body and grip, leaving the hardware comparatively plain.

Float Value

The float value range for MAC-10 | Echoing Sands is 0.02 to 0.80. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. Regular and Souvenir copies exist, but there is no StatTrak™ version; assess cosmetic condition separately from version availability.

Rarity and Popularity

MAC-10 | Echoing Sands is an Industrial Grade skin in The Anubis Collection. Its chance of being obtained from the collection is 4.0%. Known professional owners include flusha, s1mple and TaZ, although ownership alone does not establish market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Desert-inspired colors for understated loadouts

• Fine contour linework and a small scarab motif

• Sandy-gold hardware against a darker body

• Souvenir options for collection-focused inventories

Price Range

The live MAC-10 | Echoing Sands price range is $0.12 to $13.75. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a fixed exterior or version. Exterior labels provide a starting point, while exact float helps distinguish copies within the same condition category. Regular and Souvenir listings should be compared separately because version is another attribute beyond cosmetic condition. Before buying, check the asking price, listed float and visible finish details on the particular copy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Souvenir Package

Open an eligible Anubis Souvenir Package for a chance at a Souvenir copy. Examples include the Paris 2023 Anubis Souvenir Package and Copenhagen 2024 Anubis Souvenir Package. Opening a package does not guarantee this particular skin.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract can use 10 Consumer Grade skins from The Anubis Collection to produce 1 Industrial Grade skin from that collection. Echoing Sands is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Industrial Grade skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy an existing MAC-10 | Echoing Sands listing on the Steam Community Market. Check the copy's exterior, float and regular or Souvenir status before comparing its asking price.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trading offers another route by exchanging items with an owner of this MAC-10. Confirm the offered copy's exterior, float and version before agreeing to the trade.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The low price level makes this an accessible play skin, but does not establish strong investment demand. Future supply and resale demand remain uncertain, so scarcity or quick turnover should not be assumed. When buying, selling or trading, compare regular and Souvenir copies by exterior, exact float and asking price.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Established place in The Anubis Collection

• Known professional ownership

• Souvenir versions broaden collecting options

• Distinctive scarab detail and desert styling

The investment rating is medium-to-poor: its low price level and Industrial Grade rarity favor a play-skin purchase over a scarcity-led investment. Professional ownership and Souvenir options provide collecting appeal, but uncertain future supply and resale demand are the main risks.
