Short Description

MAC-10 | Stalker is a CS2 SMG skin with a bright cat-themed Gunsmith finish. Yellow and orange paint, black stripes and neon-blue artwork give it a bold, graphic appearance. The look suits colorful loadouts and players who prefer expressive weapon designs. It comes in Factory New through Battle-Scarred, with standard, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions available.

Description

MAC-10 | Stalker gives the Terrorist-side SMG a colorful identity in CS2. The weapon fires rapidly, with high recoil and limited spread accuracy as its trade-offs. Its painted body combines yellow and orange with black striping and bright blue shapes. A neon-blue cat head forms the focal point on the rear side of the receiver. Dark weapon parts frame the artwork without carrying the same busy pattern. This finish suits players who want prominent color contrasts rather than a subdued loadout. It belongs to The Shattered Web Collection and carries Covert rarity. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float and version to choose a copy that fits their cosmetic preferences.

History and Origin

MAC-10 | Stalker was released on November 18, 2019, with the Operation Shattered Web update. Its case origin is the Shattered Web Case, which introduced the skin alongside that release. Steam Workshop community designer Zaphk created the finish. The item is part of The Shattered Web Collection, which also determines its collection-based trade-up route. As of October 9, 2026, the Shattered Web Case no longer drops. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new drops of this case. Existing cases can still be purchased on the market and opened. Today, buyers can also obtain existing copies through marketplaces or player trades, separately from opening the original case.

Finish Style

Stalker uses the Gunsmith finish style for its colorful, cat-themed artwork. Yellow and orange cover most of the receiver, with black stripes breaking up the warm base. Bright blue shapes overlap these colors and give the painted body a layered appearance. A large neon-blue cat head occupies the receiver's rear side, with pink details around its mouth and ears. Speckled marks, angular lines and small dark lettering add detail around the main artwork. The grip continues the yellow, black and blue palette below the receiver. Diagonal blue stripes run across the long, dark magazine, visually connecting it with the blue accents above. The muzzle, trigger guard and stock remain dark, while a bright yellow strap at the front contrasts with the painted body.

Float Value

The float value of MAC-10 | Stalker ranges from 0.00 to 1.00. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions exist, with version choice separate from the cosmetic condition described by the exterior and float.

Rarity and Popularity

MAC-10 | Stalker has Covert rarity. Its chance of appearing from the Shattered Web Case is 0.32%, about 1 in 313 openings. Professional players EmiliaQAQ, Plopski and roeJ own the skin, although ownership alone does not establish market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Neon-blue cat artwork creates a clear focal point

• Yellow, orange and black suit colorful loadouts

• Full exterior range offers different condition choices

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions broaden collecting options

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for MAC-10 | Stalker is $29.12 to $1,484.73. These bounds cover the whole skin, not fixed prices for particular exteriors or versions. Compare individual listings by exterior and exact float value rather than relying on the overall range alone. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir copies should be checked separately when deciding what price to buy, sell or trade at.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Shattered Web Case

Open a Shattered Web Case for a chance to obtain this skin. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought and opened; the Stalker chance is 0.32%, so the result is not guaranteed.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A trade-up contract using 10 Classified skins from The Shattered Web Collection produces 1 Covert skin from that collection. Stalker is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Covert skins, so compare input costs with a direct purchase.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy an existing MAC-10 | Stalker directly on the Steam Community Market instead of relying on a random case result. Check the exterior and whether the listing is standard, StatTrak or Souvenir before choosing a copy.

5. Trade with Other Players

Obtain the skin through a player-to-player trade using an offer both parties accept. Verify the item, exterior, float and version before confirming, since those details distinguish the copy being exchanged.

Trading and Investment Considerations

With no new Shattered Web Case drops, openings consume existing case supply, while trade-up contracts remain another route to the skin. Professional ownership supports visibility, but price history and listing depth are uncertain, leaving sustained demand and resale speed unproven. Buy, sell or trade comparisons should distinguish exterior, exact float and standard, StatTrak or Souvenir versions.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired case with no new drops

• Covert rarity with a low case-opening chance

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Distinctive neon cat artwork

The editorial investment rating is medium-to-good, based on the retired case, low Covert odds and documented professional ownership. These support a scarcity-based holding case, not a verified record of price growth. The main risk is uncertain demand and resale speed for the particular exterior and version purchased.
