MAC-10 | Candy Apple

MAC-10 | Candy Apple is a CS2 SMG skin with a bright red receiver and dark gray to black hardware. Its Solid Color finish keeps the weapon free of elaborate graphics, letting the contrasting colors define the look. It suits players who prefer a simple red-and-black loadout. Standard and Souvenir versions are available in Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested.

Description

MAC-10 | Candy Apple gives the Terrorist-side SMG a straightforward red-and-black finish in CS2. The bright receiver draws attention to the weapon's boxy body without covering it in decorative artwork. Dark barrel, grip and magazine sections keep the color layout clearly separated across the weapon. A textured hanging strap and small contrasting controls add detail to the otherwise restrained appearance. The MAC-10's high rate of fire comes with strong recoil and limited spread accuracy, while this finish changes its presentation. Its clean color scheme suits players building a coordinated loadout around red accents and dark equipment. Souvenir availability also gives buyers an event-linked alternative to the standard version. Before choosing a copy, buyers can compare its exterior, exact float value and version rather than relying on the finish name alone.

History and Origin

MAC-10 | Candy Apple was released in CS:GO on November 27, 2013. Its introduction came with the DreamHack 2013 update. Valve created the finish, rather than a community designer. The skin belongs to The Train Collection, which establishes its collection identity for buyers and trade-up users. A Souvenir version provides a separate acquisition route alongside the standard item. The skin is included in 12 Souvenir packages. Compatible examples include the DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package and the EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package. Today, acquisition options include compatible Souvenir package openings, eligible trade-up contracts, Steam Community Market purchases and trades with other players.

Finish Style

Candy Apple's Solid Color finish uses separately painted components to create its red-and-black palette. Bright red covers the receiver, making the main body the visual focal point. Raised horizontal ridges and small recessed details remain visible along its side. The barrel, trigger guard, grip, magazine and folded stock appear dark gray to black. Small side controls and fasteners contrast with the receiver without adding another large area of color. A gray strap hangs near the front, with a visible woven texture that adds a different surface detail. There are no visible illustrations, lettering or decorative patterns competing with the painted sections. The overall character comes from the separation between the red body and dark hardware, rather than intricate artwork or a complex pattern.

Float Value

The MAC-10 | Candy Apple float range is 0.00 to 0.30. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested, with no Well-Worn or Battle-Scarred versions. Souvenir versions are available, but there is no StatTrak™ edition; version availability is separate from a copy's cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

MAC-10 | Candy Apple is an Industrial Grade skin from The Train Collection. Its collection acquisition odds are 2.67%, described as about 1 in 37 outcomes. Documented professional owners include flusha, TACO and f0rest, though ownership alone does not establish current market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Bright red receiver with clearly contrasting dark hardware

• Simple Solid Color styling without decorative graphics

• Souvenir options linked to historic tournament packages

• Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested choices

Price Range

The live MAC-10 | Candy Apple price range is $0.14 to $13.00. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a fixed quote for any particular exterior or version. Compare Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested listings according to the condition being offered. Exact float value provides another distinction between copies sharing the same exterior label. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, keep standard and Souvenir listings separate before deciding where to buy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Souvenir Package

Open a compatible Souvenir Package for a chance to obtain the Souvenir edition. The skin appears in 12 packages, including the DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package and the EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package. Package opening does not allow the buyer to select this skin as the result.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A trade-up contract can use 10 Consumer Grade skins from The Train Collection to produce 1 Industrial Grade skin from that collection. Candy Apple is a possible result, rather than a guaranteed output. The result is random among the collection's Industrial Grade skins, so a contract is not a direct purchase.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy the skin directly through a matching listing on the Steam Community Market. Check whether the listing is standard or Souvenir, then confirm its exterior and float value. Unlike a package opening or trade-up contract, a direct purchase selects the listed item.

5. Trade with Other Players

The skin can also be obtained through a trade with another player. Confirm the offered copy's exterior, float value and Souvenir status before accepting the exchange. Compare like-for-like listings when deciding what to offer, rather than treating every Candy Apple copy as interchangeable.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Available versions give traders standard and Souvenir copies to compare, but total circulating supply is not established. Professional ownership provides visibility without proving strong buyer demand or a predictable resale pace. When planning to buy, sell or trade, match version and condition carefully; neither a reliable price trend nor supply contraction is verified.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Distinctive red-and-black Solid Color appearance

• Valve-created finish from The Train Collection

• Souvenir availability through historic tournament packages

• Documented ownership by flusha, TACO and f0rest

The investment rating is medium, supported by its accessible price level, Souvenir availability and documented professional ownership. Those traits offer reasons to consider it as a playing skin or collectible, rather than assuming a profitable flip. The main risk is uncertain resale demand, with insufficient price-history and supply evidence to support an appreciation claim.
