MP7 | Smoking Kills

MP7 | Smoking Kills is a Classified CS2 SMG skin with a colorful Gunsmith finish. A pink-haired woman wearing dark glasses anchors the artwork, surrounded by smoke-like shapes and bright lettering. Its teal, turquoise, and purple palette suits players who prefer illustrated weapons with strong color contrasts. All exteriors are available, alongside standard, StatTrak™, and Souvenir versions.

Description

The MP7 | Smoking Kills gives the German-made MP7 a character-led design built around colorful painted artwork. Its central figure wears dark glasses and smokes a cigarette, making the portrait the defining feature of the finish. Dark teal bodywork provides a contrasting background, while turquoise, purple, and yellow accents spread the color across the weapon. The MP7 is intended for high-impact close-range combat, placing this artwork in the SMG slot of a CS2 loadout. The look suits players who want a detailed illustration rather than a restrained, mostly plain appearance. Buyers can choose an exterior and exact float value before deciding between standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir copies. Professional owners include w0nderful, koala, and facecrack. For a purchase or trade, the useful comparison is the individual copy's appearance, condition, and version rather than its name alone.

History and Origin

MP7 | Smoking Kills was released on September 16, 2025, with the Sealed Genesis Terminal. Its introduction was part of the Genesis Skins update, establishing the release context for this MP7 finish. Steam Workshop community designer 48 created the skin, giving the illustrated design a named creator. It belongs to The Genesis Collection, which also determines the collection requirement for its trade-up route. Today, buyers can obtain listed copies through the Steam Community Market instead of relying on the original terminal route. Player-to-player trading offers another way to acquire an existing copy, with its exterior and version selected before the exchange. Eligible Restricted skins from The Genesis Collection can also produce this Classified finish through a trade-up contract, although the result is random.

Finish Style

The Gunsmith finish presents a painted illustration with distinct color treatments across the MP7's body and attachments. Most of the receiver is dark teal, while bright turquoise marks the front housing and vertical foregrip. A vivid pink-haired woman occupies the rear side of the receiver, with dark glasses and a cigarette defining the portrait. White smoke-like shapes run across the upper body around yellow "SMOKING" lettering, adding another layer above the main background. The magazine is purple, with pale violet highlights and faint outlined graphics that continue the illustrated treatment below the receiver. Purple accents also appear on the rear stock, connecting that section visually with the magazine. The barrel and smaller fittings remain mostly dark, separating the mechanical details from the brighter artwork. Together, these placements give the body a busy, colorful character while leaving the darker components as clear visual contrasts.

Float Value

MP7 | Smoking Kills has an exact float range of 0.00 to 1.00, covering its full available span of cosmetic condition. It comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, with no exterior missing from that selection. StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions are also available, but version availability is separate from the exterior and exact float of an individual copy.

Rarity and Popularity

MP7 | Smoking Kills is Classified, making rarity a separate consideration from its float value or cosmetic exterior. Its stated chance as a Sealed Genesis Terminal outcome is 1.07%, so that route does not guarantee this particular finish. Ownership by w0nderful, koala, and facecrack establishes professional ownership, but does not by itself measure market demand or sale speed.

Why it’s Popular:

• Pink-haired portrait gives the receiver a distinctive focal point

• Teal, turquoise, and purple create strong color contrasts

• Every exterior is available for different condition preferences

• StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions add ownership choices

Price Range

The live MP7 | Smoking Kills price range is $3.08 to $100.77. This range covers the whole skin rather than a fixed quote for any particular exterior or version. Exterior and exact float help distinguish otherwise similar listings, so the overall CS2 skin price range cannot describe every individual copy. Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir listings should be compared as separate version choices without assuming matching prices. Before deciding to buy, sell, or trade, check those details alongside the item images and the asking price of the specific listing.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Trade Up Contracts

A trade-up contract uses 10 Restricted skins from The Genesis Collection to produce 1 Classified skin from that collection. MP7 | Smoking Kills is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Classified skins. This route offers a chance at the finish rather than a guaranteed way to select it.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

MP7 | Smoking Kills can be bought through listings on the Steam Community Market. Compare the listed exterior and version, and check any available item details before choosing a copy rather than treating every listing as interchangeable.

4. Trade with Other Players

Players can obtain MP7 | Smoking Kills through a player-to-player exchange instead of purchasing a market listing. Check the offered copy's exact float, exterior, and standard, StatTrak, or Souvenir status before accepting the trade.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir options provide several listing categories, but their availability does not demonstrate limited supply. Professional ownership offers a concrete sign of player interest, not proof of sustained demand or quick resale. For trading, compare like-for-like versions and floats; a firm long-term supply trend or price history is not established.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Distinctive portrait-led Gunsmith artwork

• Supported ownership by named professional players

• StatTrak™ and Souvenir version options

• Membership in The Genesis Collection

The investment rating is medium, supported by distinctive artwork, professional ownership, and a choice of collectible versions. These features make the skin worth comparing, but they do not establish consistent price growth. The main risk is uncertain future demand and supply, so a purchase should not depend on an expected profitable resale.
