MP7 | Skulls

MP7 | Skulls is a CS2 SMG skin with a skull-patterned Hydrographic finish. Gray and charcoal skulls cover the body and grips, contrasting with dark hardware and a deep purple magazine. The detailed design suits players who prefer graphic-heavy weapons in a restrained palette. It comes in Minimal Wear and Field-Tested, with StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions also available.

Description

MP7 | Skulls gives the CS2 submachine gun a detailed skull motif across its main surfaces. The German-made MP7 is a weapon designed for close-range combat, making this a finish for an SMG loadout. Its hydrographic treatment extends across the receiver, barrel housing and grips rather than stopping at a single decorative panel. A mostly plain purple magazine adds a distinct color block beneath the patterned body. Dark rails, sights and stock frame the lighter skull imagery without competing with its details. The look suits players who want recognizable graphic elements while keeping most of the weapon's colors subdued. Buyers have Minimal Wear and Field-Tested options, alongside standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions. When comparing copies, the useful distinctions are the individual float value, exterior and version rather than the finish name alone.

History and Origin

MP7 | Skulls entered CS:GO on August 14, 2013, with the Arms Deal update. Valve created the skin rather than a community designer. It belongs to The Arms Deal Collection, connecting its collection identity with that release. The CS:GO Weapon Case was the case containing the finish at launch. That historical acquisition route remains available because existing cases can still be purchased and opened. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, and the CS:GO Weapon Case no longer drops. Case-based acquisition therefore depends on existing stock rather than newly dropped cases. Players can also acquire an existing skin through the Steam Community Market or a trade with another player.

Finish Style

The Hydrographic finish combines a skull pattern with red or black accents. In the inventory view, the receiver and barrel housing carry the pattern across the upper body. The vertical foregrip and pistol grip continue the imagery onto the weapon's lower surfaces. Light gray, beige-gray and charcoal tones give the skull-covered sections a muted palette. Overlapping skulls vary in size, with dark eye sockets breaking up the lighter areas. Outlined jaws and visible rows of teeth make the individual shapes distinguishable within the dense arrangement. The exposed magazine is deep purple and has a mostly plain surface, separating it visually from the patterned grips. The stock, top rail, sights and side rail remain dark gray to black. Together, the busy skull-covered sections and simpler fittings create contrast without relying on bright colors throughout the weapon.

Float Value

MP7 | Skulls has a float range of 0.10 to 0.26. Its available exteriors are Minimal Wear and Field-Tested, with no Factory New, Well-Worn or Battle-Scarred copies. StatTrak and Souvenir versions also exist, but those version labels are separate from the float value and exterior describing cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

MP7 | Skulls has Mil-Spec Grade rarity and belongs to The Arms Deal Collection. A CS:GO Weapon Case opening has a 26.64% chance of yielding this skin. Professional players s1mple, bondik and m0NESY have owned it, although that ownership does not establish current buying demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Detailed skull imagery across the body and grips

• Muted gray tones contrasted by a purple magazine

• StatTrak and Souvenir options for different collecting preferences

• Arms Deal origins and documented professional ownership

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for MP7 | Skulls is $10.33 to $29.54. These bounds cover the item as a whole, not a particular exterior or version. Compare Minimal Wear and Field-Tested listings by their individual float values rather than relying solely on the exterior label. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir copies are distinct options, so confirm the version before comparing asking prices. For a useful buy or sell comparison, match the exterior and version, then inspect the specific copy's condition.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the CS:GO Weapon Case

Open the CS:GO Weapon Case for a chance to obtain MP7 | Skulls. Existing cases can still be bought and opened, although no new cases drop. A case opening does not guarantee this particular Mil-Spec Grade result.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy an existing copy on the Steam Community Market instead of relying on a case opening. Check its exterior, float value and version carefully, since a standard copy, a StatTrak copy and a Souvenir copy are different purchase choices.

4. Trade with Other Players

MP7 | Skulls can also be obtained through trades with other players. Confirm the offered copy's exterior, float value and version before agreeing to an exchange. Use comparable listings to assess the trade rather than treating every copy of the finish as interchangeable.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The retired CS:GO Weapon Case receives no new drops, but existing cases can still add MP7 | Skulls copies through openings. Professional ownership documents use of the finish, not the strength of current demand or future price growth. When deciding to buy, sell or trade, compare matching versions and exteriors before assessing the significance of an individual float.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Case supply receives no new drops

• Original Arms Deal Collection provenance

• Distinctive skull-patterned Hydrographic finish

• StatTrak and Souvenir collecting options

• Documented professional ownership

The editorial investment rating is medium, supported by retired case supply, Arms Deal origins and documented professional ownership. Those features provide collectible context, but they do not establish a price trend or promise resale gains. The main risk is uncertain current demand while unopened cases can still produce additional copies.
