MP7 | Scorched

The MP7 | Scorched is a CS2 SMG skin with a dark, mottled Spray-Paint finish. Charcoal black, muted tan and brown patches give its body a soft-edged, sun-dappled appearance. The restrained palette suits players building understated loadouts without prominent text or graphic motifs. It comes in Factory New through Battle-Scarred, including Souvenir copies, but has no StatTrak™ version.

Description

MP7 | Scorched gives the CS2 submachine gun a subdued finish built around scattered patches of dark and earthy color. The German-made MP7 is intended for close-range combat, making this a finish for players selecting an SMG for that role. Its receiver carries charcoal coloring interrupted by irregular tan and brown areas rather than a sharply outlined illustration. The pattern continues onto the grip and long magazine, carrying the same colors across several visible weapon parts. Without prominent lettering or distinct graphic motifs, the mottled paint itself defines the skin's appearance. Its muted palette suits players who prefer a restrained weapon finish over a bright centerpiece in their loadout. Collection-focused buyers can also identify the item through its association with The Norse Collection. When choosing a copy, buyers can compare exterior, exact float value, listing images and whether it is a regular or Souvenir version.

History and Origin

MP7 | Scorched was released on November 18, 2019, establishing its original introduction date. It arrived with The Norse Collection during the Operation Shattered Web update. Valve created the finish, rather than a community designer. Its flavor text associates the Phoenix with renewal instead of destruction, through a remark attributed to the revolutionary Valeria Jenner. Existing copies can be purchased directly through Eneba Skins. The Steam Community Market also provides a current buying route through listings for the item. Existing copies can additionally change hands through player-to-player trades, keeping present-day acquisition separate from the skin's historical introduction.

Finish Style

Scorched uses the Spray-Paint finish style to create an uneven, sun-dappled arrangement of color. The receiver is predominantly charcoal black, forming the dark foundation of the visible design. Muted tan and brown patches interrupt that base in irregular shapes rather than orderly stripes or repeating geometric figures. Their blurred edges give the pattern a soft appearance, with gradual transitions between the dark and lighter areas. The same treatment extends across the grip and long magazine, maintaining the mottled look below the receiver. The folded stock and vertical foregrip also combine dark coloring with lighter patches. The barrel, top rail, sights and side rail remain mainly dark, although pale highlights appear along some edges. No text or distinct graphic motif dominates the visible finish, leaving the scattered patches as its defining visual feature.

Float Value

The float value ranges from 0.06 to 0.80, with Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred exteriors available. Souvenir copies are available alongside regular versions of this skin. Exterior and float describe cosmetic condition, while the Souvenir designation is a separate version detail to verify in each listing.

Rarity and Popularity

MP7 | Scorched has Consumer Grade rarity and belongs to The Norse Collection. Its stated chance from that collection is 16.0%, which describes a probability rather than a guarantee of receiving this finish. Recorded professional owners include kioShiMa, Spiidi and syrsoN, providing a supported ownership connection without establishing broader market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Muted charcoal, tan and brown suit understated loadouts

• Soft-edged patches create a distinctive sun-dappled finish

• Factory New through Battle-Scarred options accommodate different condition preferences

• Souvenir availability adds another version for collection-focused buyers

Price Range

The live MP7 | Scorched CS2 skin price range is $4.14 to $54.85. This range covers the whole item; prices for individual exteriors and versions may differ. Individual listings should be checked for float value, exterior and whether the copy carries the Souvenir designation. A Field-Tested listing does not establish a price for another exterior, even when both share the same finish. Comparing the exact variant and its displayed condition helps buyers assess an offer before they buy, sell or trade.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The Steam Community Market offers a direct buying route for MP7 | Scorched through existing listings rather than a random collection selection. Buyers should verify the exterior, float value and regular or Souvenir designation on the specific item before purchasing.

3. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades provide another way to obtain the Scorched finish by exchanging an agreed offer for an existing copy. Both parties should confirm the MP7 item name, exterior, float value and Souvenir status before accepting a trade.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Current supply and resale demand across the full exterior range remain uncertain, so Field-Tested pricing alone does not establish market depth. Regular and Souvenir copies should be compared separately, with float value and exterior checked before evaluating a trade or sale. Professional ownership supports interest in the finish, but it does not establish how quickly a listed copy will sell.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Ownership by kioShiMa, Spiidi and syrsoN

• Association with The Norse Collection

• Souvenir availability for collection-focused buyers

• Restrained styling for dark, muted loadouts

The investment rating is medium, supported by professional ownership, The Norse Collection association and the available Souvenir option. The main risk is uncertain resale demand, since limited exterior pricing and an unestablished price history cannot demonstrate dependable market depth.
