FAMAS | Roll Cage

FAMAS | Roll Cage is a Covert CS2 rifle skin for the Counter-Terrorist side, finished with car-chassis-inspired decals. Bright red, black and off-white graphics meet muddy tan splatters across the weapon. Its busy racing-style appearance suits players who prefer decorated rifles over understated finishes. Every exterior is available, alongside StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

The FAMAS | Roll Cage brings a Gunsmith finish and a muddy racing aesthetic to a Counter-Terrorist rifle in CS2. The weapon itself serves as a budget option between more expensive rifles and less effective SMGs. This finish emphasizes angular graphics, contrasting panels and scattered decals rather than a uniform color scheme. Red and off-white areas draw attention across the receiver and stock, while black components give the design a darker foundation. The decorated magazine continues the bodywork theme instead of standing apart from the rest of the rifle. Mud-like streaks and scuffed-looking markings contribute to the design itself, so those details should not automatically be read as exterior wear. The look suits players building a red-accented loadout or seeking a rifle with an automotive theme. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float and version before choosing a copy, with listing images helping clarify its appearance.

History and Origin

FAMAS | Roll Cage was released on August 18, 2016. It arrived with the Gamma 2 Case in the "Gamma 2 Case Skins" update. Its creator, kosear, is a Steam Workshop community designer. The skin belongs to The Gamma 2 Collection, which also connects it to a possible trade-up result. Its visual concept combines a mud-covered car chassis with racing-style decoration and a safety-themed flavor line. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new Gamma 2 Case drops. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened, so that acquisition route remains available despite the retired drop status. Today, players can also obtain a specific copy through marketplace listings or player trades rather than relying on a random case result.

Finish Style

The Gunsmith finish gives the FAMAS a car-chassis-inspired appearance through custom decals, contrasting colors and muddy surface details. Bright red, black, off-white and tan patches cover the receiver and stock, creating a deliberately busy composition. The black carry handle carries small pale lettering, symbols and a circular red decal along its side. Angular red graphics and light panels decorate the rear stock, including a small numbered decal. The magazine has a red upper section, pale vertical markings and a muddy tan lower section. Mostly black surfaces on the barrel and pistol grip provide quieter areas beside the decorated body. Textured panels beneath the receiver and along the front of the grip add visible detail beyond the printed graphics. Irregular splatters, mud-like streaks and scuffed-looking marks complete the automotive theme without establishing any particular float or pattern premium.

Float Value

FAMAS | Roll Cage has a float value range of 0.00 to 1.00. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, with none of those exterior categories missing. StatTrak and Souvenir versions are also available, separate from the cosmetic condition and exact float of an individual copy.

Rarity and Popularity

FAMAS | Roll Cage has Covert rarity, separate from its exterior condition and version. Its stated chance from the Gamma 2 Case is 0.32%, or about 1 in 313 openings. Documented professional owners include FalleN, dupreeh and Zeus, although ownership alone does not establish current buying demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Racing-style decals give the rifle a distinct automotive theme

• Red, black and off-white suit coordinated loadouts

• Mud-like details create a deliberately rugged appearance

• StatTrak and Souvenir options offer different ownership choices

Price Range

The live FAMAS | Roll Cage price range is $84.23 to $264.61. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a fixed exterior or version. Compare regular, StatTrak and Souvenir listings separately, checking the exterior and exact float attached to each offer. Listing images are also useful because the finish includes intentional splatters and scuffed-looking details. When comparing a CS2 skin price across offers, match the item details rather than assuming every copy within the range is equivalent.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Gamma 2 Case

Open the Gamma 2 Case for a chance to receive Roll Cage, with stated odds of 0.32%. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. This route produces a random result rather than guaranteeing the desired skin.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Classified skins from The Gamma 2 Collection produces 1 Covert skin from that collection. FAMAS | Roll Cage is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Covert skins. This route therefore cannot guarantee a Roll Cage.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy FAMAS | Roll Cage on the Steam Community Market to select a listed copy instead of opening a case. Check the exterior, version and any available float information before comparing the offer with other listings.

5. Trade with Other Players

FAMAS | Roll Cage can also be obtained through trades with other players. Check the offered copy's exterior, float and version before agreeing to the exchange. Compare those details with the items being given up rather than treating all Roll Cage copies as interchangeable.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired case drops limit replenishment of Gamma 2 Cases, but stored cases can still produce new Roll Cage skins when opened. Professional ownership provides a documented connection to recognizable players, not proof of sustained demand or fast resale. To buy, sell or trade this finish, compare matching versions and exteriors without assuming a price trend from current asking prices alone.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Gamma 2 Case supply receives no new drops

• Covert rarity with documented case-opening odds

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Available in StatTrak and Souvenir versions

• Distinctive racing-style graphics and muddy detailing

The investment rating is medium, balancing retired case drops and documented professional ownership against uncertain demand and price direction. The main risk is that existing cases can still add skin supply, while current listings do not establish future resale prices or selling speed.
