FAMAS | Pulse

FAMAS | Pulse is a CS2 rifle skin for the Counter-Terrorist side, featuring bright fuchsia and purple fragments over dark charcoal. Its angular artwork suits players who prefer vivid accents on a dark weapon base. Available exteriors run from Factory New to Well-Worn, with no Battle-Scarred option. Standard, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions give buyers different options to compare.

Description

FAMAS | Pulse brings a fragmented pink-and-purple design to a Counter-Terrorist rifle in CS2. The weapon fills a budget-conscious role between more expensive rifles and less effective SMGs. Its Custom Paint Job combines a dark foundation with sharp, brightly colored shapes rather than a uniform painted surface. The busiest artwork sits across the receiver and stock, making those areas central to the finish's visual identity. This look suits loadouts built around purple or pink accents, while the charcoal base keeps substantial dark areas visible. Professional players FalleN, Happy and tarik have owned the skin. Buyers can choose among its available exterior categories and standard, StatTrak or Souvenir versions. Comparing the precise float and version helps separate cosmetic condition from the type of copy being offered.

History and Origin

FAMAS | Pulse was released on December 18, 2013, with the Winter Offensive update. Its original case source is the Winter Offensive Weapon Case. Steam Workshop community designer Thurnip created the finish. The skin belongs to The Winter Offensive Collection, which also provides its collection-based trade-up route. The Winter Offensive Weapon Case no longer drops following the rare drop pool's retirement on December 17, 2025. Existing cases remain available to buy on the market and open despite that change. Today, buyers can also obtain an existing copy through marketplace listings or trades with other players. Trade Up Contracts provide another creation route, although the collection's random Restricted result does not guarantee Pulse.

Finish Style

Pulse uses the Custom Paint Job finish style to create a sharp, fragmented graphic across the FAMAS. A dark charcoal base covers the receiver, carry handle and stock beneath bright fuchsia and purple patches. Larger colored fragments spread across the body, with especially noticeable clusters on the stock and front of the receiver. Thin dark lines divide the pink patches into irregular triangles, giving the artwork its angular structure. The carry handle combines patterned sections with broader plain dark areas, providing contrast against the busier receiver. Most of the barrel remains dark, with purple and pink bands appearing near its connection to the receiver. Smaller scattered fragments continue onto the pistol grip and magazine rather than matching the body's larger patches. The largely dark trigger guard and lower grip assembly balance the dense color elsewhere on the rifle.

Float Value

The float value of FAMAS | Pulse ranges from 0.00 to 0.40. It is available in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn, but never Battle-Scarred. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions are supported, with version choice remaining separate from the float-based cosmetic condition of an individual copy.

Rarity and Popularity

FAMAS | Pulse carries the Restricted rarity grade in The Winter Offensive Collection. Its chance from the Winter Offensive Weapon Case is 4.0%, or about 1 in 25 drops. Ownership by FalleN, Happy and tarik confirms ownership by professional players, but does not establish market-wide demand or how quickly a listing will sell.

Why it’s Popular:

• Bright fuchsia and purple fragments contrast with the charcoal base

• Angular artwork gives the receiver and stock a distinctive look

• StatTrak and Souvenir versions offer additional collecting choices

• Documented ownership by FalleN, Happy and tarik

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for FAMAS | Pulse is $7.21 to $106.99. Individual listings can differ by exterior, float value and whether the copy is standard, StatTrak or Souvenir. Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn provide separate exterior categories to compare. Check the exact float within an exterior rather than treating every copy in that category as identical. These bounds cover the whole skin, so compare matching versions and conditions when assessing a particular listing.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Winter Offensive Weapon Case

Open the Winter Offensive Weapon Case for a chance at this Restricted FAMAS finish. Its 4.0% chance means an opening does not guarantee Pulse. The case no longer drops, although existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract uses 10 Mil-Spec Grade skins from The Winter Offensive Collection to produce 1 Restricted skin from that collection. FAMAS | Pulse is a possible result, not a guaranteed outcome. The output is selected randomly among the collection's Restricted skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

FAMAS | Pulse can be bought directly on the Steam Community Market instead of pursuing a random case or contract result. Compare the listed exterior, float and version to identify the exact copy being purchased.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades offer another way to obtain the finish without opening its case. Before agreeing to a swap, check the offered copy's exterior, float and whether it is standard, StatTrak or Souvenir. Evaluate the specific items exchanged rather than relying only on the skin's overall price range.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired case drops prevent replenishment of unopened case supply, but existing cases and trade-ups remain routes to additional skin copies. Professional ownership provides visibility without establishing a reliable resale trend or broad demand. Traders should compare exterior, exact float and version when deciding which copy to buy, sell or trade.

Reasons it Holds Value

• No new case drops replenish unopened case supply

• Documented ownership by FalleN, Happy and tarik

• Distinctive fuchsia-and-purple artwork on a Counter-Terrorist rifle

• StatTrak and Souvenir versions broaden collecting options

The investment outlook for FAMAS | Pulse is medium. Retired case drops and documented professional ownership support its appeal, but neither establishes sustained price growth. Existing case openings and trade-ups can still add copies, making continued supply and uncertain demand the main risks.
