Short Description

The AUG | Triqua is a CS2 rifle skin that combines burnt orange paint, gunmetal triangles and carbon-fiber-style texture. Pale blue-gray outlines sharpen its angular design against dark grips and a mostly dark scope. The finish suits players who want visible color without covering the entire weapon in bright paint. It is available across all exterior grades, with standard, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions to consider.

Description

The AUG | Triqua brings a Custom Paint Job finish to the Counter-Terrorist side's scoped assault rifle in CS2. Its burnt orange and gunmetal palette gives the weapon a warm base with cool, angular accents. Carbon-fiber-style sections break up the painted panels while keeping the design focused on geometric shapes. The underlying AUG combines accuracy and low spread with a high rate of fire. Its long reload times remain worth considering when choosing the rifle for a Counter-Terrorist loadout. This finish suits players who prefer color balanced by dark weapon parts rather than an entirely bright surface. Professional players mixwell, chrisJ and Hyper have owned the skin. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float and version instead of treating every Triqua listing as an interchangeable copy.

History and Origin

AUG | Triqua was released on September 14, 2017, alongside the Spectrum 2 Case. Its introduction came through the update named "Spectrum 2 Case Skins". Steam Workshop community designer katzeimsack created the finish, establishing its community-designed origin. The skin belongs to The Spectrum 2 Collection, which identifies its collection separately from the case used to obtain it. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. The Spectrum 2 Case no longer drops, so its historic release route now depends on existing case supply. Those cases can still be bought on the market and opened; retirement did not remove that acquisition option. Today, direct purchases on the Steam Community Market and player trades also provide routes to a specific copy.

Finish Style

Triqua's Custom Paint Job combines a burnt orange base with gunmetal geometry and dark woven texture. Orange covers much of the rear body and stock, the trigger guard, and the bottom edge of the front grip. Gunmetal-gray triangular panels stretch across the upper receiver and stock, giving those surfaces an angular layout. Pale blue-gray outlines define the panels and make their edges stand apart from the darker sections. Carbon-fiber-style weave appears on the central body and parts of the rear stock, adding texture between painted areas. The barrel and muzzle are gray with light blue-gray markings, extending the cooler palette toward the front. Mostly dark gray or black grips and scope keep these functional-looking parts visually restrained. A dense grid of gray rectangular segments covers the magazine, continuing the geometric theme through a different shape.

Float Value

AUG | Triqua has a float range of 0.00 to 1.00, covering the full range of available exterior categories. It comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, with no exterior category missing. StatTrak and Souvenir versions are also available, but version choice is separate from the float-based cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

AUG | Triqua is a Mil-Spec Grade skin in The Spectrum 2 Collection. Its chance of appearing from a Spectrum 2 Case opening is 11.42%, so opening the correct case does not guarantee it. Direct market purchases and player trades offer access without relying on that random case result.

Why it’s Popular:

• Burnt orange contrasts with cool gunmetal panels

• Carbon-fiber-style texture adds detail to the angular design

• Full exterior range supports different cosmetic preferences

• StatTrak and Souvenir options broaden version choice

Price Range

The live AUG | Triqua price range is $0.10 to $5,000.00. These bounds cover the whole skin, not fixed prices for a particular exterior or version. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, match the listed exterior with the item's exact float value. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir copies should be identified separately rather than assumed to carry the same price. Compare like-for-like listings before deciding what to buy, setting a sell price, or valuing the skin in a player trade.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Spectrum 2 Case

Open a Spectrum 2 Case for a chance to receive AUG | Triqua. Its case-opening chance is 11.42%, so this route can produce a different item. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy AUG | Triqua on the Steam Community Market to select a listing rather than rely on a case opening. Check the exterior, float information and version before purchasing, especially when distinguishing standard, StatTrak and Souvenir copies.

4. Trade with Other Players

AUG | Triqua can also be obtained by trading with other players. Confirm the offered item's exterior, exact float and version before accepting, and compare matching listings when judging the proposed exchange.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired case supply limits new Spectrum 2 Cases, although openings of existing stock can still add more Triqua skins. Professional ownership gives the item some visibility, but does not establish future demand or price growth. For trading, compare matching exteriors and versions rather than assuming retired case status makes every copy scarce.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired case supply limits fresh case availability

• Low entry price supports accessible collecting

• Ownership includes established professional players

• StatTrak and Souvenir options support different collecting preferences

The editorial investment rating is medium, supported by retired case supply, a low entry price and professional ownership. The main risk is that existing cases can still produce more skins while future buyer demand remains uncertain. Those factors support a measured purchase decision, not an expectation of returns.
