MAG-7 | Navy Sheen

MAG-7 | Navy Sheen is a CS2 shotgun skin for the Counter-Terrorist-exclusive MAG-7. Its dark navy camouflage blends irregular blue and charcoal patches with restrained metallic highlights. The subdued palette suits players who prefer a dark, understated weapon rather than a strongly contrasting design. Regular and Souvenir versions are available across every exterior, with no StatTrak™ edition.

Description

MAG-7 | Navy Sheen brings a muted blue finish to the Counter-Terrorist shotgun in CS2's Heavy category. The weapon delivers substantial close-range damage, giving the skin a place in loadouts built around short engagements. Its magazine-style reloads provide another practical reason to choose the MAG-7 alongside its appearance. Navy Sheen uses an Anodized Multicolored finish rather than a flat, uniform coat of blue. The irregular camouflage stays close to the receiver's dark base color, keeping the overall look restrained. Pale metallic accents on exposed parts provide contrast without turning the design into a brightly colored skin. It suits players building navy, charcoal, or similarly subdued loadouts, with regular and Souvenir editions offering different collecting options. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float value, and version to select a copy that matches their preferences.

History and Origin

MAG-7 | Navy Sheen arrived on September 21, 2021, as part of the Operation Riptide update. Valve created the finish rather than a community designer. The skin belongs to The 2021 Mirage Collection. Its Souvenir edition is associated with 8 packages, providing a tournament-linked route to ownership. The Stockholm 2021 Mirage Souvenir Package is among the packages that can contain this finish. The Antwerp 2022 Mirage Souvenir Package also offers a route to its Souvenir version. Today, opening a compatible Souvenir package remains an acquisition option, distinct from the skin's original release. Players can also obtain existing copies through the Steam Community Market or trades without relying on a package opening.

Finish Style

The Anodized Multicolored treatment gives Navy Sheen a dark blue base with a subtle VariCamo pattern. Irregular blue and charcoal patches cover the receiver, blending into the body instead of forming sharply contrasting blocks. Brighter blue-gray metallic highlights appear along the barrel and upper edges, outlining those parts against the darker central surfaces. Beneath the barrel, the large fore-end shifts to a muted gray-green color. Its finely speckled surface adds texture while staying within the finish's understated palette. The pistol grip continues the dark camouflage, carrying the patterned treatment away from the receiver. Pale silver-blue reflections appear on the exposed magazine face and trigger guard, adding small areas of brightness. Together, these details create a subdued metallic shotgun finish whose camouflage is visible without dominating the entire silhouette.

Float Value

The MAG-7 | Navy Sheen float value ranges from 0.00 to 0.55. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, so none of the standard exterior categories is excluded. Regular and Souvenir versions are available, but there is no StatTrak edition; version choice is separate from the copy's cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

MAG-7 | Navy Sheen is a Consumer Grade skin from The 2021 Mirage Collection. Its chance of being received from that collection is 16.0%, making rarity and acquisition odds useful considerations alongside the finish itself. FalleN, kennyS, and olofmeister own the skin, although professional ownership alone does not establish broad market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Subtle navy camouflage suits understated loadouts

• Metallic highlights add detail without strong color contrast

• Every exterior is available

• Souvenir editions offer tournament-linked collecting options

Price Range

The live MAG-7 | Navy Sheen price range is $0.02 to $2.19. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a particular exterior or version. Regular and Souvenir status should be checked separately from condition when comparing listings. An exact float value adds detail beyond the exterior label and is worth checking alongside the item's images. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, match version, exterior, and float before deciding which copy to buy or how to price one for sale.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Souvenir Package

Open a compatible Mirage Souvenir package, such as the Stockholm 2021 Mirage Souvenir Package or Antwerp 2022 Mirage Souvenir Package, for a chance at this skin. This route produces the Souvenir version rather than a regular copy. A package opening does not guarantee Navy Sheen as the result.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The Steam Community Market offers a direct route to buying an existing MAG-7 | Navy Sheen without opening a package. Check whether the listing is regular or Souvenir and confirm its exterior before purchasing. The available versions do not include StatTrak.

4. Trade with Other Players

Players can obtain Navy Sheen by trading with another owner for an existing copy. Before accepting, verify the item name, exterior, float value, and whether the offered skin is a Souvenir version. This route allows selection of a specific copy rather than relying on a package result.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The skin's low price level and Consumer Grade rarity make it more suited to inexpensive loadout purchases than scarcity-focused trading. Professional ownership provides a point of interest, but sustained demand and resale speed remain uncertain. When buying, selling, or trading, compare regular and Souvenir copies by exterior and float instead of assuming every version has the same market position.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Valve-created finish from The 2021 Mirage Collection

• Souvenir editions connected to Mirage tournament packages

• Ownership by FalleN, kennyS, and olofmeister

• Distinct navy palette with restrained metallic detailing

MAG-7 | Navy Sheen receives a medium-to-poor investment rating, with stronger appeal as an inexpensive play skin or collection addition. Its Souvenir options and professional ownership provide points of interest, but Consumer Grade rarity does not support a scarcity-led thesis. The main risk is uncertain resale demand, so a low purchase price should not be mistaken for dependable returns.
