MAG-7 | Heaven Guard

MAG-7 | Heaven Guard is a CS2 skin for the Counter-Terrorist shotgun, combining blue-gray surfaces with dark red panels and cream wing decals. The feathered artwork stands out against a subdued, mottled background. Its look suits players who prefer illustrated weapon finishes with restrained colors. Factory New through Well-Worn exteriors are available, alongside StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

MAG-7 | Heaven Guard gives the CS2 shotgun a wing-themed Custom Paint Job with contrasting colors across its compact body. The MAG-7 is exclusive to the Counter-Terrorist side and delivers heavy damage at close range. Its magazine-based reload system supports a tactical role without changing the skin's cosmetic purpose. Muted blue-gray areas frame dark red panels, while cream artwork draws attention to the receiver and grip. The finish combines detailed illustration with a subdued base rather than relying on bright colors throughout the weapon. It suits loadouts built around red accents, neutral tones or decorative motifs. Buyers can compare exterior condition and float value before choosing between the standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions. Matching those details helps distinguish individual listings instead of treating every copy of the finish as the same purchase.

History and Origin

MAG-7 | Heaven Guard was released in CS:GO on February 20, 2014, alongside the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case. Its introduction formed part of the Operation Phoenix update, establishing the case as its original release route. The skin belongs to The Phoenix Collection, which identifies its collection membership separately from the weapon and finish names. No designer is confirmed for this finish. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new drops of the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case. Existing cases remain available to buy on the market and can still be opened for a chance at the skin. Today, buyers can obtain an existing copy directly through marketplaces such as Eneba Skins or the Steam Community Market. Player-to-player trading provides another route, allowing ownership to change without opening an additional case.

Finish Style

The Heaven Guard Custom Paint Job combines a subtly patterned hydrographic base with wing artwork applied through dry-transfer decals. Muted blue-gray coloring covers the barrel and main body, with a mottled texture visible across those surfaces. Dark red panels occupy the fore-end and sections of the receiver and grip, creating clearly separated areas of color. A large cream feathered wing stretches across the receiver's side and forms the central visual feature. Another wing motif runs down the grip, extending the theme beyond the main body. Cream diagonal stripes break up the upper red panels, adding geometric accents beside the feathered shapes. A red emblem near the rear of the receiver gives that area an additional decorative detail. Black accents surround the barrel openings, trigger and magazine base, while a pale metallic strip follows the top edge. The overall layout is moderately busy, but the cream decals remain distinct against the subdued patterned background.

Float Value

The float value ranges from 0.00 to 0.40, covering Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn exteriors. Condition comparisons should stay within those supported exterior categories. StatTrak and Souvenir versions also exist, but these version labels are separate from the cosmetic condition represented by the float.

Rarity and Popularity

MAG-7 | Heaven Guard has Mil-Spec Grade rarity, which is separate from its exterior condition and version. Its listed chance from the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case is 19.98%, although that chance does not guarantee a particular opening result. FalleN, Xyp9x and Happy have owned the skin, providing documented professional ownership without establishing broader market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Cream wing decals stand out against muted blue-gray surfaces

• Dark red panels suit coordinated red-accented loadouts

• Artwork extends across both the receiver and grip

• StatTrak and Souvenir options offer different collecting choices

Price Range

The live MAG-7 | Heaven Guard price range is $0.25 to $27.00. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a fixed exterior or version. Compare Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn listings separately, checking the exact float rather than relying only on the exterior label. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir copies should also be distinguished when assessing the CS2 skin price shown for an individual listing. When deciding where to buy, sell or trade, use matching conditions and versions for a more meaningful comparison.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case

Open the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case for a 19.98% chance of obtaining this skin. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. Opening a case is a chance-based route rather than a direct purchase of the desired finish.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

MAG-7 | Heaven Guard can be bought directly on the Steam Community Market instead of pursued through a case opening. Check the listing's exterior and version against the copy being sought. The supported options include standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions, with no Battle-Scarred exterior.

4. Trade with Other Players

The skin can also be obtained through a trade with another player who owns a copy. Compare the offered item's float, exterior and version before agreeing to the exchange. Trading targets an existing item, so the details of that particular copy matter more than the skin's overall price range.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The retired case supply gives the skin a supply constraint, but it does not establish how many existing copies remain available. Professional ownership offers a supported collecting connection, not proof of strong or consistent buying demand. Compare float, exterior and version carefully; without confirmed price-history or sales-volume evidence, short-term resale expectations remain uncertain.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired case supply

• Documented professional ownership

• Distinctive cream wing artwork

• StatTrak and Souvenir collecting options

The investment rating is medium, supported by retired case supply, documented professional ownership and an accessible price level. Its design and version choices offer collecting appeal, but they do not establish sustained trading demand. The main risk is that a smaller case supply may not translate into higher skin prices.
