MAG-7 | Metallic DDPAT

The MAG-7 | Metallic DDPAT is a CS2 skin for the Counter-Terrorist shotgun in the Heavy weapon category. Its dark digital camouflage combines blocky black and gray shapes with a metallic base and silver highlights. The restrained palette suits players building gray or black loadouts. Factory New and Minimal Wear copies are available, along with Souvenir versions.

Description

The MAG-7 | Metallic DDPAT gives the Counter-Terrorist shotgun an industrial appearance through its Anodized Multicolored finish. Digital camouflage covers the receiver and pistol grip, while simpler gray surfaces balance the patterned areas. The weapon itself is designed for close-range damage, making this a finish for a specialized shotgun slot rather than a rifle. Its magazine-based reload system also supports that tactical role. The black, gray and silver palette suits players who prefer muted equipment colors over bright accents. Metallic highlights add contrast without changing the finish's subdued character. Buyers can choose a standard copy or a Souvenir version according to their loadout or collection preferences. Comparing exterior, exact float value and version helps distinguish listings that otherwise share the same finish name.

History and Origin

The MAG-7 | Metallic DDPAT was released in CS:GO on November 27, 2013. Its introduction came with the DreamHack 2013 update. Valve created the finish, rather than a community designer. It belongs to The Train Collection, which also provides its supported trade-up route. The skin appears in 12 Souvenir packages, including DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package and EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package. Today, opening a compatible package offers a chance to obtain the Souvenir version, rather than a guaranteed selection of this skin. Trade Up Contracts provide another acquisition route through Consumer Grade items from the collection. Direct purchases on the Steam Community Market and exchanges with other players offer alternatives to those random outcomes.

Finish Style

Metallic DDPAT uses the Anodized Multicolored finish style to combine a metallic foundation with digital camouflage. A hydrographic pattern overlays that base, giving the surface its block-shaped urban design. The receiver carries a dense arrangement of black and gray shapes. The pistol grip continues that pattern, with silver highlights visible around its lower section and the trigger guard. The large front grip is mostly uniform muted gray, creating a calmer area beside the patterned body. Mottled gray markings appear on the barrel rather than the receiver's dense block pattern. The top rail and upper panels remain mostly black, keeping the upper edge visually restrained. Together, these placements concentrate detail across the receiver and pistol grip while leaving the front grip and upper edge simpler.

Float Value

The MAG-7 | Metallic DDPAT float value ranges from 0.00 to 0.08. Its available exteriors are Factory New and Minimal Wear, with no Field-Tested, Well-Worn or Battle-Scarred copies. Souvenir versions are available; version availability is separate from cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

The MAG-7 | Metallic DDPAT has Industrial Grade rarity in The Train Collection. Its acquisition chance from that collection is 2.67%, which does not guarantee a particular result. Professional players apEX, fer and karrigan own the skin, providing evidence of ownership without establishing broader market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Muted black and gray camouflage suits understated loadouts

• Metallic highlights add contrast to the patterned body

• Factory New and Minimal Wear options keep exterior choices straightforward

• Souvenir versions offer a collection-focused alternative

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for MAG-7 | Metallic DDPAT is $0.08 to $40.00. These bounds cover the whole item, not fixed prices for particular exteriors or versions. Factory New and Minimal Wear listings should be compared by exact float value as well as exterior label. Standard and Souvenir copies are separate buying options, so matching the version keeps listing comparisons relevant.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Souvenir Package

Opening a compatible Souvenir Package offers a chance to obtain a Souvenir MAG-7 | Metallic DDPAT. It appears in 12 packages, including DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package and EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package, but an opening does not guarantee this finish.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Consumer Grade skins from The Train Collection produces 1 Industrial Grade skin from that collection. Metallic DDPAT is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Industrial Grade skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The Steam Community Market provides a direct buying route for this skin. Buyers can compare listed exteriors, float values and standard or Souvenir versions instead of relying on a random acquisition result.

5. Trade with Other Players

Trading with other players provides another way to obtain the finish by exchanging items. Before accepting, the recipient should check that the offered copy matches the agreed exterior, exact float value and version.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The low price makes this finish approachable as a shotgun loadout purchase, while Souvenir copies provide a separate collecting option. Professional ownership supports its use in player inventories, but does not prove consistent resale demand. Supply trends and price history remain uncertain, so matching exterior and version is important when deciding to buy, sell or trade.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Accessible purchase price

• Distinctive metallic digital camouflage

• Souvenir versions for collection-focused buyers

• Ownership by apEX, fer and karrigan

The investment rating is medium-to-poor: its accessible price, Souvenir availability and professional ownership offer appeal, but do not establish strong investment demand. The main risk is treating a low purchase cost as evidence of future appreciation when supply trends and price history are uncertain.
