AK-47 | Uncharted

AK-47 | Uncharted is a CS2 rifle skin with dense tribal artwork in dark brown and tan. Its decorated receiver, handguard and stock contrast with the darker barrel and magazine. The earthy palette suits players who prefer intricate patterns over bright colors. Buyers can choose from all exterior grades, with standard, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions available.

Description

AK-47 | Uncharted brings an earthy, patterned Custom Paint Job to the Terrorist-side rifle in CS2. The finish combines curling lines, angular bands and circular motifs rather than relying on a single large illustration. Dark outlines keep the tan artwork distinct across the weapon's brown surfaces. Decoration extends across the receiver, handguard and stock, giving the rifle a coordinated appearance from front to rear. The exposed metal parts remain comparatively simple, creating a clear contrast with the densely painted sections. This look suits players building a brown-and-black loadout or choosing a rifle with detailed artwork instead of vivid color blocking. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir options let buyers choose a version as well as a cosmetic condition. Before buying, comparing the listing's exterior, exact float and version helps distinguish copies that share the same finish name.

History and Origin

AK-47 | Uncharted was released on March 13, 2019, alongside the Prisma Case. Its debut was part of the Prisma Case Skins update. Steam Workshop community designer apel8 created the finish. Its in-game flavor text is "We share the same canoe". It belongs to The Prisma Collection, with the Prisma Case serving as its case-opening acquisition route. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new Prisma Case drops. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened, so that retirement did not eliminate access through case openings. Direct marketplace purchases and trades with other players also remain ways to obtain the skin without relying on a random opening.

Finish Style

The Uncharted finish uses a Custom Paint Job built around tribal-inspired decorative artwork. Dark brown and tan form the main palette across the receiver, handguard and stock. Curling lines sit beside angular bands, giving the painted surfaces a mixture of flowing and geometric shapes. Circular, face-like motifs add focal points within the dense decoration, with dark brown or black outlines separating their details. Tan markings continue across the top cover rather than leaving the artwork confined to the rifle's sides. The pistol grip is mostly dark, with a small brown pattern near its upper section. The barrel, front sight and curved magazine stay dark gray to black, with lighter metallic highlights along their edges. Together, the patterned furniture and simpler metal components give the finish its distinctive balance of detailed artwork and restrained color.

Float Value

AK-47 | Uncharted has a float value range of 0.00 to 0.75. It is available in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, with no exterior grade excluded. StatTrak and Souvenir versions are supported, but those version labels are separate from the cosmetic condition represented by exterior and float.

Rarity and Popularity

AK-47 | Uncharted is a Mil-Spec Grade skin in The Prisma Collection. Its chance of appearing from a Prisma Case opening is 11.42%, making the opening route a possibility rather than a certainty. Professional players FalleN, kennyS and Xyp9x have owned the skin, although that ownership does not establish current demand or future resale performance.

Why it’s Popular:

• Earthy brown-and-tan colors suit understated loadouts

• Dense tribal artwork gives the rifle a distinctive identity

• All exterior grades offer flexibility when choosing condition

• StatTrak and Souvenir versions broaden the available choices

Price Range

The live AK-47 | Uncharted price range is $0.51 to $40.00. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a fixed exterior or version combination. Its budget-friendly market position makes it an accessible option for players seeking a patterned rifle finish. Compare standard, StatTrak and Souvenir listings separately, then check the exterior and exact float of each candidate. When comparing CS2 skin prices to buy or sell, use the current listing details rather than assuming every copy has the same value.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Prisma Case

Opening a Prisma Case can award AK-47 | Uncharted, with an 11.42% chance for this skin. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. This route produces a random result rather than securing the chosen finish directly.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

AK-47 | Uncharted can be purchased through the Steam Community Market. Compare the listed exterior, float and version to identify a copy that matches the intended purchase. Buying a specific listing avoids the uncertainty of trying to obtain the finish from a Prisma Case.

4. Trade with Other Players

AK-47 | Uncharted can also be obtained by trading with other players. Check the offered copy's exterior, float and whether it is standard, StatTrak or Souvenir before agreeing to the exchange. Compare its current market value with the items being offered in return.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The end of new Prisma Case drops limits replenishment of the case supply, but existing cases can still produce additional Uncharted skins. Its Mil-Spec Grade rarity and 11.42% opening chance temper the scarcity argument, while professional ownership alone cannot establish sustained buyer demand. For a practical trade, compare matching versions and exteriors before weighing the exact float and current asking price.

Reasons it Holds Value

• No new Prisma Case drops replenish case supply

• Distinctive brown-and-tan tribal artwork

• Ownership by established professional players

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir options

AK-47 | Uncharted receives a medium investment rating, balancing retired case drops, professional ownership and an accessible price level against its Mil-Spec Grade availability. The main risk is that existing cases can keep adding copies while future demand and price direction remain uncertain. It is better assessed as a considered skin purchase than a promised return.
