AK-47 | The Outsiders

The AK-47 | The Outsiders is a CS2 rifle skin for the Terrorist side, covered in rough character drawings and bold color blocks. Orange-red, green, and yellow combine with dark outlines for a busy, illustrated appearance. The look suits players who prefer deliberately untidy artwork over a restrained color scheme. All exteriors are available, alongside standard, StatTrak™, and Souvenir versions.

Description

AK-47 | The Outsiders is a CS2 assault-rifle skin with a character-focused design. Its Custom Paint Job combines densely packed illustrations with uneven blocks of color. The central subject is crude depictions of Terrorist characters in different situations. Yellow receiver panels sit alongside orange-red furniture and green sections, making color an important part of the composition. Figures and scribbles extend beyond the receiver, rather than staying within a single focal area. The style suits colorful loadouts and players who prefer visible linework to a clean, uniform coating. Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions give buyers different options for their inventory. When comparing copies, the exterior, float value, and version help distinguish listings that share the same artwork.

History and Origin

AK-47 | The Outsiders arrived in CS2 on October 2, 2024. Its release accompanied the Gallery Case in the Armory update. Steam Workshop community designer m03h created the finish. The skin belongs to The Gallery Collection, which also supplies the inputs for its trade-up route. As of October 9, 2026, the Gallery Case was retired from the Armory and no longer available there. That retirement concerns fresh case supply, not the ability to open existing cases. Previously obtained Gallery Cases can still be bought and opened for a chance at the skin. Finished copies remain obtainable through marketplace purchases, player trades, and eligible Trade Up Contracts.

Finish Style

This Custom Paint Job centers on rough character illustrations rather than a tidy, uniform graphic. Orange-red covers much of the handguard, curved magazine, pistol grip, and stock. Green runs along the barrel and lower receiver, while yellow dominates the upper receiver. Small Terrorist figures fill the upper section among panels that resemble separate scenes. Dark outlines define the drawings, with scattered pale details interrupting the stronger colors. More figures, scribbles, and loose linework spread across the handguard and stock, carrying the theme beyond the receiver. Dark metal remains visible around the muzzle, trigger, and magazine edges. Together, the uneven coloring and dense marks give the finish a deliberately busy, hand-drawn character.

Float Value

The float value of AK-47 | The Outsiders ranges from 0.00 to 0.90. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, with none excluded. Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions are available, while exterior and float describe cosmetic condition separately from version.

Rarity and Popularity

The Outsiders has Classified rarity. Its chance from the Gallery Case is 1.07%, or about 1 in 94 openings. Documented professional owners include flusha, TaZ, and Hyper, providing visibility without establishing wider market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Rough character drawings create a distinctive illustrated look

• Orange-red, green, and yellow suit colorful loadouts

• Artwork extends across the receiver, handguard, and stock

• Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions offer different ownership options

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for AK-47 | The Outsiders is $4.87 to $100.00. These bounds cover the whole skin, rather than a fixed pair of variants. Exterior, float value, and the choice of standard, StatTrak, or Souvenir help distinguish individual listings. Compare matching exteriors and versions before deciding whether a price represents better value. Review the actual float and item image when choosing which copy to buy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Gallery Case

Opening a Gallery Case offers a chance to receive The Outsiders, with an item drop chance of 1.07%. The case is retired from the Armory, but existing cases remain purchasable and can still be opened. Buying a finished copy avoids the uncertainty of a case opening.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract uses 10 Restricted skins from The Gallery Collection to produce 1 Classified skin from that collection. The result is random among its Classified skins, so The Outsiders is possible but not assured.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The Steam Community Market provides a direct purchase route for AK-47 | The Outsiders. Compare the listed exterior and version, then check the individual float where available before choosing a copy.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades offer another way to obtain the skin by exchanging items with another owner. Confirm the exact exterior, float, and standard, StatTrak, or Souvenir version before accepting the trade.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The Gallery Case's retirement limits fresh case supply, although existing cases can still introduce additional skin copies. Professional ownership provides visibility, but trading volume and price trends remain unverified. Buyers looking to buy, sell, or trade should compare matching exteriors and versions rather than assume quick resale.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired Gallery Case limits fresh case supply

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir options broaden variant choices

• Distinctive illustrated artwork across the rifle

The editorial investment rating is medium, balancing retired case supply and professional ownership against uncertain resale demand. Existing cases can still produce more copies, so retirement does not establish a fixed skin supply. The main risk is assuming visibility and restricted case availability will translate into rising prices.
