SCAR-20 | Poultrygeist

SCAR-20 | Poultrygeist is a CS2 sniper rifle skin with spray-painted chickens scattered across a colorful battlefield scene. Muted purple and pink mix with orange, yellow and dark patches across much of the weapon. Its busy, humorous artwork suits players who prefer illustrated finishes over restrained color schemes. Standard, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions are available, alongside every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred.

Description

SCAR-20 | Poultrygeist gives the Counter-Terrorist semi-automatic sniper rifle a colorful, illustrated finish in CS2. The weapon combines rapid follow-up shots and strong long-range damage with slower movement and a substantial in-game purchase cost. Its Spray-Paint finish centers on chickens caught in a battlefield scene rather than a simple geometric pattern. Overlapping figures and scattered streaks make the artwork deliberately busy across the rifle's body. The decorated scope helps carry that visual theme beyond the receiver, while darker exposed sections provide contrast. Its flavor text extends the absurd battlefield theme with a chicken riding a shark into combat. The look suits players building a colorful loadout or choosing a weapon finish with a humorous subject. Professional players KRIMZ, FalleN and Snax are known owners of the skin. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float value and available versions to find a copy that matches their preferences.

History and Origin

SCAR-20 | Poultrygeist was released in CS:GO on January 20, 2022, alongside the Dreams & Nightmares Case. It arrived through the Dreams & Nightmares Case Skins update. Guardian Gear, a Steam Workshop community designer, created the finish. The skin belongs to The Dreams & Nightmares Collection. Opening its original case remains an acquisition route today, rather than merely part of the item's release history. As of October 9, 2026, the Dreams & Nightmares Case is in the Weekly Care Package drop pool. Continued case drops allow new skin copies to enter the market through openings. Existing copies can also be purchased on the Steam Community Market or obtained through trades with other players.

Finish Style

Poultrygeist uses a Spray-Paint finish to spread its battlefield chicken artwork across much of the SCAR-20. Muted purple and pink form part of the palette, punctuated by yellow, orange, dark gray and black. Overlapping figures, angular shapes and scattered streaks create a layered illustration rather than a uniform surface. The receiver and scope carry the dense pattern, keeping the artwork visible across the rifle's upper sections. Pale lavender dominates the magazine, where dark branching marks interrupt the lighter background. The pistol grip and stock feature more prominent orange and yellow patches within the same busy design. The barrel, muzzle and lower rail remain largely dark, creating contrast with the colorful body. Together, these placements give the rifle a continuous illustrated character without covering every component in equally bright colors.

Float Value

The float value range for SCAR-20 | Poultrygeist runs from 0.00 to 0.57. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so no exterior tier is excluded. StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions are also available, but version choice remains separate from the float value and exterior of an individual copy.

Rarity and Popularity

SCAR-20 | Poultrygeist is a Mil-Spec Grade skin from The Dreams & Nightmares Collection. Its chance of appearing from a Dreams & Nightmares Case opening is 11.42%. With that case in the weekly drop pool, availability is not limited to existing skins already circulating through marketplaces and trades.

Why it’s Popular:

• Humorous battlefield chicken artwork

• Muted colors with brighter orange and yellow accents

• Illustrated scope and body create a coordinated look

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir version choices

Price Range

The live SCAR-20 | Poultrygeist price range is $0.04 to $20.00. It is an inexpensive rifle finish, although current listings and the overall range can change. Compare the exterior and exact float value of individual copies instead of treating an exterior label as a complete description. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions should also be checked separately because version and cosmetic condition are different attributes. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, match these details before choosing a listing to buy or setting expectations when selling.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Dreams & Nightmares Case

Open the Dreams & Nightmares Case for a chance to receive Poultrygeist. The skin has an 11.42% chance per opening, so opening a case does not ensure this particular result. The case is in the Weekly Care Package drop pool, allowing additional cases and subsequent skin copies to enter circulation.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

SCAR-20 | Poultrygeist can be bought directly on the Steam Community Market without relying on a case opening. Check the listing's exterior and version, then inspect its float value when that information is available. A direct purchase allows selection of a listed copy rather than a random case result.

4. Trade with Other Players

The skin can also be obtained by trading with other players who own a copy. Check whether the offered item is standard, StatTrak or Souvenir, and confirm its exterior and float value before agreeing. Compare those attributes with other available copies rather than valuing every Poultrygeist identically.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Ongoing weekly case drops keep the supply open-ended, limiting the argument for scarcity-driven trading. Ownership by KRIMZ, FalleN and Snax gives the skin professional visibility, but does not establish resale demand or dependable liquidity. Before buying, selling or trading, compare matched exteriors and versions without assuming a price trend that has not been established.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Low entry cost for an illustrated rifle finish

• Ownership by KRIMZ, FalleN and Snax

• Distinctive chicken-themed artwork across the body and scope

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir choices

SCAR-20 | Poultrygeist receives a medium investment rating, supported by its low entry cost, distinctive artwork and known professional ownership. Continued Dreams & Nightmares Case drops are the main risk because new supply limits scarcity-based appeal. Without an established price trend, the rating should not be read as a forecast of returns.
