Short Description

★ Karambit | Tiger Tooth is a CS2 knife skin with a reflective yellow-orange blade and diagonal tiger stripes. Its dark handle contrasts with the bright blade and orange-gold finger ring. The look suits players who prefer animal-inspired patterns and warm metallic colors. Factory New and Minimal Wear copies are available, including StatTrak™ versions.

Description

★ Karambit | Tiger Tooth gives the curved Karambit knife an orange anodized finish with hand-etched tiger markings. The Anodized Multicolored finish combines a reflective surface with a clearly defined stripe pattern. Dark orange-brown markings cross the blade, while the handle remains mostly plain and dark. The finger ring adds another orange-gold accent without extending the stripes across the entire weapon. The Karambit is typically held in a reverse grip, with its ring around the index finger. This finish suits loadouts built around orange accents or a strong contrast between bright metal and dark grips. Professional players DANK1NG, dav1g, and iDISBALANCE have owned the skin. Buyers can compare standard and StatTrak copies, then check the exterior, float value, and appearance of each listing.

History and Origin

The knife skin was released in CS:GO on January 8, 2015. It arrived with the Chroma Case in the Chroma Case Skins update. Valve created the finish rather than a community designer. The underlying Karambit design comes from the Southeast Asian martial discipline of silat, with a blade shaped like a tiger's claw. Today, the finish can be obtained from the Chroma Case, Chroma 2 Case, or Chroma 3 Case. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new drops for all of these cases. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened, so their retirement does not end access to the knife. Direct marketplace purchases and player trades offer alternatives to obtaining it through a case opening.

Finish Style

The Anodized Multicolored treatment gives the blade a bright yellow-orange metallic appearance. Its reflective surface adds pale highlights that contrast with the darker pattern. Orange-brown tiger stripes run diagonally across the curved blade rather than following its cutting edge. A thin, pale highlight traces the edge and helps define the hooked profile. The handle is dark gray-black, with fine textured panels visible across its grip. Three deep finger grooves and ridges along the outer edge give the handle a clearly defined shape. At the base, the finger ring has an orange-gold surround framing a dark opening. Most of the decorative pattern stays on the blade, leaving the plain handle to balance the brighter finish.

Float Value

The float value range for ★ Karambit | Tiger Tooth is 0.00 to 0.08. It comes in Factory New and Minimal Wear, with no Field-Tested, Well-Worn, or Battle-Scarred exterior. Standard and StatTrak versions are available, but there is no Souvenir version; version availability is separate from cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

★ Karambit | Tiger Tooth has the Covert rarity grade. The chance of obtaining this specific skin from the Chroma Case is 0.0085%. Ownership by DANK1NG, dav1g, and iDISBALANCE gives it a documented professional-player presence, without establishing current market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Bright orange blade with distinct diagonal tiger stripes

• Reflective metal contrasted against a dark textured handle

• Curved Karambit profile with an orange-gold finger ring

• Standard and StatTrak options for different preferences

Price Range

The live price range is $759.00 to $1,480.00. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a particular exterior or version. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, separate Factory New and Minimal Wear listings before checking their exact floats. Standard and StatTrak copies should also be compared separately rather than treated as interchangeable offers. Listing images help buyers assess the blade, handle, and edge alongside the listed condition and asking price.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Weapon Case

Open a Chroma Case, Chroma 2 Case, or Chroma 3 Case for a chance at this knife. These cases no longer drop, but existing copies can still be bought and opened. The chance of obtaining this skin from the Chroma Case is 0.0085%.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy the knife directly through the Steam Community Market instead of relying on a case opening. Check whether the listing is standard or StatTrak, then confirm its Factory New or Minimal Wear exterior.

4. Trade with Other Players

The skin can also be acquired through trades with other players. Before accepting an offer, verify the exact item, its exterior, float value, and whether it has StatTrak.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired Chroma cases limit new case supply, although existing cases can still produce additional knives when opened. Professional ownership is documented, but current buying demand and resale speed remain uncertain. Buy, sell, and trade comparisons should separate standard and StatTrak copies, then account for exterior and float.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Finite supply of unopened Chroma cases

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Distinctive orange finish and tiger-stripe pattern

• Factory New and StatTrak options

The editorial investment rating is medium-to-good, supported by retired case supply and documented professional ownership. Those factors support its collectible appeal, but do not establish a reliable short-term flipping opportunity. The main risk is a high entry cost combined with uncertain future demand, while existing cases can still add knives to circulation.
