Short Description

★ Bayonet | Crimson Web is a CS2 knife skin with a crimson blade covered in dark spiderweb lines. Its patterned blade contrasts with a plain, dark handle and a narrow silver-gray cutting edge. The look suits players building red-and-black loadouts or seeking a detailed blade without a brightly colored grip. All exterior grades are available, alongside standard and StatTrak™ versions.

Description

★ Bayonet | Crimson Web brings a red-and-black hydrographic finish to the Bayonet knife in CS2. The underlying weapon retains a military design that has changed little since World War II. Its visual identity centers on thin web lines spread across a crimson blade, rather than decoration covering every part of the knife. A dark crossguard and ribbed handle keep the grip understated beside the busier blade. The recessed groove and oval opening near the tip give buyers specific details to examine in listing images. This finish suits players who prefer a strongly colored blade paired with neutral hardware. Standard copies and StatTrak versions provide different buying options without changing the finish's central visual theme. When choosing a copy, buyers can compare exterior, float value, version and the visible blade details instead of relying on the item name alone.

History and Origin

★ Bayonet | Crimson Web was released in CS:GO on August 14, 2013, during the Arms Deal update. Valve created the finish rather than a community designer. Its original release source was the CS:GO Weapon Case, linking its history directly to that case. The eSports 2013 Case and Operation Bravo Case also contain this knife finish. Further sources include CS:GO Weapon Case 2, eSports 2013 Winter Case and Winter Offensive Weapon Case. It also appears in CS:GO Weapon Case 3, Operation Phoenix Weapon Case and eSports 2014 Summer Case. Operation Vanguard Weapon Case and Revolver Case complete its case acquisition options. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new drops for these source cases. As of October 9, 2026, existing cases can still be bought and opened, separating current acquisition opportunities from their retired drop status.

Finish Style

Crimson Web uses a hydrographic finish to place a dark spiderweb design over a red base. The blade carries the crimson color, while thin web lines create an irregular network across its surface. These lines extend from the tip toward the guard rather than staying within a small decorative panel. The pattern also crosses the long recessed groove, keeping the blade's central area visually connected to the surrounding finish. A narrow silver-gray border follows the cutting side, providing a contrasting outline against the red. Near the tip, an oval opening interrupts the blade's otherwise continuous shape. The straight crossguard and ribbed handle are dark gray, with lighter highlights visible on their raised surfaces. A semi-gloss topcoat gives the blade a slight sheen, while the plain handle balances the dense web design.

Float Value

★ Bayonet | Crimson Web has a float range of 0.06 to 0.80, defining the available condition range for this finish. Its exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so none of those exterior grades is missing. Standard and StatTrak versions are available, but there is no Souvenir version; version availability is separate from a copy's cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

★ Bayonet | Crimson Web has the Covert rarity grade, which should not be confused with its exterior or float value. Its stated chance from the CS:GO Weapon Case is 0.0039%, an acquisition probability specific to that case. All of its source cases have stopped dropping, although existing cases remain available to buy and open.

Why it’s Popular:

• Crimson blade contrasts clearly with dark web lines

• Detailed blade paired with a restrained, plain handle

• Semi-gloss finish adds a subtle sheen

• Standard and StatTrak versions suit different collecting preferences

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for ★ Bayonet | Crimson Web is $160.19 to $2,555.00. These bounds cover the whole item, rather than a fixed exterior or version. Compare Factory New through Battle-Scarred listings separately, paying attention to the actual float value within each exterior. Standard and StatTrak copies should also be checked individually instead of assuming that the version label determines the asking price. Before deciding where to buy, inspect the blade images and compare equivalent listings so that condition and appearance remain part of the price decision.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Weapon Case

Open a compatible case, such as the CS:GO Weapon Case, Operation Bravo Case or Revolver Case, for a chance at this finish. The stated chance from the CS:GO Weapon Case is 0.0039%, so an opening does not guarantee this knife. Its source cases no longer drop, but existing unopened cases can still be bought and opened.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

★ Bayonet | Crimson Web can be bought on the Steam Community Market by choosing an available listing. Compare the listed exterior and whether the copy is standard or StatTrak before selecting an offer, rather than treating every listing as the same version.

4. Trade with Other Players

Players can obtain this knife by trading with another player who owns a copy. Check the offered item's exterior, float value and StatTrak status before accepting, especially when comparing it with a different Crimson Web listing.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired source cases receive no new drops, but opening existing cases can still add Crimson Web knives to circulation. There is limited evidence for judging resale demand or price trends, so reduced case replenishment should not be mistaken for a guaranteed profitable trade. Buyers and sellers should compare exterior, float and StatTrak status when deciding whether to buy, sell or trade a particular copy.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Source cases receive no new drops

• Valve-created finish with a long release history

• Distinctive crimson blade and dark web pattern

• Standard and StatTrak versions provide collecting options

The investment rating is medium, reflecting retired source cases and a distinctive Valve-created finish without assuming future price growth. The main risk is uncertain resale demand, while unopened cases can still introduce additional knives into circulation.
