Negev | Palm

Negev | Palm is a CS2 heavy weapon skin with a muted, stencil-painted camouflage finish. Sandy beige, cream, and olive-brown patches combine with darker palm-leaf shapes across the machine gun. Its understated palette suits players who prefer natural colors rather than bright artwork. All exterior grades are available, alongside Souvenir copies.

Description

Negev | Palm applies the Palm Spray-Paint finish to the Negev machine gun in CS2. Its design centers on layered camouflage, using leaf silhouettes and irregular patches instead of a single solid color. The sandy palette gives the weapon a subdued appearance while keeping its patterned surfaces visually distinct. The underlying Negev is designed for suppressive fire, with time needed to bring that fire under control. This finish suits players building a neutral-colored loadout or choosing a heavy weapon without colorful illustrations. The Alpha Collection connection also gives collection-focused buyers a specific origin to consider. Available exteriors cover Factory New through Battle-Scarred, allowing buyers to choose according to their preferred condition. Regular and Souvenir versions provide another comparison point, separate from the appearance and float value of an individual copy.

History and Origin

Negev | Palm was released on September 19, 2013, as part of The Alpha Collection. Its introduction came with the Operation Bravo update during the CS:GO era. Valve created the skin, rather than a community designer. The finish's original concept presents it as a keepsake associated with Gwalior, expressed through layered stencil painting. Today, buyers can obtain individual copies through the Steam Community Market instead of relying on a random result. Player-to-player trading offers another route for acquiring an existing copy. Trade Up Contracts can also produce the skin through eligible Consumer Grade inputs from The Alpha Collection, although the outcome is random. Current version choices include regular and Souvenir copies, making version identification useful when comparing this historic collection skin.

Finish Style

The Palm finish uses a Spray-Paint style built around cardboard shapes, fine mesh, and palm leaves as stencils. Pale sandy beige, cream, and muted olive-brown patches cover the receiver, barrel, stock, and ammunition drum. Darker leaf silhouettes cut through those lighter areas with narrow stripes and spreading frond shapes. These palm patterns are especially noticeable across the drum and stock, where the broad surfaces display their branching forms. Faint mesh-like texture sits among larger patches, adding detail without introducing bright colors or illustrated scenes. The forward grip stays mostly light beige, interrupted by soft darker bands that continue the camouflage theme. Dark vents and recessed receiver details remain visible, creating contrast against the lighter surrounding paint. The overall appearance is matte-looking and patterned across nearly the whole weapon, with no visible lettering or colorful artwork.

Float Value

Negev | Palm has a float range of 0.06 to 0.80, so the exact float value is worth checking alongside each listing's exterior label. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, with none of those condition grades excluded. Souvenir versions are available, and version availability is separate from the skin's cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

Negev | Palm is an Industrial Grade skin from The Alpha Collection. Its Alpha Collection drop chance is 3.21%, which describes that collection outcome rather than the probability of a Trade Up Contract result. It is also obtainable through eligible collection trade-ups, where the random Industrial Grade result may be a different skin.

Why it’s Popular:

• Muted camouflage for understated loadouts

• Palm-frond silhouettes across broad weapon surfaces

• Souvenir option for collection-focused buyers

• All exterior grades available for condition preferences

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for Negev | Palm is $4.22 to $400.00. These bounds cover the whole skin and should not be treated as fixed prices for any particular exterior or version. For a useful comparison, separate regular and Souvenir listings before checking their exterior labels and exact float values. Inspect the pictured copy as well, since the listing's condition label alone does not show every detail of its appearance.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Consumer Grade skins from The Alpha Collection produces 1 Industrial Grade skin from that collection. Negev | Palm is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Industrial Grade skins, not a guaranteed Palm.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Negev | Palm can be bought as an individual skin on the Steam Community Market. Check whether the listing is regular or Souvenir, and confirm its exterior before choosing a copy.

4. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trading allows an existing Negev | Palm to be exchanged for other items. Compare the offered copy's version, exterior, and float value before agreeing to the trade.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Without established supply and demand trends, a confident short-term trading outlook would be speculative. Trade Up Contracts remain an acquisition route, while regular and Souvenir copies give traders distinct versions to compare. Anyone looking to sell or trade should evaluate the individual copy rather than assume its collection age ensures an easy sale.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Established Alpha Collection origin

• Valve-created finish with a distinct stencil design

• Souvenir availability for collectors

• Full exterior selection for different condition preferences

The editorial investment rating is medium, reflecting its Alpha Collection history and Souvenir availability rather than proven market growth. The main risk is uncertain demand and supply, so its age and visual appeal should not be treated as evidence of future returns.
