Negev | Infrastructure

Negev | Infrastructure is a CS2 Heavy weapon skin with a construction-plan hydrographic finish. Orange-red lines, muted yellow markings, and bright yellow fittings contrast with its dark charcoal base. The busy schematic look suits players building an industrial-themed inventory. All exterior grades are available, alongside Souvenir versions, but there is no StatTrak™ edition.

Description

Negev | Infrastructure applies technical, plan-like artwork to the Negev machine gun in CS2. Its visual identity comes from intersecting lines, angular outlines, and small symbols rather than a single central illustration. The receiver and large ammunition box provide broad surfaces for the dense pattern. Bright yellow components give the darker sections clear points of contrast. The design suits players who prefer detailed mechanical themes over a plain color treatment. Regular and Souvenir versions give buyers different options without changing the underlying Infrastructure finish. Professional player gxx- owns the skin, although that ownership alone does not establish widespread demand. Buyers can compare listing images, exterior grades, and exact float values to choose a copy that matches their preferences.

History and Origin

The skin arrived on September 21, 2021, with the Vertigo 2021 Collection in the Operation Riptide update. Valve created the design rather than a community designer. It belongs to The 2021 Vertigo Collection, which is also relevant to its Trade Up Contract route. The artwork draws on construction, HVAC, and wiring plans for the 51st floor. Its flavor text reinforces the idea of work following a plan. Today, compatible Vertigo Souvenir Packages provide a route to the Souvenir version. Trade Up Contracts offer another acquisition method using Industrial Grade skins from the same collection. Market purchases and player trades allow buyers to obtain existing copies directly, separately from the skin's original release.

Finish Style

Infrastructure uses a Hydrographic finish built around a dense schematic pattern. Dark charcoal covers the receiver and large ammunition box beneath orange-red and muted yellow markings. Thin intersecting lines connect angular outlines and small symbols across these surfaces. The arrangement suggests technical drawings for construction work, ventilation systems, and electrical wiring. Bright yellow panels and fittings stand out around the front assembly and along the ammunition box. Similar orange-red markings continue onto the stock and pistol grip, extending the design beyond the central body. The barrel and exposed support bars remain mostly dark gray, providing quieter areas beside the patterned sections. Scuffed-looking patches interrupt the painted surfaces, adding texture to the otherwise precise, plan-based imagery.

Float Value

Negev | Infrastructure has a float range of 0.00 to 0.49. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, so none of the standard exterior grades is missing. Souvenir versions are available; version choice is separate from exterior condition.

Rarity and Popularity

Negev | Infrastructure is a Mil-Spec Grade skin from The 2021 Vertigo Collection. Its stated collection acquisition chance is 0.8%, about 1 in 125 results, rather than a guaranteed outcome. Trade Up Contracts using Industrial Grade skins from this collection produce a random Mil-Spec Grade result, which may be Infrastructure.

Why it’s Popular:

• Construction-plan artwork gives the Negev a distinct technical theme

• Orange-red markings contrast with charcoal surfaces and bright yellow fittings

• Broad weapon surfaces display the dense schematic pattern

• Regular and Souvenir versions offer different collecting options

Price Range

The live Negev | Infrastructure price range is $3.17 to $416.72. These bounds cover the whole skin and are not fixed to a particular exterior or version. Individual listings can differ by exterior, exact float value, and whether the copy is regular or Souvenir. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, match those details and inspect the item images before deciding which listing to buy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Souvenir Package

Open a compatible Vertigo Souvenir Package for a chance at the Souvenir version of this Negev. The skin appears in 6 packages, including Stockholm 2021 Vertigo Souvenir Package and Antwerp 2022 Vertigo Souvenir Package.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract can exchange 10 Industrial Grade skins from The 2021 Vertigo Collection for 1 Mil-Spec Grade skin from that collection. Infrastructure is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Mil-Spec Grade skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy an existing copy through the Steam Community Market rather than relying on a random acquisition result. Check the exterior and whether the listing is regular or Souvenir, then inspect its float and appearance where available.

5. Trade with Other Players

Negev | Infrastructure can also be obtained through a trade with another player. Before accepting, verify the exact item, its exterior, float value, and regular or Souvenir version against the agreed exchange.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Market listings include regular and Souvenir copies, but there is no established price trend or resale-speed evidence to support a quick-flip claim. Supply growth and sustained demand remain uncertain, so scarcity should not be assumed. For a buy, sell, or trade decision, compare like-for-like exteriors, floats, and versions rather than treating every copy as interchangeable.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Valve-created design from The 2021 Vertigo Collection

• Distinctive construction-plan artwork across broad weapon surfaces

• Souvenir options connected to tournament packages

• Professional ownership by gxx-

The medium editorial investment rating should be treated cautiously: the distinctive finish, Souvenir collecting options, and ownership by gxx- describe collecting appeal rather than evidence of investment strength. The main risk is uncertain sustained demand and resale speed, with no established price trend to support an expectation of appreciation.
