Short Description

G3SG1 | The Executioner is a CS2 sniper rifle skin for the Terrorist side, featuring a bone-themed Custom Paint Job. Pale skeletal shapes contrast with dark gray-green surfaces and orange-red paint across the weapon. Its busy, macabre appearance suits players who prefer illustrated finishes over understated colors. It comes in Minimal Wear through Battle-Scarred, with standard, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions available.

Description

G3SG1 | The Executioner gives the Terrorist-side sniper rifle a hand-painted finish centered on skeletal imagery. The weapon trades considerable movement speed for a higher firing rate than other sniper rifles. Its palette combines muted gray and green with orange-red sections that extend across much of the body. Pale bone shapes connect the fore-end, upper receiver, and magazine into a coherent visual theme. The mostly dark scope provides a quieter area above the heavily decorated rifle. This look suits loadouts built around grim artwork, contrasting colors, and deliberately rough textures. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir options give buyers version choices beyond the exterior condition alone. When comparing copies, the useful details are the exact float, exterior label, version, and appearance shown in the listing.

History and Origin

G3SG1 | The Executioner arrived in CS:GO on December 11, 2015, alongside the Revolver Case. Its release was part of the "Revolver Case Skins" update. Steam Workshop community designer EGO DEATH created the finish. The item belongs to The Revolver Case Collection, which also defines its collection-specific trade-up route. Its accompanying flavor text refers to taking a trophy and names Javier Alviso, Fist of the Phoenix. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new Revolver Case drops. Existing cases can still be bought and opened, so retirement did not remove the original case-opening route. Today, the skin is also obtainable through marketplace purchases, player trades, and successful trade-up contracts.

Finish Style

The Executioner uses a Custom Paint Job to turn the rifle's surfaces into a rough skeletal composition. A mottled dark gray and green base sits beneath the brighter painted details. Orange-red areas cover the muzzle, fittings, receiver, grip, and stock, spreading the accent color across the weapon. Pale yellow-green bones stretch along the fore-end and upper receiver. Additional bone imagery appears on the magazine, carrying the theme onto a separate part of the rifle. The scope remains mostly dark, with pale bands and orange-red details around its mounts and rear section. Dark patches and streaks interrupt the colored areas, making the artwork look uneven rather than smoothly finished. The exposed barrel and scope lens remain comparatively plain, contrasting with the dense decoration across the main body.

Float Value

G3SG1 | The Executioner has a float range of 0.14 to 0.85. Its available exteriors are Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, with no Factory New version. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions are supported, but version choice is separate from the cosmetic condition described by float and exterior.

Rarity and Popularity

G3SG1 | The Executioner has the Classified rarity grade. Its chance from the Revolver Case is 1.07%, making a direct purchase an alternative to pursuing a random case result. Professional players allu, mezii, and Twistzz own the skin, although ownership alone does not establish market demand or future value.

Why it’s Popular:

• Pale bone artwork gives the rifle a distinctive theme

• Orange-red accents contrast with the dark gray-green base

• Rough painted textures suit macabre loadouts

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions offer different collecting options

Price Range

The live G3SG1 | The Executioner price range is $7.28 to $153.24. These bounds cover the whole item, rather than a fixed exterior or version. Compare Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred listings within the same version when assessing an asking price. The exact float and listing image help distinguish copies that share an exterior label. Keep standard, StatTrak and Souvenir offers separate when comparing purchases or setting a sell price.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Revolver Case

Opening the Revolver Case can produce The Executioner, with a 1.07% chance for this skin. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. This remains a random route rather than a way to select the finish directly.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Restricted skins from The Revolver Case Collection produces a Classified skin from that collection. The Executioner is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Classified skins. Comparing input costs with a direct purchase helps assess whether the uncertainty suits the buyer.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The skin can be bought from Steam Community Market listings without relying on a random case or contract result. Compare the listed exterior and version before choosing a copy. Check float information where available, since an exterior label does not identify the exact float.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades provide another way to obtain The Executioner using an agreed exchange. Check the offered item's exterior, float, and version before accepting. Compare the specific copy with similar listings rather than valuing every Executioner as an identical item.

Trading and Investment Considerations

No new Revolver Cases drop, but existing cases and trade-up contracts can still create copies of the skin. Professional ownership provides visibility, while sales volume and long-term price behavior remain uncertain. A practical buy, sell, or trade comparison should match exteriors and versions, then account for the exact float and visible condition.

Reasons it Holds Value

• No new Revolver Case drops

• Distinctive bone-themed Custom Paint Job

• Ownership by allu, mezii, and Twistzz

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir collecting options

The investment rating is medium, supported by retired case drops, distinctive artwork, and ownership by professional players. The main risk is uncertain future demand and price direction, while existing cases and trade-ups can still add copies.
