About this skin

How is a skin affected by its quality?

Float determines a skin's exterior condition. Demeter is available in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred; inspect the individual copy's condition rather than relying on the exterior name alone.

How does the rarity of a skin work?

Demeter is Mil-Spec Grade and has a 13.32% drop chance from the Operation Bravo Case. That chance does not guarantee the skin from any individual opening.

How much does G3SG1 | Demeter cost?

G3SG1 | Demeter ranges from $2.80 to $100.00. The bounds cover the whole skin, so compare each listing's exterior, float and version.

Which case contains G3SG1 | Demeter?

G3SG1 | Demeter comes from the Operation Bravo Case. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened.

Which exteriors are available for G3SG1 | Demeter?

G3SG1 | Demeter comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. Its float range is 0.06 to 0.80.

Does G3SG1 | Demeter have StatTrak and Souvenir versions?

Yes, G3SG1 | Demeter has both StatTrak and Souvenir versions alongside standard copies. Check the version separately from the exterior and float when comparing listings.

Short Description

G3SG1 | Demeter is a CS2 rifle skin with a blue-gray mosaic Hydrographic finish and scattered orange accents. The patterned handguard, receiver and scope contrast with dark, undecorated components. Its geometric look suits players who prefer cool colors with small touches of warmth. It comes in every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with standard, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions available.

Description

G3SG1 | Demeter is a skin for the Terrorist-side G3SG1 rifle, built around an angular mosaic design. Pale blue dividing lines and scattered orange highlights give the blue-gray pattern definition against its dark background. The matching scope connects the optic visually with the decorated receiver and handguard. Its appearance suits players who want detailed geometric surfaces balanced by plain black and dark gray components. The weapon trades substantial movement speed for faster firing than other sniper rifles. Buyers can choose among standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions according to the type of copy they want. Its exterior selection runs from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, making exact condition worth checking on each listing. For a purchase or trade, compare the float value and version alongside the skin's appearance rather than choosing by its name alone.

History and Origin

G3SG1 | Demeter was released in CS:GO on September 19, 2013. It arrived through the Operation Bravo Case as part of the Operation Bravo update. Valve created the skin, rather than a community designer. It belongs to The Bravo Collection, which identifies its collection origin separately from its case. The original finish description presents the weapon as a keepsake associated with Ali, without explaining that connection further. The Operation Bravo Case no longer drops after Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. Existing cases remain available to buy and open, so retirement did not remove the case-opening route. Today, buyers can also obtain an existing copy through the Steam Community Market or a player-to-player trade.

Finish Style

Demeter uses a Hydrographic finish built around a fragmented, angular mosaic rather than a single solid color. Blue-gray shapes sit over a dark base, separated by pale blue lines that make the individual pieces stand out. Scattered orange blocks interrupt the cool palette, giving the patterned surfaces small points of warm contrast. The pattern covers the handguard and receiver, then continues across the scope and upper portion of the stock. A narrow orange border circles the scope's front opening, echoing the orange accents elsewhere on the weapon. The barrel, muzzle, magazine and pistol grip remain dark gray or black instead of carrying the mosaic. Most of the buttstock is also plain, creating a clear break from the patterned upper stock. This alternation between busy surfaces and dark components gives the rifle a detailed look without applying the same treatment to every part.

Float Value

G3SG1 | Demeter has a float range of 0.06 to 0.80. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so none of the exterior categories is missing. StatTrak and Souvenir versions also exist, but version availability is separate from the cosmetic condition described by the exterior and float.

Rarity and Popularity

G3SG1 | Demeter is a Mil-Spec Grade skin in The Bravo Collection. Its stated chance of appearing from an Operation Bravo Case is 13.32%, although that probability does not guarantee a result from any opening. Professional players boltz and malbsMd own the skin, providing documented ownership without establishing current market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Blue-gray mosaic with contrasting orange accents

• Matching pattern across the receiver, handguard and scope

• Dark components balance the detailed upper surfaces

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir options

Price Range

The live G3SG1 | Demeter CS2 skin price range is $2.80 to $100.00. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a particular exterior or version. Compare Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred listings alongside their exact float values. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir copies should be checked separately rather than assumed to share a price. When buying or selling, use the individual listing's condition, version and current asking price instead of treating the overall range as its valuation.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Operation Bravo Case

Open an Operation Bravo Case for a chance to receive Demeter, with a stated probability of 13.32%. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. This route offers a chance at the skin rather than a direct purchase of the desired copy.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy G3SG1 | Demeter on the Steam Community Market by selecting an existing listing instead of relying on a case result. Compare the listed exterior and version, including standard, StatTrak and Souvenir options, before confirming the purchase.

4. Trade with Other Players

Obtain an existing copy by trading with another player who owns the skin. Check the exact float, exterior and version before agreeing on the exchange, especially when the offered copy needs to match a particular listing.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The retired Operation Bravo Case has no new drops, removing replenishment through that route while existing cases can still produce skins. Ownership by boltz and malbsMd provides some professional visibility, but does not establish current demand or how quickly copies sell. Compare exterior, exact float and version before deciding to buy, sell or trade; without price-history or listing-depth evidence, short-term prospects remain uncertain.

Reasons it Holds Value

• No new Operation Bravo Case drops

• Valve-created finish from The Bravo Collection

• Owned by boltz and malbsMd

• StatTrak and Souvenir versions offer additional ownership options

The investment rating is medium: its case is no longer replenished through drops, and professional ownership gives the finish some visibility. Price-history and listing-depth evidence are missing, so there is no basis for a stronger investment call. The main risk is uncertain resale demand, and case retirement alone should not be treated as a promise of appreciation.
