About this skin

How is a skin affected by its quality?

Exterior quality describes the skin's cosmetic condition, which is associated with its float value. This finish spans 0.00 to 0.85 and comes in every exterior, from Factory New through Battle-Scarred. StatTrak is a separate version, not a condition tier.

How does the rarity of a skin work?

Rarity identifies a skin's grade and relates to its availability from cases. This knife is Covert, with a 0.0085% chance from the Operation Riptide Case.

How much does ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic cost?

The live range is $38.67 to $330.00. These bounds cover the whole skin; compare individual listings by exterior, float and version.

Which cases contain ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic?

The Operation Riptide Case and Dreams & Nightmares Case contain this knife. Existing Riptide cases can still be bought and opened despite no longer dropping.

Which exteriors are available for ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic?

It comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. Its float range is 0.00 to 0.85.

Does ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic have a StatTrak version?

Yes, StatTrak versions are available alongside standard copies. There is no Souvenir version, and StatTrak status is separate from the knife's exterior.

Short Description

The ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic is a CS2 knife skin with a red-and-steel Gunsmith finish. Bright red handles and blade centers contrast with broad gray faces and silver cutting edges. Its geometric design suits red-themed loadouts and players who prefer visible metal accents. All exteriors are available, with standard and StatTrak™ versions but no Souvenir option.

Description

★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic brings the Autotronic finish to a pair of push daggers in CS2. The design combines red anodizing with gray and silver surfaces rather than covering the blades in a single color. Steel-mesh inserts near the handles give the finish an identifiable industrial detail. Large angular handle openings and curved finger cutouts reinforce the knives' geometric appearance. The red-and-metal palette works for players building a coordinated loadout around those colors. Professional players fer, Dima and MICHU have owned the skin. Buyers can choose a standard copy or a StatTrak version without changing the underlying finish. Comparing float value, exterior and version helps separate cosmetic condition from the additional StatTrak option.

History and Origin

★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic debuted on September 21, 2021, with the Operation Riptide update. Valve created the finish, rather than a community designer. The Operation Riptide Case was its original release case. The Dreams & Nightmares Case also offers a case-opening route today. Operation Riptide cases no longer drop following Valve's retirement of the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. Existing Riptide cases can still be bought on the market and opened, so that acquisition route remains available. As of October 9, 2026, the Dreams & Nightmares Case belongs to the weekly drop pool through the Weekly Care Package. Players can also acquire an existing knife through marketplace purchases or player-to-player trades, without opening either case.

Finish Style

Autotronic uses the Gunsmith finish style, combining anodized red areas with contrasting metallic surfaces. Bright red covers both handles and extends along the centers of the blades. Broad gray blade faces sit beside these red sections, keeping the color placement clearly defined. Lighter silver cutting edges continue toward the pointed tips. Each blade carries two small circular steel-mesh inserts close to its handle. The mesh is incorporated into the design to lighten the daggers. The handles combine angular openings with curved finger cutouts and darker red markings near the blade junctions. A lightly speckled surface and the absence of visible text keep the overall appearance clean and geometric.

Float Value

The float value range is 0.00 to 0.85. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, covering every exterior tier. Standard and StatTrak versions are available, but no Souvenir version exists; version availability is separate from cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic has the Covert rarity grade. Its drop chance from the Operation Riptide Case is 0.0085%, making that particular case-opening outcome unlikely. Ownership by fer, Dima and MICHU gives the finish professional visibility, but does not establish market-wide demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Bright red and metallic colors suit coordinated loadouts

• Geometric handles and circular mesh inserts add visual detail

• All exterior tiers offer condition choices

• StatTrak availability gives players an additional version choice

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for ★ Shadow Daggers | Autotronic is $38.67 to $330.00. These bounds cover the whole skin, rather than a fixed exterior or version. Exterior and exact float help distinguish condition, while standard and StatTrak listings should be compared separately without assuming their prices match. When comparing offers on Eneba Skins, check the listed price against the specific knife's exterior, float and version before choosing a copy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Weapon Case

Open an Operation Riptide Case or Dreams & Nightmares Case for a chance at this knife, not a guaranteed result. Riptide cases no longer drop but remain purchasable and openable, while Dreams & Nightmares cases remain in the weekly pool.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy an existing copy on the Steam Community Market to avoid the uncertainty of obtaining this finish through a case opening. Check the listed exterior and whether the knife is standard or StatTrak before comparing offers.

4. Trade with Other Players

The skin can also be acquired through a player-to-player trade for an existing copy. Confirm the item name, float, exterior and StatTrak status before agreeing on the exchange.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Weekly Dreams & Nightmares Case drops sustain a continuing case-opening route, despite the retirement of Riptide case drops. Professional ownership offers visibility, but broader demand and resale speed remain uncertain. Compare available standard and StatTrak copies by exterior and float before deciding to buy, sell or trade.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Documented ownership by fer, Dima and MICHU

• Distinctive red anodizing with recognizable steel-mesh details

• StatTrak availability alongside the standard finish

The investment rating is medium, supported by professional ownership and a distinctive Valve-created finish. The main risk is continuing access through Dreams & Nightmares Case openings, which limits a scarcity-based argument. Demand trends and long-term price performance remain uncertain, so buyers should not assume appreciation.
