Short Description

M4A4 | Evil Daimyo is a CS2 rifle skin for the Counter-Terrorist side, featuring a red-and-black Custom Paint Job. Angular graphics cover the receiver and magazine, while darker sections frame the central design. Its bold palette suits players building a coordinated red-and-black loadout. All exterior grades are available, alongside StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

M4A4 | Evil Daimyo brings a graphic red-and-black finish to the Counter-Terrorist side's full-auto assault rifle in CS2. The Custom Paint Job combines broad colored panels with angular shapes rather than a simple, uniform coating. Its receiver and magazine carry much of the visual detail, including small emblem-like graphics among the darker sections. A diagonal red panel on the stock extends the color scheme beyond the rifle's central body. Dark sights and a dark top rail give the finish quieter areas around its busier artwork. This combination suits players who want strong color accents without covering every weapon part in red. Professional owners include flusha, kennyS and chrisJ, giving the skin a documented connection to competitive players. Buyers can compare standard, StatTrak and Souvenir copies by exterior, exact float value and the appearance of each listed item.

History and Origin

M4A4 | Evil Daimyo was introduced on May 26, 2015. It arrived with the Falchion Case, establishing the case-opening route associated with the finish. That release formed part of the Operation Bloodhound update. Steam Workshop community designer The Honey Badger created the finish. Its collection placement is The Falchion Collection, which also matters when selecting inputs for a possible trade-up result. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, changing the Falchion Case's supply status. The case no longer drops, but existing cases remain available to buy on the market and open. Current acquisition routes also include direct marketplace purchases, player-to-player trades and trade-up contracts, so obtaining the skin does not require opening its original case.

Finish Style

Evil Daimyo uses a Custom Paint Job built around red and black graphics, with dark gray adding variation across the weapon. Bold red panels cover the receiver and magazine, making the center of the rifle the main focus of the design. Black and dark gray angular shapes break up those panels, creating a layered graphic appearance rather than a flat block of color. Small emblem-like details appear on the receiver and magazine, adding visual detail to these already busy sections. The handguard is mostly dark gray, interrupted by thin light lines and a red graphic near its front. Red bands wrap around the barrel behind the gray muzzle, while the sights and top rail remain dark. The stock carries a broad diagonal red panel with a small dark emblem, continuing the graphic treatment toward the rear. A mottled gray pistol grip completes the finish with a textured-looking area that contrasts with the larger colored panels.

Float Value

M4A4 | Evil Daimyo has a float range of 0.00 to 0.52. It is available in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so no exterior grade is missing. StatTrak and Souvenir versions are also available, but version choice is separate from cosmetic condition and should be checked alongside the exterior and exact float.

Rarity and Popularity

M4A4 | Evil Daimyo is a Restricted rifle skin in The Falchion Collection. Its chance from a Falchion Case opening is 3.2%, making a direct purchase the route for selecting this exact skin without a random result. Documented owners include flusha, kennyS and chrisJ, although professional ownership alone does not establish future market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Bold red panels and angular black graphics

• Detailed receiver and magazine with darker surrounding sections

• All exterior grades available

• StatTrak and Souvenir options for different collecting preferences

• Documented ownership by professional players

Price Range

The live M4A4 | Evil Daimyo price range is $2.34 to $39.83. These bounds cover the whole skin, rather than representing a fixed price for any particular exterior or version. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir listings can occupy different price levels, so version labels matter when comparing offers. Exterior narrows the selection, while exact float value provides a more specific condition detail within that exterior. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, match the desired version and condition before deciding which listing to buy or how to price a copy for sale.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Falchion Case

Opening the Falchion Case offers a 3.2% chance of receiving M4A4 | Evil Daimyo. The case no longer drops, although existing cases can still be purchased on the market and opened. This route remains random and does not guarantee the desired skin.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A trade-up contract using 10 Mil-Spec Grade skins from The Falchion Collection produces 1 Restricted skin from that collection. Evil Daimyo is a possible outcome, but the result is random among the collection's Restricted skins, so the contract cannot guarantee this finish.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The Steam Community Market provides a direct purchase route for this finish rather than a random case or contract result. Compare the exterior and whether the listing is a standard, StatTrak or Souvenir copy before choosing an offer.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trading offers another way to acquire an Evil Daimyo by exchanging items with an existing owner. Confirm the offered rifle's exact exterior, float value and version before agreeing to the trade, rather than relying only on the finish name.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Falchion Case retirement removes new case drops, but existing cases and trade-up contracts can still produce additional Evil Daimyo copies. Professional ownership offers a collecting connection, while future demand and a reliable price trend remain uncertain. Anyone looking to buy, sell or trade should compare equivalent exteriors and versions instead of treating every copy as interchangeable.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Falchion Case no longer receives new drops

• Documented ownership by flusha, kennyS and chrisJ

• StatTrak and Souvenir options broaden collecting choices

• Distinctive red-and-black graphics suit coordinated loadouts

M4A4 | Evil Daimyo receives a medium investment rating, supported by retired case drops, documented professional ownership and several available versions. Existing cases and trade-up contracts can still add copies, so case retirement does not make the skin's supply fixed. Future demand and price growth remain uncertain, making purchases for use easier to justify than expectations of dependable returns.
