Short Description

The M4A1-S | Player Two is a CS2 skin for the silenced Counter-Terrorist rifle, built around bright comic-style artwork. Cyan, orange, red, yellow and white surround an animated GIGN CT and Pop Dog graphic. Its dense design suits players who prefer character illustrations and colorful weapons over understated finishes. All exterior tiers are available, alongside StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

M4A1-S | Player Two gives the Counter-Terrorist M4A1-S a Custom Paint Job with a busy, illustrated identity. Artwork covers the suppressor, receiver, magazine, grip and stock, creating a connected design across the rifle. GIGN CT character art provides a focal point on the receiver, while Pop Dog adds another character element on the stock. Dark outlines help distinguish the drawings and lettering within the bright palette. For players building a colorful loadout, the finish offers both bold color blocks and recognizable character details. The underlying rifle combines a smaller magazine with quieter fire, reduced recoil and improved accuracy compared with its unsilenced counterpart. Buyers can choose the finish for its artwork while evaluating exterior condition separately from its overall design. Listing comparisons should also distinguish regular, StatTrak and Souvenir versions instead of treating every copy as interchangeable.

History and Origin

M4A1-S | Player Two was released on March 31, 2020, alongside the Prisma 2 Case. Its introduction formed part of the Prisma 2 Case Skins update. Steam Workshop community designer kadzor created the finish, giving it a community-made origin. The skin belongs to The Prisma 2 Collection, which also determines its eligible collection-based trade-up route. Its accompanying flavor text evokes starting a game, matching the animated character presentation. The Prisma 2 Case no longer drops as of October 9, 2026, following Valve's retirement of the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. Existing cases can still be purchased on the market and opened, so retirement has not removed the case-opening route. Direct purchases, player trades and eligible trade-up contracts also remain ways to obtain the finish without relying on new case drops.

Finish Style

The Player Two finish uses a Custom Paint Job to combine bright colors with animated character illustrations. Cyan, orange, red, yellow and white are broken up by dark outlines and patches. The suppressor mixes orange-red and cyan sections, with overlapping lettering making that part of the design especially dense. Behind it, the exposed barrel stays mostly dark and carries white markings, contrasting with the painted suppressor. The ribbed handguard is largely cyan, detailed with blue lines and a yellow-orange section near the receiver. A large cartoon GIGN CT dominates the receiver, and additional comic-style artwork continues onto the magazine and pistol grip. The stock combines cyan, orange and red blocks with small lettering and a Pop Dog graphic. Together, those placements create a busy illustrated finish, with character art, text and color changes spread across the weapon.

Float Value

The M4A1-S | Player Two float value ranges from 0.00 to 0.84. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so none of the standard exterior categories are missing. StatTrak and Souvenir versions are also available, with those version labels remaining separate from the copy's cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

M4A1-S | Player Two has Covert rarity within The Prisma 2 Collection. Its chance from a Prisma 2 Case opening is 0.32%, about 1 in 313 results. Professional owners include dupreeh, WorldEdit and Zeus, although ownership alone does not establish current buyer demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Bright comic-style artwork across the rifle

• GIGN CT and Pop Dog character details

• Cyan and orange accents on the suppressor

• All exterior tiers, plus StatTrak and Souvenir options

Price Range

The live M4A1-S | Player Two price range is $45.86 to $280.72. This overall CS2 skin price range covers the item, rather than quoting any particular exterior or version. Check individual float values within an exterior to compare cosmetic condition more closely. Regular, StatTrak and Souvenir listings need separate comparisons, since the shared finish name does not identify the exact version. Before deciding to buy or sell, inspect the pictured copy and compare matching exterior and version listings rather than relying only on the asking price.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Prisma 2 Case

Open a Prisma 2 Case for a 0.32% chance to receive this finish. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. Opening one does not guarantee Player Two.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Classified skins from The Prisma 2 Collection produces 1 Covert skin from that collection. Player Two is a possible result, but the output is random among the collection's Covert skins. This route therefore targets the collection rather than guaranteeing the exact finish.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy a listed copy on the Steam Community Market and compare its exterior and version before selecting an offer. This direct route allows buyers to choose a specific listed item instead of leaving the outcome to a case or contract.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades provide another route by exchanging items with an owner of the finish. Confirm the exact skin, exterior, float and version in the proposed trade before accepting.

Trading and Investment Considerations

With no new Prisma 2 Case drops, opening existing cases reduces that case supply, although trade-up contracts remain another source of the skin. Professional ownership supports visibility, but it does not establish demand growth, a price trend or reliable resale speed. Compare regular, StatTrak and Souvenir copies separately, matching exterior and float when assessing a potential trade.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired case supply limits new case-based availability

• Covert rarity with low case-opening odds

• Ownership by professional players

• Distinctive character artwork by kadzor

• StatTrak and Souvenir options for collectors

The editorial investment rating is medium, balancing retired case supply, Covert rarity and professional ownership against uncertain market demand. Trade-up contracts can still create copies, so the case's retirement does not make the skin's supply fixed. The main risk is paying a price that future buyers do not support, without established price-history or resale evidence.
