M4A1-S | Black Lotus

M4A1-S | Black Lotus is a CS2 skin for the silenced Counter-Terrorist rifle. Its dark lotus artwork sits over a blue-purple base, with fine floral lines extending across the body. The look suits players who prefer detailed botanical artwork and darker colors. All exterior grades are available, alongside StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

M4A1-S | Black Lotus brings a floral Gunsmith finish to the Counter-Terrorist rifle. The silenced weapon has a smaller magazine than its unmuffled counterpart, with quieter shots, lower recoil and better accuracy. A dark lotus above the grip gives the finish its central visual feature. Blue and purple coloring connects the receiver, ribbed handguard and decorated stock. Mostly dark supporting parts keep the artwork concentrated on the upper body. The design suits purple-themed loadouts or players seeking floral detail without a bright overall palette. Professional owners include s1mple, apEX and allu, although ownership alone does not establish market demand. Buyers can compare the exact float, exterior and standard, StatTrak or Souvenir version when selecting a copy.

History and Origin

The skin was released on February 6, 2024. It arrived with the Kilowatt Case in the "First Actual CS2 Skins" update. Its creator is moonfighter, a Steam Workshop community designer. The finish belongs to The Kilowatt Collection, which also provides its collection-based Trade Up Contract route. Today, buyers can obtain existing copies through marketplaces or player-to-player trades rather than relying on a random result. Opening the Kilowatt Case remains another acquisition route. As of October 9, 2026, that case is in the Weekly Care Package drop pool, allowing new copies to keep entering the market.

Finish Style

The Gunsmith finish centers on custom-painted lotus artwork over a dark blue and purple base. Pale blue highlights and fine curling lines run across the receiver and ribbed handguard. Above the grip, the dark flower spreads across the receiver with purple and muted gold details. The stock continues the floral theme through blue-purple linework. Mostly black coloring on the carry handle and front sight is edged with purple. The dark gray suppressor carries a faint texture and small red markings. The barrel and pistol grip remain mostly dark gray, giving the detailed upper body a restrained backdrop. Bright metallic ribs on the magazine contrast with the surrounding floral artwork.

Float Value

The M4A1-S | Black Lotus float value ranges from 0.00 to 0.70. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so none of those exterior categories is missing. StatTrak and Souvenir versions also exist, but version availability is separate from the cosmetic condition represented by float and exterior.

Rarity and Popularity

Black Lotus has Classified rarity and is part of The Kilowatt Collection. Its stated chance from the Kilowatt Case is 1.07%, or about 1 in 94 drops. Documented ownership by s1mple, apEX and allu adds professional visibility, but does not prove scarcity among current marketplace listings.

Why it’s Popular:

• Dark lotus artwork with purple and muted gold details

• Blue-purple floral styling across the rifle body

• Metallic magazine ribs contrast with the painted finish

• StatTrak and Souvenir options alongside standard copies

Price Range

The live M4A1-S | Black Lotus price range is $3.20 to $64.74. These bounds cover the whole skin, not fixed prices for a named exterior or version. Compare standard, StatTrak and Souvenir listings separately, then check the exterior and exact float value of each copy. Eneba Skins supports current offer comparisons, helping buyers assess a specific listing rather than treating the overall range as its expected price.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Kilowatt Case

Open the Kilowatt Case for a chance to receive this finish. The stated chance is 1.07%, so opening a case does not guarantee Black Lotus. Buying an existing copy is the direct route when the desired finish matters more than a random outcome.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A contract using 10 Restricted skins from The Kilowatt Collection produces 1 Classified skin from that collection. Black Lotus is a possible result, not a guaranteed outcome. The result is random among the collection's Classified skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy an existing copy on the Steam Community Market without relying on a case or contract result. Compare the listed exterior, float value and version before purchasing. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir copies should be treated as distinct options.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trading offers another route to an existing copy of the skin. Check the offered item's exterior, float value and version before accepting. Unlike case openings and Trade Up Contracts, a direct trade lets players select the particular copy being exchanged.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The Kilowatt Case's weekly drop status means new supply continues entering the market. Professional ownership provides visibility, but it does not establish consistent demand or a reliable resale timeline. When planning to buy, sell or trade, compare current listings by exterior, float and version rather than assuming a price trend.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Classified rarity within The Kilowatt Collection

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Distinctive dark lotus and blue-purple artwork

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir choices

The investment rating is medium, supported by Classified rarity, professional ownership and a varied version lineup. Its main risk is continuing supply from the weekly drop pool, weakening a scarcity-based case for short-term flips. A purchase should depend on the specific listing, not an expectation of future returns.
