Galil AR | Sage Spray

Galil AR | Sage Spray is a CS2 rifle skin with a muted, spray-painted finish. Pale cream, sage green and gray-brown patches create a mottled look across the weapon. Its subdued colors suit players who prefer camouflage-like styling without lettering or distinct artwork. All exterior conditions are available, alongside a Souvenir version, but there is no StatTrak™ option.

Description

Galil AR | Sage Spray gives the Terrorist-side assault rifle a loose, freehand Spray-Paint finish in CS2. Short bands and overlapping patches define its appearance rather than a central illustration or logo. The colors extend across the receiver, stock, handguard, grip and magazine, giving the rifle a consistent visual theme. Beneath the finish, the Galil AR remains a lower-cost assault-rifle option suited to medium- and long-range engagements. The muted palette suits loadouts built around green, cream and earthy tones rather than bright accents. Regular and Souvenir copies offer different ownership options without introducing a StatTrak version. The curved magazine carries alternating light and darker streaks running mostly along its length. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float value and version when choosing between otherwise similar-looking listings.

History and Origin

Galil AR | Sage Spray was released in CS:GO on November 27, 2013. It arrived with The Lake Collection during the DreamHack 2013 update. Valve created the finish, so its origin is not attributed to a community designer. Its in-game flavor text is "Perfect for the insurgent on the go". The DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package is a supported source for the Souvenir version. The EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package provides another supported package route. Today, buyers can open either package or select an existing copy through the Steam Community Market or a player-to-player trade.

Finish Style

The Spray-Paint finish combines pale cream, sage green and muted gray-brown across the rifle's main surfaces. Short, thick bands interrupt the base colors, with irregular patches overlapping instead of forming a precise repeating motif. Soft edges give these markings a freehand appearance rather than the crisp boundaries of a detailed illustration. The receiver and handguard carry the same mottled treatment seen on the stock and grip. On the curved magazine, alternating light and darker streaks run mostly along its length. The barrel and muzzle use muted gray-green tones that keep them visually connected to the painted body. Darker accents on the sights and upper rail provide contrast without introducing a bright secondary color. With no visible lettering or distinct artwork, the design relies on its restrained palette and uneven bands for character.

Float Value

Galil AR | Sage Spray has a float value range of 0.06 to 0.80. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so none of these exterior categories is excluded. Regular and Souvenir versions are available; version availability should be checked separately from a copy's exterior condition.

Rarity and Popularity

Galil AR | Sage Spray has the Consumer Grade rarity classification within The Lake Collection. Its stated selection chance from that collection is 13.35%, which should not be treated as a separate probability for each Souvenir package. Known professional owners include kennyS, jdm64 and apEX, although ownership alone does not establish current buying demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Muted green and cream colors suit understated loadouts

• Freehand bands give the rifle a distinctive mottled appearance

• All exterior categories offer flexibility when choosing a copy

• Souvenir availability adds a tournament-package collecting option

Price Range

The live Galil AR | Sage Spray price range is $0.02 to $830.98. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a fixed exterior or version. Regular copies offer an accessible entry point, while Souvenir listings form a separate category to compare. Exterior and exact float value help distinguish copies, so an exterior label alone should not replace checking the individual listing. When comparing the CS2 skin price, keep regular and Souvenir versions separate and assess comparable conditions before choosing where to buy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Souvenir Package

Open a DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package or an EMS One 2014 Souvenir Package for the Souvenir acquisition route. Both packages are associated with this skin, but its Lake Collection selection chance should not be assumed to describe their individual outcomes. Buyers seeking a particular exterior or float can instead compare existing Souvenir listings.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Galil AR | Sage Spray can be bought on the Steam Community Market as an existing skin rather than through a package opening. Check whether the listing is regular or Souvenir, then compare its exterior and float value. This route lets buyers evaluate the listed copy instead of choosing a package as the starting point.

4. Trade with Other Players

Players can obtain the skin through a player-to-player trade using items they already own. Confirm the offered copy's version, exterior and float before agreeing to the exchange. A regular copy and a Souvenir copy should be evaluated separately, even when both carry the same Sage Spray finish.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Regular copies sit at an accessible price level, while Souvenir versions give collectors another category to compare. Players planning to buy, sell or trade should compare equivalent exteriors and float values rather than treating every copy as interchangeable. Future supply and short-term demand remain uncertain, so a low purchase price alone does not establish an easy resale opportunity.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Accessible pricing for regular copies

• Souvenir versions linked to named tournament packages

• Documented ownership by kennyS, jdm64 and apEX

• Full exterior range supports condition-based collecting

The investment rating is medium-to-poor: accessible pricing and documented professional ownership provide interest, but do not establish a strong growth case. Souvenir availability gives collectors another version to consider without proving scarcity. The main risk is uncertain resale demand, especially when a purchase relies on an assumed premium rather than comparable listings.
