Five-SeveN | Violent Daimyo

Five-SeveN | Violent Daimyo is a CS2 pistol skin with violet-and-black geometric artwork. Angular slide graphics and a patterned violet grip give it a detailed, high-contrast appearance. The finish suits players building dark loadouts with a strong purple accent. It comes in every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions also available.

Description

The Five-SeveN | Violent Daimyo is a CS2 pistol skin for the Counter-Terrorist side, using a Custom Paint Job finish. Its violet-and-black graphics create a layered appearance built around sharp angles rather than a simple color coating. Gray sections break up the slide, while a patterned violet grip carries the palette onto the lower half. The underlying Five-SeveN combines accuracy and armor penetration with a forgiving recoil profile. Its 20-round magazine offsets a slower reload, keeping the weapon's practical identity separate from its cosmetic finish. This look suits players who prefer detailed geometric artwork over a restrained, single-color pistol. Professional owners include kennyS, s1mple and apEX, giving the skin documented presence in those inventories. Buyers can compare exterior, float value and supported versions to select a copy that fits their visual preferences.

History and Origin

Five-SeveN | Violent Daimyo was introduced on June 15, 2016, alongside the Gamma Case. Its debut was part of the "Gamma Case Skins" update. The design came from The Honey Badger, a Steam Workshop community designer. It belongs to The Gamma Collection, connecting the pistol finish to that release's collection identity. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. As of October 9, 2026, the Gamma Case no longer drops, so new cases do not enter circulation through that route. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened, preserving the original acquisition method. Today, direct marketplace purchases and player trades offer alternatives to obtaining the pistol through a case opening.

Finish Style

The Custom Paint Job uses violet as its main accent against black and dark gray sections. Across the slide, angular black graphics interrupt the violet surface and create a segmented appearance. Dark triangular lattice patterns occupy the front of the slide, accompanied by scattered geometric symbols. Gray bands toward the rear introduce another color block without changing the overall dark palette. The frame carries honeycomb outlines, small violet accents and pale symbols above the trigger. A broad violet grip panel contains a repeating dark pattern bordered by black and gray geometric detailing. The trigger guard is comparatively plain and dark, providing a quieter area beneath the layered artwork. Together, these placements make the finish visually busy while maintaining a consistent geometric theme across the pistol.

Float Value

The float value of Five-SeveN | Violent Daimyo ranges from 0.00 to 0.70. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so no exterior category is excluded. StatTrak and Souvenir versions also exist, but those version labels are separate from a copy's float and cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

Five-SeveN | Violent Daimyo has the Mil-Spec Grade rarity classification. Its chance of appearing from a Gamma Case opening is 11.42%, making the case route a chance-based purchase rather than a direct selection. Marketplace listings and player trades provide ways to obtain the specific skin without relying on that opening result.

Why it’s Popular:

• Violet-and-black palette suits dark loadouts with a purple accent

• Layered geometric artwork covers both slide and grip

• All exterior categories offer options for different preferences

• Documented ownership by kennyS, s1mple and apEX

Price Range

The live Five-SeveN | Violent Daimyo price range is $0.32 to $26.00. Its accessible price level makes it relevant to buyers choosing a patterned pistol on a modest budget. Compare the listed exterior and exact float value alongside the image when assessing cosmetic condition. Check whether a copy is standard, StatTrak or Souvenir rather than assuming every listing represents the same version. These bounds cover the whole skin and do not establish a fixed price for any particular exterior or version.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Gamma Case

Open a Gamma Case for a chance to receive this skin, with an 11.42% probability for Violent Daimyo. The case no longer drops, but existing Gamma Cases can still be purchased on the market and opened.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy Five-SeveN | Violent Daimyo directly through the Steam Community Market instead of relying on a Gamma Case result. Compare each listing's exterior and version, then check its float and appearance before choosing a copy.

4. Trade with Other Players

Trade with another player for an existing copy of the skin. Confirm the item name, exterior, float value and version before accepting, especially when exchanging a standard copy for a StatTrak or Souvenir version.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The retired Gamma Case limits new case supply, but openings of existing cases can still add copies of this pistol to circulation. Ownership by kennyS, s1mple and apEX provides visibility, not proof of sustained buying demand or easy resale. For a buy, sell or trade decision, compare equivalent exteriors and versions before treating a listing as good value.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired Gamma Case provides a finite source-case supply

• Accessible pricing supports budget-conscious ownership

• Documented professional ownership gives the finish visibility

• Distinctive violet geometry gives it a clear visual identity

The investment rating is medium, supported by accessible pricing, documented professional ownership and a retired source case. The main risk is continued skin supply from existing case openings combined with uncertain future demand, so case retirement alone does not establish price growth.
