Five-SeveN | Fairy Tale

Five-SeveN | Fairy Tale is a CS2 pistol skin with colorful princess, unicorn, flower, and castle artwork. Its busy cartoon design suits players who prefer a playful finish over restrained weapon styling. All exteriors are available, alongside standard, StatTrak™, and Souvenir versions.

Description

Five-SeveN | Fairy Tale is a Classified skin for the Counter-Terrorist Five-SeveN pistol in CS2. Its Custom Paint Job combines fantasy characters and colorful scenery across the slide and grip. Pink accents connect the illustrated surfaces with smaller details on the muzzle, sights, and trigger. The mostly silver-gray lower frame provides a quieter backdrop beneath the decorated slide. This finish suits colorful loadouts and players who want character-driven artwork on their sidearm. The underlying pistol combines accuracy and armor penetration with a 20-round magazine, forgiving recoil, and a slow reload. Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions give buyers different options for the same illustrated theme. Before buying, compare each listing's exterior, exact float value, version, and item images.

History and Origin

Five-SeveN | Fairy Tale was released on December 3, 2020. It arrived through the Operation Broken Fang Case in the Operation Broken Fang update. Steam Workshop community designer Rafok created the finish. The skin belongs to The Operation Broken Fang Collection. That collection also connects it to trade-up contracts using eligible Restricted skins. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. The Operation Broken Fang Case no longer drops, although existing cases can still be bought and opened. Today, buyers can also obtain the skin through direct marketplace purchases or trades with other players.

Finish Style

The finish uses a Custom Paint Job to create an illustrated fantasy scene rather than a uniform surface treatment. Bright pink, white, blue, orange, and green artwork covers the slide. A pink-maned unicorn stretches beside a red-orange castle, pale blue sky, and yellow flowers. A crowned princess appears near the slide's rear, while additional unicorn artwork continues down the grip. Along the slide's lower edge, a green strip carries small pink floral shapes. Pink details also appear on the muzzle, sights, trigger, and grip base. The lower frame and trigger guard are mostly silver-gray, contrasting with the grip's pale background, scattered flowers, and dark speckles. Outlined cartoon figures and densely arranged scenery give the pistol its busy, storybook character.

Float Value

The float value of Five-SeveN | Fairy Tale ranges from 0.02 to 0.90. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, with none of those exterior categories missing. Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions are available; version choice is separate from a copy's cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

Five-SeveN | Fairy Tale has the Classified rarity grade. Its chance from the Operation Broken Fang Case is 1.07%, described as about 1 in 94 drops. Documented professional ownership includes jks, zont1x, and Dima, although ownership alone does not establish market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Princess and unicorn artwork gives the pistol a playful identity

• Bright colors suit expressive, colorful loadouts

• Detailed scenery extends across both slide and grip

• Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir options support different collecting preferences

Price Range

The live Five-SeveN | Fairy Tale price range is $15.58 to $505.84. These bounds cover the entire skin, not fixed prices for particular exteriors or versions. Exterior and exact float are important listing differences, while StatTrak and Souvenir status should be checked separately. Compare like-for-like copies when assessing a CS2 skin price rather than treating every Fairy Tale listing as interchangeable. Item images help buyers decide whether a particular copy's appearance matches their preferences.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Operation Broken Fang Case

Open the Operation Broken Fang Case for a chance to receive this skin. The case no longer drops, but existing cases remain available to buy and open. Fairy Tale has a 1.07% chance, so opening a case does not secure this specific finish.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A trade-up contract can exchange 10 Restricted skins from The Operation Broken Fang Collection for 1 Classified skin from that collection. Fairy Tale is a possible result, not a guaranteed outcome. The result is random among the collection's Classified skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy Five-SeveN | Fairy Tale directly through the Steam Community Market rather than relying on a random case result. Check the listing's exterior and version before purchasing. Use those details to distinguish the copy being offered from other Fairy Tale listings.

5. Trade with Other Players

Trade with another player to obtain an existing copy of the skin. Compare its exterior, float, and version with the items being exchanged. Confirm the exact item before accepting, especially when a trade involves different Fairy Tale variants.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired case drops restrict new case supply, but existing case openings and trade-ups can still create additional Fairy Tale copies. Professional ownership provides visibility without proving consistent buying demand or easy resale. Players looking to buy, sell, or trade should compare matching exteriors and versions instead of assuming the whole finish moves at one price.

Reasons it Holds Value

• No new Operation Broken Fang Cases drop

• Documented ownership by jks, zont1x, and Dima

• Distinctive princess and unicorn artwork

• Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir collecting options

The editorial investment rating is medium-to-good, supported by retired case drops, documented professional ownership, and a distinctive illustrated finish. The main risk is continued skin creation through existing cases and trade-ups, alongside uncertain resale demand. Those factors favor careful variant selection rather than an expectation of reliable returns.
