Five-SeveN | Coolant

Five-SeveN | Coolant is a CS2 pistol skin with a teal pipe pattern across the slide and a pale yellow lower frame. Its industrial artwork suits players who prefer geometric detail over illustrated characters or bold graphics. The finish comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. Standard and Souvenir versions are available, but there is no StatTrak™ option.

Description

Five-SeveN | Coolant gives the Counter-Terrorist pistol a cooling-themed finish built around contrasting colors and mechanical shapes. Its Hydrographic artwork concentrates interwoven pipes on the teal slide. The mostly plain pale yellow frame gives the busy upper section room to stand out. Dark controls and cream accents provide smaller points of contrast without overwhelming the main pattern. The underlying pistol combines accuracy and armor penetration with a 20-round magazine, although its reload is slow. This look suits players seeking a patterned sidearm with a relatively restrained lower half. Collectors can choose a standard copy or a Souvenir version, depending on whether souvenir-package origins matter to them. Buyers should compare the actual item image, exterior and float value rather than judge every listing by the inventory thumbnail. Condition and Souvenir status deserve separate checks because they describe different aspects of the item.

History and Origin

Five-SeveN | Coolant was released on September 3, 2018. It arrived with the London 2018 Souvenir Packages update, alongside the Nuke 2018 Collection release. Valve created the finish rather than a community designer. Its collection affiliation is The 2018 Nuke Collection, an important detail when identifying its origin and compatible souvenir packages. The flavor text frames the pistol as a compact cooling device, reinforcing the pipe artwork and Coolant name. Souvenir versions are associated with 11 packages, including London 2018 Nuke Souvenir Package and Katowice 2019 Nuke Souvenir Package. Opening a compatible package remains an acquisition route for the Souvenir version, distinct from the skin's original release. Existing copies can also be acquired through the Steam Community Market or player trades without opening a package.

Finish Style

The Hydrographic finish places its main decoration on the slide, where teal provides the background for an interwoven pipe design. Darker green outlines separate the pipe shapes and emphasize the dense geometric arrangement. Pale cream diagonal accents run along the slide's lower front edge, breaking up the teal surface. The frame, trigger guard and grip use pale yellow, creating a clear division between the upper and lower sections. Beneath the barrel, the accessory rail returns to teal and connects visually with the slide. The trigger and several small controls are dark gray, adding contrast around the lighter frame. A gray magazine base closes off the bottom of the grip without extending the pipe motif. Overall, the densely patterned slide and mostly plain lower body give the finish its distinctive balance of mechanical detail and open color.

Float Value

Five-SeveN | Coolant has a float value range of 0.00 to 0.50. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so none of those exterior categories is excluded. Souvenir versions are available, while the cosmetic condition of an individual copy is described separately by its float and exterior.

Rarity and Popularity

Five-SeveN | Coolant belongs to the Consumer Grade rarity tier, separate from its exterior condition. Its chance within The 2018 Nuke Collection is 16.01%, about 1 in 6 results, rather than a probability for every acquisition route. Known professional owners include kennyS, fnx and s1mple, although ownership alone does not establish broad market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Teal pipe artwork gives the slide a clear mechanical theme

• Pale yellow framing contrasts with the densely patterned slide

• Available across all exterior categories

• Souvenir options add package-linked collecting appeal

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for Five-SeveN | Coolant is $0.02 to $22.54. These bounds cover the whole item rather than a particular exterior or version. The finish sits at an inexpensive price level, but that alone does not make every listing equally suitable. Exterior, exact float and Souvenir status help distinguish offers, while the listing image shows the specific copy being sold. For buy, sell or trade decisions, compare matching versions before using the overall range as a reference.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Souvenir Package

Five-SeveN | Coolant can be obtained by opening a compatible Nuke Souvenir Package. It appears in 11 packages, including London 2018 Nuke Souvenir Package and Katowice 2019 Nuke Souvenir Package. An opening does not let the buyer select Coolant directly, so purchasing an existing copy gives control over the chosen item.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The Steam Community Market provides a direct route to existing Coolant listings. Compare the exterior, float value and whether a copy is standard or Souvenir before deciding which offer fits. This route avoids relying on a package opening to obtain the finish.

4. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades offer another way to acquire the finish or exchange a copy already owned. Check the actual item, its exterior and Souvenir status before agreeing to a trade. Comparing matching versions and floats helps keep the exchange grounded in the specific copy being offered.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Coolant's low price level is relevant to entry cost, but it does not establish an opportunity for profitable short-term trading. Available listings show that copies can be acquired, not how long-term supply or demand will develop. Compare standard and Souvenir copies separately, and treat professional ownership as visibility rather than proof of sustained buying interest.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Distinctive teal pipe artwork

• Souvenir versions linked to Nuke packages

• Owned by kennyS, fnx and s1mple

• Accessible pricing for a patterned pistol finish

The investment outlook is medium-to-poor, based on its low price level, Consumer Grade rarity and uncertain long-term supply and demand. Souvenir availability and professional ownership add collecting appeal, but neither establishes a reliable growth trend. The main risk is assuming an inexpensive purchase will attract stronger future demand without evidence of that change.
