Short Description

The UMP-45 | Gold Bismuth is a CS2 SMG skin with a Gunsmith finish. Its white, gray, and black body carries a gold geometric band along the receiver. The structured pattern suits players who prefer metallic accents over full-body artwork. Factory New through Battle-Scarred exteriors are available, alongside StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

UMP-45 | Gold Bismuth has a gold-accented finish built around a contrasting light-and-dark base. The weapon is an automatic SMG intended for close-quarters use. White and pale gray upper sections sit above a mostly black lower receiver. The receiver's gold band provides the central visual feature. Smaller gold accents on the muzzle, controls, and magazine extend that theme without covering every part. The structured design suits white, black, or gold-themed loadouts. Buyers can compare standard copies with the available StatTrak and Souvenir versions. Exact float, exterior, and version help distinguish listings that share the same finish name.

History and Origin

UMP-45 | Gold Bismuth entered CS:GO on December 3, 2020. Its release accompanied the Operation Broken Fang update and Operation Broken Fang Case. G-99Factory created the finish as a Steam Workshop community designer. The skin belongs to The Operation Broken Fang Collection. That collection also defines the eligible inputs for its collection-based trade-up route. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, and the Operation Broken Fang Case no longer drops. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened despite the retirement. Current alternatives include eligible trade-up contracts, Steam Community Market purchases, and trades with other players.

Finish Style

The Gunsmith finish places a gold bismuth pattern between contrasting white and black base colors. White and pale gray cover much of the upper receiver, interrupted by black patches and angular markings. Along the receiver's side, tightly packed rectangular lines form stepped gold shapes. Gold also appears on the muzzle and several small controls. The mostly black lower receiver gives the light upper section a distinct boundary. Both the pistol grip and vertical foregrip are gray with textured surfaces, while the open-frame stock stays comparatively plain. The long gray magazine carries a dark central strip, fine gold markings, and a pale emblem near its bottom. Concentrating the pattern on the receiver gives the finish a segmented appearance without decorating every surface equally.

Float Value

The float range is 0.00 to 0.70, covering Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred. The exterior describes cosmetic condition, while an individual listing's exact float provides a more specific wear value. StatTrak and Souvenir versions are also available, with version choice separate from cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

UMP-45 | Gold Bismuth has the Restricted rarity grade. Its chance from the Operation Broken Fang Case is 3.2%, or about 1 in 31 openings. Confirmed professional owners include tarik, Spiidi, and Graviti, though ownership alone does not establish resale demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Gold geometric detailing against a restrained white, gray, and black palette

• Receiver-focused artwork with comparatively plain grips and stock

• Factory New through Battle-Scarred choices for different cosmetic preferences

• StatTrak and Souvenir options alongside standard versions

Price Range

The live UMP-45 | Gold Bismuth CS2 skin price range is $2.29 to $35.00. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a fixed exterior or version. Compare exact float values alongside exterior labels when checking individual listings. Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir copies should be evaluated separately rather than treated as interchangeable. Before choosing to buy, sell, or trade, compare matching variants and inspect their item details against the asking price.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Operation Broken Fang Case

Open an existing Operation Broken Fang Case for a chance at this Restricted skin. The case no longer drops, but market copies can still be purchased and opened. Gold Bismuth has a 3.2% chance, so opening a case does not secure this particular result.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Mil-Spec Grade skins from The Operation Broken Fang Collection produces 1 Restricted skin from that collection. Gold Bismuth is a possible result, but selection is random among the collection's Restricted skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy a listed copy on the Steam Community Market to choose the skin directly rather than rely on a random outcome. Check the exterior and whether the listing is standard, StatTrak, or Souvenir before purchasing.

5. Trade with Other Players

Gold Bismuth can also be obtained by trading with other players. Confirm the skin, exterior, float value, and version in the offered item before accepting.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired case drops constrain fresh case supply, but existing openings and eligible trade-up contracts can still introduce additional Gold Bismuth copies. Its modest price level offers an accessible entry point without establishing a long-term price trend. Resale demand remains uncertain, so compare standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir listings separately.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired case drops restrict fresh case supply

• Distinctive gold geometry and contrasting base colors

• Confirmed ownership among professional players

• StatTrak and Souvenir versions broaden buying options

The editorial investment rating is medium: retired case drops and professional ownership offer support, but do not establish dependable resale demand. The main risk is uncertain resale performance while existing case openings and trade-up contracts can still produce additional copies.
