UMP-45 | Day Lily

UMP-45 | Day Lily is a CS2 SMG skin with a floral hydrographic finish. Red lilies and dark foliage cover a muted green body, contrasted by a reddish-brown stock and mostly plain metal grips. The design suits players who prefer botanical patterns with subdued background colors. It comes in every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with standard and Souvenir versions available.

Description

UMP-45 | Day Lily gives the CS2 submachine gun a detailed floral finish rather than a plain painted surface. Its red flowers stand out against muted green panels and dark leafy shapes. The UMP-45 is a versatile close-quarters automatic, with a small magazine as its main limitation. Across the skin, patterned bodywork contrasts with largely undecorated grips, a long magazine, and exposed metal at the muzzle. This combination suits players who want a nature-themed weapon without covering every component in the same motif. Its flavor text connects the flowers' beauty with associations of death, giving the botanical design a somber undertone. Standard and Souvenir copies offer different collecting options. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float value, version, and listing images to choose a copy that fits their preferences.

History and Origin

UMP-45 | Day Lily was released on November 18, 2019. It arrived through the Operation Shattered Web update, establishing the historical origin of the skin now available in CS2. Valve created the finish rather than a community designer. The item belongs to The St. Marc Collection, which is also relevant to its trade-up acquisition route. Industrial Grade skins from that collection can be used in contracts that may produce Day Lily. Today, players can purchase existing copies through marketplace listings, including the Steam Community Market. Player-to-player trades provide another route for exchanging inventory without relying on a random contract result. Souvenir copies are also available, making version identification an important part of buying an item from this release.

Finish Style

Day Lily uses a Hydrographic finish to place a floral pattern across the weapon's main body. The receiver and front housing have a muted green base that supports the brighter flower shapes. Red lilies provide the central visual motif, with dark leafy forms filling the spaces around them. The pattern continues over the trigger guard and raised sight housings, connecting those smaller surfaces with the receiver. A reddish-brown open-frame stock introduces a separate color block, outlined by dark edging and finished with a gray butt plate. The long magazine, pistol grip, and vertical foregrip remain mostly gray or dark metal in appearance. Similar plain tones on the exposed muzzle keep the front end visually separate from the decorated housing. The result balances busy botanical bodywork with largely plain stock and grip surfaces, rather than applying flowers uniformly across the entire SMG.

Float Value

UMP-45 | Day Lily has an exact float range of 0.00 to 0.55. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred. Standard and Souvenir versions exist, but there is no StatTrak version; version availability is separate from the item's cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

UMP-45 | Day Lily is a Mil-Spec Grade skin from The St. Marc Collection. Its collection acquisition chance is 0.8%, about 1 in 125 outcomes. Existing copies can be bought or traded, while eligible collection trade-up contracts provide a separate acquisition route with a random result.

Why it’s Popular:

• Red lilies stand out against muted green bodywork

• Dark foliage gives the floral pattern added depth

• Plain grips balance the detailed receiver

• All exterior tiers and Souvenir options support different preferences

Price Range

The live UMP-45 | Day Lily price range is $50.80 to $188.00. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a fixed exterior or version. Compare each listing's exterior and exact float value, then check whether it is a standard or Souvenir copy. Listing images help connect the asking price with the specific item's cosmetic condition. When preparing to buy, sell, or trade, use matching versions and exteriors as references instead of treating every Day Lily listing as interchangeable.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract can use 10 Industrial Grade skins from The St. Marc Collection to produce 1 Mil-Spec Grade skin from that collection. Day Lily is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Mil-Spec Grade skins. This route offers a chance at the finish rather than a guaranteed way to obtain it.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

UMP-45 | Day Lily can be bought directly on the Steam Community Market by selecting an available listing. Check the exterior and whether the item is standard or Souvenir before comparing offers. A direct purchase selects an existing copy instead of depending on a random trade-up result.

4. Trade with Other Players

Players can obtain Day Lily through player-to-player trades involving their existing inventory. Inspect the offered item's exterior, float value, and version before agreeing to the exchange. Compare like-for-like listings when judging the trade, since cosmetic condition and Souvenir status are separate attributes.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Trade-up contracts can produce additional Day Lily copies, so its supply should not be treated as fixed solely because of its release date. Demand and longer-term price trends remain uncertain, which limits the evidence for a short-term trading strategy. Compare standard and Souvenir listings separately, then match exterior and float before deciding to buy, sell, or trade.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Distinctive red lily hydrographic design

• Valve-created finish from The St. Marc Collection

• Souvenir versions offer a separate collecting option

• Factory New availability supports condition-focused collecting

The editorial investment rating is medium, reflecting the finish's distinct design, collection identity, and available collecting options. Those qualities do not establish reliable resale demand or future price growth. The main risk is uncertain demand alongside a trade-up route that can add copies, so buying for personal use is easier to justify than expecting returns.
