UMP-45 | Metal Flowers

UMP-45 | Metal Flowers is a CS2 SMG skin with steel-gray roses across a dark charcoal body. Its dense floral decoration contrasts with the mostly plain metal tones of the magazine and attachments. The restrained palette suits players who prefer detailed designs without bright colors. Regular, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions are available, alongside exteriors ranging from Factory New to Battle-Scarred.

Description

UMP-45 | Metal Flowers gives the CS2 close-quarters SMG a dark, floral finish with a muted metallic palette. The weapon combines automatic fire with a relatively small magazine, while this skin focuses attention on its decorated upper body. Its Patina finish pairs steel-gray roses with curling foliage rather than bold color blocks. The funeral-rose motif gives the design a somber character without relying on a colorful illustration. Mostly unpatterned attachments provide a clear contrast with the densely decorated receiver. This look suits gray-toned inventories and players who want ornamental detail on an otherwise restrained weapon. Buyers can choose regular, StatTrak or Souvenir versions according to their preferred item type. When comparing listings, the exterior, exact float value and visible condition help distinguish individual copies of the same finish.

History and Origin

UMP-45 | Metal Flowers was released on May 23, 2017, during the Operation Hydra update in CS:GO. It entered the game through the Operation Hydra Case, which remains its case-opening route today. The skin belongs to The Operation Hydra Collection, linking its collection identity to that release. Steam Workshop community designer G-99Factory created the finish. Its memorial-themed flavor text complements the funeral roses used in the design. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. The Operation Hydra Case no longer drops, so fresh case drops do not replenish its supply. Existing cases can still be bought and opened, while individual skins remain obtainable through marketplace purchases and player trades.

Finish Style

Metal Flowers uses the Patina finish style with a steel-colored floral design. A dark charcoal base covers the receiver and upper body, creating the background for the ornamentation. Steel-gray roses spread across that area alongside curling foliage. The pattern looks dense and mottled, with lighter petals standing out against the darker surface. The long magazine is largely plain gray, with a bright silver face bordered by darker edges. The pistol grip and vertical foregrip stay mostly within gray and dark metal tones. The barrel and open-frame stock also retain this subdued metallic appearance rather than carrying the dense floral decoration. Together, the patterned body and cleaner attachments give the weapon a detailed center with a comparatively restrained outline.

Float Value

UMP-45 | Metal Flowers has an exact float range of 0.00 to 0.70. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, covering the full set of exterior categories. Regular, StatTrak and Souvenir versions are available, but version type is a separate listing detail from float value and cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

UMP-45 | Metal Flowers is a Mil-Spec Grade skin from The Operation Hydra Collection. Its specific opening chance from the Operation Hydra Case is 11.42%, rather than a guarantee from any individual case. Professional players Zeus and yuurih have owned the skin, although that ownership does not establish broader market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Steel-gray roses add detail without bright colors

• Dark body contrasts with mostly plain metal attachments

• Factory New through Battle-Scarred exterior choices

• Regular, StatTrak and Souvenir options

Price Range

The live UMP-45 | Metal Flowers price range is $3.12 to $46.57. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a fixed exterior or version. Compare Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred listings separately when assessing the available choices. Regular, StatTrak and Souvenir copies should also be distinguished rather than treated as interchangeable offers. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, check the exact float, exterior, version and item image before deciding which listing to buy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Operation Hydra Case

Open an existing Operation Hydra Case for a chance to obtain this skin, with an item-specific chance of 11.42%. The case no longer drops, but remaining cases can still be bought on the market and opened. Opening a case does not guarantee Metal Flowers, so buying the skin directly avoids that uncertainty.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

UMP-45 | Metal Flowers can be bought directly on the Steam Community Market. Check each listing's exterior, float value and version to identify the copy that fits the intended purchase. A direct skin purchase selects the item itself instead of relying on a case-opening result.

4. Trade with Other Players

Metal Flowers can also be obtained by trading with other players. Confirm the full item name, exterior, float value and whether the offered copy is regular, StatTrak or Souvenir. Compare the actual item details before agreeing to exchange skins, rather than judging the offer by its finish name alone.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Existing Operation Hydra Cases can still produce more copies of Metal Flowers, even though new case drops have ended. Ownership by Zeus and yuurih is relevant context, but it does not demonstrate sustained demand or future price growth. Buyers looking to buy, sell or trade should compare matching versions and exteriors before interpreting differences between individual listings.

Reasons it Holds Value

• No new Operation Hydra Case drops

• Distinctive steel-gray funeral-rose design

• StatTrak and Souvenir collecting options

• Ownership by Zeus and yuurih

The editorial investment rating for UMP-45 | Metal Flowers is medium. Its retired case source, distinctive finish and supported professional ownership provide reasons to consider it, without establishing an appreciation trend. The main risk is uncertain future demand, while existing cases can still add skins to the market.
