Skeleton Knife | Forest DDPAT

★ Skeleton Knife | Forest DDPAT is a CS2 knife skin with woodland digital camouflage and a skeletonized handle. Olive, khaki, beige and dark brown shapes cover the blade, contrasting with the green wrapped grip. Its earthy palette suits players who prefer camouflage over bright colors. All exteriors are available, with regular and StatTrak™ versions but no Souvenir edition.

Description

★ Skeleton Knife | Forest DDPAT combines a hydrographic camouflage finish with the Skeleton Knife's open-frame construction in CS2. The large circular opening gives the weapon a distinctive outline alongside its exposed handle sections. That opening accommodates a finger for added stability and safety in the knife's design. The taped handle provides grip, with green wrapping visually separating it from the patterned metal. Blocky woodland colors make the blade busy without relying on bright accents. A narrow metallic edge adds a clear boundary along the cutting surface. This finish suits camouflage-focused inventories and players who favor muted equipment colors. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float and regular or StatTrak versions rather than choosing by the finish name alone.

History and Origin

★ Skeleton Knife | Forest DDPAT arrived on November 18, 2019, with the Operation Shattered Web update. Its original release case was the Shattered Web Case. Valve created the skin rather than a community designer. The Fracture Case also contains this knife finish, providing another case-opening route. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. As of October 9, 2026, neither the Shattered Web Case nor the Fracture Case receives new drops. Existing cases can still be purchased on the market and opened, so their retirement did not remove that acquisition route. Current buyers can also obtain an existing knife through the Steam Community Market or a player-to-player trade.

Finish Style

Forest DDPAT uses a Hydrographic finish to place digital camouflage across the knife's exposed metal. The palette combines olive green, khaki, beige and dark brown. Its blocky shapes have stepped edges, giving the pattern a pixelated character. The camouflage extends around the large circular opening instead of appearing only on the blade. Exposed handle sections also carry the pattern, visually connecting the blade and grip area. A slim, pale metallic line follows the cutting edge. Most of the handle has green wrapping with diagonal seams and a comparatively uniform appearance. The rounded butt remains exposed, including its small hole. Together, the patterned blade and quieter grip create contrast within an otherwise restrained woodland palette.

Float Value

The float value of ★ Skeleton Knife | Forest DDPAT ranges from 0.06 to 0.80. It is available in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, with no exterior category missing. Version availability is separate from cosmetic condition: regular and StatTrak copies exist.

Rarity and Popularity

★ Skeleton Knife | Forest DDPAT has the Covert rarity grade. The chance of obtaining this specific skin from the Shattered Web Case is 0.0049%. Professional player xartE owns the skin, although that ownership alone does not establish broad market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Woodland digital camouflage in a restrained color palette

• Distinctive circular opening and skeletonized handle

• Patterned blade contrasted with a uniform green grip

• All exteriors available, with an optional StatTrak version

Price Range

The live ★ Skeleton Knife | Forest DDPAT CS2 skin price ranges from $102.87 to $401.15. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a fixed exterior or version. Prices differ across condition and version choices, so compare the details of individual listings. Exact float helps distinguish copies within the same exterior, while regular and StatTrak listings should be assessed separately. Check the current asking price alongside those item details before deciding which copy to buy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Weapon Case

Open a Shattered Web Case or Fracture Case for a chance at this knife. Neither case receives new drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. The Shattered Web Case chance is 0.0049%, so opening one does not secure this particular finish.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy an existing ★ Skeleton Knife | Forest DDPAT on the Steam Community Market instead of relying on a case opening. Compare the listed exterior and regular or StatTrak version before selecting a copy. The available selection depends on current listings.

4. Trade with Other Players

Acquire the knife through a player-to-player trade with someone offering an existing copy. Check its exterior, float value and version before agreeing to the exchange. This route depends on finding a suitable item and terms both players accept.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Neither containing case receives new drops, but opening existing cases can still add copies of this knife to circulation. Ownership by xartE provides a professional ownership example, while broader demand and long-term price trends remain uncertain. When planning to buy, sell or trade, compare matching exteriors and versions rather than treating every Forest DDPAT listing as equivalent.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Neither containing case receives new drops

• Documented professional ownership by xartE

• Distinctive skeletonized shape and woodland camouflage

• StatTrak availability adds another version choice

The medium-to-good investment rating is tentative, not evidence of an appreciation trend or established investment demand. Existing cases can still produce this finish, and ownership by a professional does not prove sustained buyer demand. The main risk is assuming that case retirement alone will support future prices.
