About this skin

How is a skin affected by its quality?

A skin's exterior reflects its float value and cosmetic condition, not its rarity. Devourer spans 0.00 to 0.80, so buyers should compare the exterior and inspect the actual finish.

How does the rarity of a skin work?

Rarity identifies a skin's grade and relates to its chance of appearing through case openings. Devourer is Classified, with a 1.07% chance from the Horizon Case.

How much does Sawed-Off | Devourer cost in CS2?

Sawed-Off | Devourer ranges from $3.82 to $47.39. The bounds cover the whole skin; individual listings vary by exterior, float, and version.

Which case contains Sawed-Off | Devourer?

Sawed-Off | Devourer is contained in the Horizon Case. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought and opened.

What exteriors are available for Sawed-Off | Devourer?

Sawed-Off | Devourer comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred. Its float range is 0.00 to 0.80.

Does Sawed-Off | Devourer have StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions?

Yes, Sawed-Off | Devourer has both StatTrak and Souvenir versions alongside the standard skin. Buyers should confirm the version separately from the exterior.

Short Description

The Sawed-Off | Devourer is a CS2 shotgun skin with colorful, cartoon-like artwork across nearly the entire weapon. An orange creature, oversized teeth, and green lettering define its playful appearance. The finish suits players building a colorful Terrorist-side loadout. Exteriors range from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions also available.

Description

The Sawed-Off | Devourer is a Classified CS2 shotgun skin featuring a creature-themed Custom Paint Job. The weapon belongs to the Terrorist-side Heavy category. It delivers substantial close-range damage, balanced by low accuracy, broad spread, and a slow firing rate. The orange character and oversized teeth give the receiver a cartoon focal point. Green lettering and contrasting outlines extend the artwork along the barrel and fore-end. This look suits players who prefer colorful illustration over a subdued weapon finish. Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions give buyers different collecting options. Individual listings can be compared by exterior, float value, and version before a purchase or trade.

History and Origin

Devourer was released on August 1, 2018, alongside the Horizon Case. It arrived through the Horizon Case Skins update. SHPR created the finish as a Steam Workshop community designer. The skin belongs to The Horizon Collection, linking it to that collection's trade-up outcomes. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, and the Horizon Case no longer drops. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. Today, direct purchases on the Steam Community Market and player trades provide alternatives to opening a case. Trade Up Contracts also offer a chance at Devourer rather than a guaranteed result.

Finish Style

Devourer uses a Custom Paint Job with a hand-painted, cartoon-like character. Large green lettering covers the barrel and fore-end against a tan background. Dark purple and yellow outlines give those letters strong definition. Curving green and pink shapes connect the lettering to the orange creature across the receiver. Its mouth contains two rows of large off-white teeth, with a single round eye near the receiver's rear. Curved yellow bands and dark outlines decorate the grip. Purple covers the trigger guard, muzzle details, and rear end of the grip. Bold outlines and artwork spanning nearly the whole gun create a busy visual style. The creature appears to consume the lettering, turning the idea of swallowing its own speech into the design's central joke.

Float Value

Devourer's float value ranges from 0.00 to 0.80. It is available in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred. StatTrak and Souvenir versions are available too, while the exterior describes cosmetic condition rather than the version itself.

Rarity and Popularity

Sawed-Off | Devourer has the Classified rarity grade. The Horizon Case offers a 1.07% chance of yielding this skin, approximately 1 in 94 openings. Professional players karrigan, yel, and Polly are among its owners.

Why it’s Popular:

• Bold orange creature and contrasting green lettering

• Cartoon styling for colorful Terrorist-side loadouts

• Artwork extending across nearly the whole shotgun

• StatTrak and Souvenir options for different collecting preferences

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for Sawed-Off | Devourer is $3.82 to $47.39. These bounds cover the whole item, not a fixed exterior or version. Buyers can compare Factory New through Battle-Scarred listings by their stated exterior and exact float value. Standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions should be checked separately rather than assumed to have identical prices. Eneba Skins helps buyers compare listings, while each copy's details help determine whether it fits the intended loadout or collection.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Horizon Case

Opening a Horizon Case can yield Sawed-Off | Devourer, with a 1.07% chance. No new Horizon Cases drop, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. Buying the skin directly avoids the random outcome of an opening.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract uses 10 Restricted skins from The Horizon Collection to produce 1 Classified skin from that collection. Devourer is a possible result, but the output is random among the collection's Classified skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Sawed-Off | Devourer can be bought directly on the Steam Community Market instead of obtained through a random opening. Buyers should check the listed exterior and version, along with float information where available.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades offer another route by exchanging items with an owner of the skin. Both parties should confirm the exact finish, exterior, float value, and version before agreeing to the exchange.

Trading and Investment Considerations

The Horizon Case no longer drops, so opening existing cases reduces the remaining unopened supply. Those openings can still add Devourer skins to circulation, meaning case retirement does not fix the skin's supply. Professional ownership is a positive signal, but future demand remains uncertain; buyers and sellers should compare matching exteriors, floats, and versions.

Reasons it Holds Value

• No new Horizon Case drops

• Classified rarity

• Ownership by karrigan, yel, and Polly

• Distinctive cartoon artwork across the shotgun

• StatTrak and Souvenir collecting options

The editorial investment rating is medium, supported by case retirement, Classified rarity, and professional ownership. Its distinctive artwork and available versions offer collecting appeal without establishing a reliable resale trend. The main risk is uncertain future demand while existing Horizon Cases can still add skins to circulation.
