P2000 | Pulse

P2000 | Pulse is a CS2 pistol skin for the Counter-Terrorist side, featuring angular fragments over a dark charcoal base. Its visible mint, turquoise, and green accents give the slide and grip a busy geometric look. The finish suits players building a brightly accented pistol loadout. All listed exterior categories are available, alongside StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

P2000 | Pulse brings a fragmented geometric finish to the Counter-Terrorist P2000 pistol in CS2. The German-made weapon offers controllable, accurate shooting and is suited to opening-round encounters with unarmored opponents. Pulse gives its compact shape a contrasting appearance, pairing dark surfaces with bright blocks and smaller shards. The slide emphasizes angular shapes, while the grip combines broader green areas with dense black markings. Its visible palette suits players who prefer mint and green accents rather than a uniform pistol finish. The dark trigger area provides a quieter visual break beneath the patterned slide and frame. Standard, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions provide separate buying options without changing the underlying finish identity. Buyers choosing a copy for play, sale, or trade can compare its exterior, exact float value, and version rather than relying on the finish name alone.

History and Origin

P2000 | Pulse was released in CS:GO on May 1, 2014, alongside the Huntsman Weapon Case. Its arrival formed part of the Huntsman Case Skins update, establishing the finish's original release context. Steam Workshop community designer Thurnip created the skin, giving it a documented community-designed origin. It belongs to The Huntsman Collection, which identifies its collection separately from the case used to obtain it. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, changing the supply route for its associated case. As of October 9, 2026, the Huntsman Weapon Case no longer drops, so new case drops do not replenish its stock. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened, keeping case opening available despite that retirement. Finished skins can also be purchased or traded today, allowing buyers to select a particular copy instead of opening a case.

Finish Style

Pulse uses the Custom Paint Job finish category, with a fragmented hydrographic design covering much of the pistol. Its finish description emphasizes fuchsia fragments, while the pictured appearance presents mint, turquoise, and green accents. A dark charcoal base runs across the slide and frame, providing contrast beneath the colored geometry. Large angular blocks occupy the front of the slide, giving that section a broad, broken-up color treatment. Smaller triangles and shards toward the rear make the pattern feel denser without becoming a continuous stripe. On the grip, broad green shapes intersect with dark diagonal lines and clusters of short black marks. The muzzle face appears pale mint, while the bottom of the grip introduces a brighter lime-green accent. The barrel underside, trigger, and trigger guard remain mostly dark, separating those functional shapes from the busy pattern above them.

Float Value

P2000 | Pulse has an exact float range of 0.00 to 0.60, giving buyers a defined interval to check when comparing individual listings. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, with none of those categories missing. StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions are also available; version availability is separate from the exterior condition and exact float of a particular copy.

Rarity and Popularity

P2000 | Pulse is Mil-Spec Grade, a rarity classification that remains separate from its exterior, float value, and version. Its stated chance from the Huntsman Weapon Case is 13.32%, so opening that case does not guarantee this particular pistol finish. Documented professional ownership includes Edward, tarik, and shox, although ownership alone does not establish current trading demand or predict future prices.

Why it’s Popular:

• Bright mint and green fragments contrast clearly with the charcoal base

• Detailed grip markings give the compact pistol a distinctive geometric character

• All exterior categories offer flexibility when choosing a playable copy

• StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions provide additional collecting options

Price Range

The live P2000 | Pulse price range is $0.91 to $7.11, covering the item as a whole. Exterior labels and exact float values provide separate condition details, so matching only the skin name is not enough for a useful comparison. Standard, StatTrak™ and Souvenir offers should be checked individually rather than treated as interchangeable listings. For a practical CS2 skin price comparison, match the exterior and version first, then inspect the float and total listed cost before deciding to buy.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Huntsman Weapon Case

Open the Huntsman Weapon Case for a chance to receive P2000 | Pulse, with a stated probability of 13.32%. The case no longer drops, but existing cases remain available to buy and open; this route cannot select a specific finished copy.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

P2000 | Pulse can be bought directly on the Steam Community Market instead of obtained through a case opening. Check the offered exterior, float where available, and version so the purchase matches the intended condition and item type.

4. Trade with Other Players

Another route is to trade with other players for an existing P2000 | Pulse. Confirm the exact item, exterior, float, and whether it is a standard, StatTrak™ or Souvenir version before agreeing to the exchange.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired case drops constrain replenishment of unopened Huntsman Weapon Cases, but remaining cases can still produce additional Pulse skins. Professional ownership supports some visibility, while the available market evidence does not establish a reliable price trend or resale speed. Buyers planning to sell or trade should compare equivalent exteriors and versions rather than assume every copy shares the same market position.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired case drops limit replenishment of unopened case supply

• Documented ownership includes Edward, tarik, and shox

• Distinctive geometric styling gives the finish a clear visual identity

• StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions broaden collecting options

• Accessible pricing supports consideration as a playable pistol skin

P2000 | Pulse receives a medium investment rating, balancing accessible pricing, documented professional ownership, and the retirement of its case's drop route. The main risk is that existing cases can still add skins while sustained demand and price growth remain uncertain. It is better evaluated as a selectable play skin with collecting options than as a promise of profitable resale.
