Short Description

P2000 | Fire Elemental is a CS2 pistol skin for the Counter-Terrorist side, featuring a graphic creature formed from orange and yellow flames. A bright blue background gives the artwork a strong color contrast. The finish suits players who prefer illustrated designs over restrained weapon finishes. It comes in every exterior from Factory New through Battle-Scarred, with StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions also available.

Description

P2000 | Fire Elemental brings a colorful Custom Paint Job to the Counter-Terrorist P2000 pistol in CS2. The German-made weapon offers controllable handling for opening rounds, particularly against opponents without armor. Its defining artwork depicts a fire creature rather than a simple flame pattern or solid-color treatment. Orange and yellow details stand out against the blue slide, frame, and grip. The upper portion carries most of the illustration, while the grip provides a comparatively quiet area of blue. This balance suits players who want expressive artwork without covering every part of the pistol in equally dense detail. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions provide different ownership options while retaining the Fire Elemental design. Buyers can compare the exterior, exact float value, and version to select a copy that matches their preferred configuration.

History and Origin

The finish debuted in CS:GO on November 11, 2014, during the Operation Vanguard update. It arrived as a skin in the Operation Vanguard Weapon Case, establishing the case-opening route associated with its release. Steam Workshop community designer FLaMmenWerFeR created the artwork that became this P2000 finish. The skin belongs to The Vanguard Collection, which also determines its collection-based trade-up route. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, and the Operation Vanguard Weapon Case no longer drops. Existing cases can still be bought and opened, separating continued access to case openings from the absence of newly dropped cases. Today, buyers can also obtain the skin through Steam Community Market listings, player trades, or eligible Trade Up Contracts.

Finish Style

Fire Elemental uses a Custom Paint Job built around illustrated flames and a predominantly bright blue surface. Darker blue shading and small pale speckles add texture across the slide, frame, and grip. An orange and yellow creature extends along the slide, making this upper section the focal point. Dark outlines define its shape, while bright eyes and curling flames give the illustration an expressive character. Smaller orange flame details continue onto the frame above the trigger and near the pistol's rear. The grip remains mostly blue, with vertical grooves and a recessed rectangular panel visible beneath the simpler treatment. Dark gray controls, trigger, and magazine base separate the functional hardware from the colored body. Together, these details create a busy upper silhouette balanced by quieter blue surfaces and subdued hardware below.

Float Value

The P2000 | Fire Elemental float value ranges from 0.00 to 0.60. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, so none of those exterior categories is excluded. StatTrak and Souvenir versions also exist, but version availability should be checked separately from the cosmetic condition represented by the exterior and float.

Rarity and Popularity

P2000 | Fire Elemental has Covert rarity. The chance of obtaining it from an Operation Vanguard Weapon Case opening is 0.32%, making direct purchase a different proposition from attempting a case opening. Professional players dupreeh, TaZ, and shox own the skin, although ownership alone does not establish current market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Bright blue surfaces contrasted with orange and yellow flames

• Expressive creature artwork across the slide

• Detailed upper artwork balanced by a mostly plain grip

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir ownership options

Price Range

The live P2000 | Fire Elemental price range is $67.25 to $762.21, covering the skin as a whole. Compare standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir versions separately, alongside the exterior shown in each listing. Check the exact float and item image rather than relying on the exterior label alone when choosing a particular copy. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, match the desired version and condition before weighing asking prices, without assuming a fixed premium between categories.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Operation Vanguard Weapon Case

Open an Operation Vanguard Weapon Case for a chance at this Covert pistol skin. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be purchased and opened. The 0.32% chance means this route does not secure the specific finish in advance.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract can exchange 10 Classified skins from The Vanguard Collection for 1 Covert skin from that collection. Fire Elemental is a possible result, not a certain outcome. The result is random among the collection's Covert skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy the skin on the Steam Community Market by selecting a listing for the desired exterior and version. Check the item's exact float and listed details before purchasing, especially when comparing copies within the same exterior category.

5. Trade with Other Players

The skin can also be obtained through a trade with another player rather than a case opening or market purchase. Confirm the full item name, exterior, float, and version before accepting the exchange.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retirement limits new case supply, but existing cases and Trade Up Contracts can still produce additional copies of the skin. Professional ownership provides an interest signal, not proof of current sales volume or quick resale. Anyone planning to buy, sell, or trade should compare the exact exterior, float, and version rather than treating all copies as interchangeable.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired case with no new drops

• Covert rarity and low case-opening odds

• Ownership by dupreeh, TaZ, and shox

• Distinctive blue and orange creature artwork

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir collecting options

The investment verdict is medium-to-good, based on retired case supply, Covert rarity, and professional ownership. This is a cautious editorial assessment rather than a forecast of price growth. The main risk is that existing cases and trade-up contracts can add copies while future buying demand remains uncertain.
