Short Description

The P2000 | Imperial Dragon is a CS2 pistol skin for the Counter-Terrorist P2000, featuring an intricate dragon design. Metallic red and orange artwork contrasts with a dark reddish-brown base and gold outlines. Its ornate appearance suits players building a warm-colored, decorative loadout. Options include exteriors from Factory New through Battle-Scarred, plus StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

The P2000 | Imperial Dragon gives the Counter-Terrorist pistol a detailed, dragon-themed finish in CS2. The weapon's accurate, controllable handling suits opening-round encounters against opponents without armor. Its Gunsmith finish centers on a dragon rendered with metallic red paint. Orange detailing and gold outlines give the dark reddish-brown surface a warm, ornamental character. The artwork suits players who prefer densely decorated pistols over understated designs. Professional owners include FalleN, NBK- and tarik. Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir versions provide choices beyond the exterior label. Buyers can compare float values and inspect listing images to select the condition and visible detailing they prefer.

History and Origin

The skin entered CS:GO on June 15, 2016, in the Gamma Case Skins update. Its original case release was through the Gamma Case. Steam Workshop community designer The Honey Badger created the finish. The skin belongs to The Gamma Collection, which also determines its collection-based trade-up route. The Gamma Case no longer drops following Valve's retirement of the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. Trade Up Contracts offer another way to obtain the skin through eligible collection inputs. Buyers can also acquire existing copies directly through marketplaces or player-to-player trades, independently of a new case opening.

Finish Style

The Gunsmith finish combines a dark reddish-brown base with metallic red and orange decoration. A gold-outlined dragon stretches along the slide, with its head positioned near the muzzle. Its body extends toward the rear, carrying the main motif along the pistol's upper surface. Fine scale patterns and curling lines create dense detail across much of the frame. Floral motifs add another layer of ornament around the frame and grip. A dark, vertically grooved grip panel sits within the surrounding red-orange artwork. The dark gray trigger and lower grip edge interrupt the otherwise warm palette. Small gold-toned sights above the slide complete the intricate metallic appearance.

Float Value

The P2000 | Imperial Dragon has a float range of 0.00 to 0.63. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. StatTrak and Souvenir versions also exist, but version availability is separate from the cosmetic condition indicated by an exterior and float value.

Rarity and Popularity

The Imperial Dragon has Classified rarity. Its chance of appearing from a Gamma Case opening is 1.07%. Although the case no longer drops, existing cases can still be opened and may produce additional copies of the skin.

Why it’s Popular:

• Intricate dragon artwork with gold outlines

• Metallic red and orange colors for warm-toned loadouts

• Decorative detail across the slide, frame and grip

• Standard, StatTrak and Souvenir options

Price Range

The live P2000 | Imperial Dragon price range is $8.35 to $39.19. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a particular exterior or version. Exterior and float value distinguish listings across its available cosmetic conditions. Compare standard, StatTrak and Souvenir labels separately instead of assuming a version determines the better purchase. Eneba Skins helps buyers compare the current CS2 skin price with the exact exterior, float and version offered.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Gamma Case

Opening the Gamma Case can award this skin, with a 1.07% chance. The case no longer drops, but existing cases remain available to buy on the market and open.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract can use 10 Restricted skins from The Gamma Collection. It returns 1 Classified skin from that collection, which may be the Imperial Dragon. The result is random among the collection's Classified skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The skin can be bought directly on the Steam Community Market without relying on a random case or contract result. Compare the exterior, float value and version of individual listings before buying.

5. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades provide another route to an existing Imperial Dragon. Before exchanging items, confirm the full skin name, exterior, float value and version so the received copy matches the agreed trade.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired Gamma Case drops limit fresh case supply, but existing cases can still produce additional skins. Professional ownership provides visibility, not proof of trading demand or future price growth. Compare available variants carefully when deciding whether to buy, sell or trade, since demand and price trends remain uncertain.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired Gamma Case drops limit fresh case supply

• Classified rarity with limited case-opening odds

• Ownership by established professional players

• Distinctive dragon artwork and metallic detailing

The editorial investment rating is medium, supported by retired case drops, Classified rarity and professional ownership. These factors offer reasons to consider holding the skin, but do not establish future demand. Continued case openings can add supply, so price appreciation should not be assumed.
