XM1014 | Grassland

XM1014 | Grassland is a CS2 shotgun skin with a restrained combination of sandy tan and muted olive green. Its solid-colored weapon parts create an uncluttered look without visible artwork or printed text. The finish suits players building earthy, military-inspired loadouts rather than brightly decorated inventories. It comes in every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with standard and Souvenir versions available.

Description

XM1014 | Grassland applies a simple, two-color finish to the fully automatic XM1014 shotgun in CS2. The weapon belongs to the Heavy category, making this a cosmetic option for shotgun-focused loadouts. Its Solid Color finish separates the weapon into distinct tan and olive sections rather than covering it with an illustrated design. Sandy coloring across the barrel and receiver gives the main metal surfaces a consistent visual theme. Muted green on the fore-end and stock adds contrast without introducing a bright accent color. Players who prefer understated equipment can use the finish to complement similarly subdued inventory choices. Souvenir availability also gives buyers a version to consider beyond the standard skin. When comparing copies, the useful details are the exterior, exact float value, version and visible condition shown in the listing.

History and Origin

XM1014 | Grassland was released in CS:GO on August 14, 2013. It was released with the Arms Deal update. Valve created the finish rather than a community designer. The skin was released with The Militia Collection. In CS2, buyers can choose between standard and Souvenir versions of the same Grassland finish. Existing copies can be purchased through the Steam Community Market, independently of the skin's original introduction. Player-to-player trading provides another route for acquiring a copy from someone who already owns it. These marketplace and trading routes should be distinguished from the collection release, which does not establish current in-game availability.

Finish Style

Grassland uses the Solid Color finish style, with individual weapon parts painted in separate, uniform colors. Sandy tan covers the barrel, magazine tube and receiver, linking those sections through a consistent palette. The ribbed fore-end is muted olive green, making its molded shape visible without an added graphic pattern. Most of the stock shares that green coloring, while a tan strip follows its rear edge. The pistol grip returns to pale tan and retains visible horizontal ridges across its surface. Small dark details around the sights, trigger and stock hardware interrupt the larger blocks of color. There is no visible artwork or printed text, so the design depends on placement and contrast rather than illustration. Together, these details produce an understated grassland-inspired appearance with clearly separated colors across the shotgun's main components.

Float Value

The float value range for XM1014 | Grassland is 0.06 to 0.80. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so none of the standard exterior categories is excluded. Souvenir versions exist; that version availability is separate from the cosmetic condition of an individual copy.

Rarity and Popularity

XM1014 | Grassland is a Consumer Grade shotgun skin from The Militia Collection. Its acquisition chance within that collection is 26.68%, which should not be read as confirmation of a current in-game acquisition route. The rarity grade describes its collection classification, not the exterior or exact float value of a particular copy.

Why it’s Popular:

• Sandy tan and olive green suit understated loadouts

• Solid-colored sections keep the weapon visually uncluttered

• Every exterior category offers a condition choice

• Souvenir availability adds a separate collecting option

Price Range

The live XM1014 | Grassland CS2 skin price range is $1.80 to $413.49. These bounds cover the whole skin and should not be assigned to a particular exterior or version. Compare the exact float value alongside the exterior label when assessing individual listings. Standard and Souvenir copies should also be identified separately rather than treated as interchangeable purchases. Buyers looking to buy, sell or trade can use those details and the listing's current price to judge whether a copy fits their requirements.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Buy on the Steam Community Market

XM1014 | Grassland can be bought on the Steam Community Market by selecting an existing listing. Check its exterior, exact float value and standard or Souvenir status before purchasing. This route selects a particular copy rather than relying on a collection outcome.

3. Trade with Other Players

XM1014 | Grassland can also be obtained through a trade with another player who owns it. Compare the offered copy's exterior, float value and version before accepting the exchange. The desired variant depends on finding a player willing to trade that specific item.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Grassland's modest price context makes it approachable, but current supply growth and sustained trading demand are uncertain. Its Consumer Grade classification and 26.68% collection odds do not provide a strong scarcity argument on their own. Practical comparisons should separate standard from Souvenir copies and assess the exact float, exterior and asking price before a buy, sell or trade decision.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Souvenir availability provides a distinct collecting option

• Valve-created origins in The Militia Collection

• Subdued colors suit coordinated tan-and-olive loadouts

• Full exterior selection supports different condition preferences

The investment rating is medium-to-poor, balancing an approachable price context and Souvenir collecting option against Consumer Grade rarity and uncertain demand. The main risk is that buyer interest may not support resale at the desired price, while the current supply trend is also unclear. Its visual appeal is a clearer reason to own it than an expectation of returns.
