Short Description

XM1014 | Entombed is a CS2 shotgun skin with blue wrap-like bands and Egyptian-inspired decoration. Gold edging, tan surfaces, and red and green accents give its detailed panels a distinct color palette. The look suits players who prefer ornamental finishes with a strong blue centerpiece. It comes in every exterior from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, with StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions also available.

Description

The XM1014 | Entombed is a skin for the fully automatic XM1014 shotgun in CS2's Heavy weapon category. Its Custom Paint Job combines wrap-like imagery with Egyptian geometric decoration across the weapon. Deep blue sections contrast with muted tan and bronze surfaces, giving the design both cool and warm elements. Gold borders frame the receiver, while red and green accents add detail to the decorative panels. The finish suits players choosing a blue-accented loadout or an Egyptian-themed shotgun. Its visual emphasis falls on the receiver and ornamented sections rather than spreading equal detail across every surface. Professional players frozen, misutaaa, and volt own the skin, providing specific examples of its presence in player inventories. Buyers can compare exterior, exact float value, and standard, StatTrak, or Souvenir versions before choosing a copy.

History and Origin

XM1014 | Entombed entered CS:GO on August 6, 2020, alongside the Fracture Case. The accompanying update was titled "Fracture Case Skins". Steam Workshop community designer Sparkwire created the finish. The skin belongs to The Fracture Collection, which also matters when considering its Trade Up Contract route. Its design concept imagines an ancient, unearthed shotgun decorated with blue wraps and Egyptian accents. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025, ending new Fracture Case drops. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened, so the historic case route remains available without fresh case drops. Today, the skin itself can also be bought directly, acquired through player trades, or obtained as a possible Trade Up Contract result.

Finish Style

The Custom Paint Job uses painted wrap imagery and ornamental panels instead of a single uninterrupted color. Deep blue bands cover the receiver, with pale blue lines and gold edging defining their shape. The barrel and magazine tube are mostly muted tan and bronze, leaving these long sections comparatively plain. Green, red, and gold accents near the muzzle add color toward the front of the shotgun. The fore-end combines dark ribbing with gold panels carrying red and green Egyptian-style geometric motifs. Tan stock sections feature multicolored angular accents, while blue bands wrap around the butt. The gray pistol grip has closely spaced horizontal ridges and a tan base, giving it a more restrained appearance. Together, the decorated receiver, fore-end, and stock establish the theme while the simpler barrel sections keep the composition from becoming visually uniform.

Float Value

The XM1014 | Entombed float range runs from 0.00 to 0.50. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, so no exterior category is missing. StatTrak and Souvenir versions are also available, but version selection is separate from a listing's cosmetic condition and exact float.

Rarity and Popularity

XM1014 | Entombed has the Classified rarity grade. Its stated chance from the Fracture Case is 1.07%, or about 1 in 94 drops. Although new Fracture Cases no longer drop, existing cases can still be opened, and Entombed is also a possible Classified trade-up result.

Why it’s Popular:

• Deep blue wraps framed by gold edging

• Egyptian-style geometric panels with red and green accents

• All exterior categories available for different condition preferences

• StatTrak and Souvenir options alongside the standard version

Price Range

The live XM1014 | Entombed price range is $2.80 to $23.40. These bounds cover the whole skin, not a fixed exterior or version. For a useful CS2 skin price comparison, separate standard, StatTrak, and Souvenir listings before assessing their condition. Check the exact float alongside the exterior label rather than treating every copy in an exterior category as identical. When deciding whether to buy, sell, or trade, compare listings with matching version and condition details.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Fracture Case

Open a Fracture Case for a chance to receive XM1014 | Entombed. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened, but no new Fracture Cases drop. The skin's stated opening chance is 1.07%, so opening a case does not let buyers select Entombed directly.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Restricted skins from The Fracture Collection produces a Classified skin from that collection. Entombed is a possible result, but the outcome is random among the collection's Classified skins. This route offers another way to obtain the finish without selecting it directly.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy XM1014 | Entombed through the Steam Community Market to choose an existing listing rather than attempt a random case result. Check the listed exterior and version against the intended purchase. Compare the exact float where available, especially when considering multiple copies with the same exterior label.

5. Trade with Other Players

XM1014 | Entombed can also be acquired by trading with other players. Before accepting a trade, verify the item name, exterior, exact float, and whether the offered copy is standard, StatTrak, or Souvenir. Those details help keep the comparison focused on the actual item being exchanged.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Fracture Case openings draw from existing case supply, with no new drops replenishing it, although openings and trade-ups can still produce Entombed copies. Market listings include multiple exteriors and StatTrak versions, making like-for-like comparisons important when evaluating a trade. Professional ownership provides some visibility, but it does not establish future demand or how quickly a seller will find a buyer.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Retired Fracture Case supply is not replenished through drops

• Classified rarity limits its chance from case openings

• Ownership by frozen, misutaaa, and volt

• Distinctive Egyptian styling with blue and gold detailing

The editorial investment rating is medium-to-good, supported by retired case supply, Classified rarity, and documented professional ownership. The main risk is uncertain future demand, while existing case openings and trade-ups can continue adding copies. Case retirement supports the supply argument, but it does not establish future price growth.
