About this skin

How is a skin affected by its quality?

Quality describes exterior condition, which is tied to float value rather than rarity. Cyber Shell ranges from 0.00 to 0.85 and is available from Factory New through Battle-Scarred.

How does the rarity of a skin work?

Rarity is a skin's grade and relates to its likelihood of appearing from a case. Cyber Shell is Restricted, with a 3.2% chance from Snakebite Case openings.

How much does P250 | Cyber Shell cost?

P250 | Cyber Shell ranges from $0.28 to $14.83. The range covers the whole skin; compare exterior, float and version in individual listings.

Which case contains P250 | Cyber Shell?

P250 | Cyber Shell comes from the Snakebite Case. That case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought and opened.

What float range and exteriors does P250 | Cyber Shell have?

P250 | Cyber Shell has a float range of 0.00 to 0.85. It comes in Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Does P250 | Cyber Shell have StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions?

Yes, P250 | Cyber Shell has both StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions. Check version and exterior separately when comparing listings.

Short Description

P250 | Cyber Shell is a CS2 pistol skin with a metallic silver slide, black frame and dark teal grip. Red accents and a hexagonal grip texture give the finish a technical character. Its restrained layout suits players who prefer mechanical detail over large illustrations. All exterior grades are available, alongside StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.

Description

P250 | Cyber Shell applies a Gunsmith finish to the P250 pistol in CS2. The weapon combines low recoil with a high firing rate and is a relatively inexpensive option against armored opponents. Its silver slide contrasts with a mostly black lower frame, keeping the main silhouette visually restrained. Dark teal texture on the grip adds color without dominating the whole pistol. Narrow red details highlight the rear slide serrations, trigger and grip edges. This balance suits loadouts built around dark colors, metallic surfaces or small red accents. Buyers can compare exterior, float value and version when choosing a copy for play or collection. Checking those details separately helps distinguish the finish's appearance from the particular options attached to a listing.

History and Origin

Cyber Shell was released on May 3, 2021, alongside the Snakebite Case. Its introduction came through the Snakebite Case Skins update. Steam Workshop community designer Desty created the finish, giving the pistol its silver-and-hexagon design. The skin belongs to The Snakebite Collection, which also provides its trade-up route. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. The Snakebite Case no longer drops, so fresh case drops do not replenish its supply. Existing cases can still be bought and opened, keeping that acquisition route separate from the original release. Today, buyers can also obtain individual copies through marketplaces, player trades or qualifying trade-up contracts.

Finish Style

The Gunsmith finish pairs a metallic silver slide with darker surfaces across the pistol. Dark side panels break up the silver, while narrow red lines cross the rear serrations. The lower frame is mostly black, with small red accents above the trigger and around the grip. A red trigger and a small red-and-white detail beneath the barrel opening continue the accent color. The grip carries a dark teal hexagonal texture that provides the finish's strongest patterned area. Its front edge has red stripes, and a silver base connects it visually to the slide. Faint lettering adds another layer of detail along the upper section. Overall, the design concentrates its decoration on the grip and slide rather than covering every surface equally.

Float Value

P250 | Cyber Shell has a float range of 0.00 to 0.85. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, covering every exterior category. StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions also exist, with version availability separate from the cosmetic condition represented by exterior and float.

Rarity and Popularity

Cyber Shell has the Restricted rarity grade. Opening the Snakebite Case has a 3.2% chance of producing this skin, so the case route does not guarantee the desired result. Documented professional owners include s1mple, daps and rain, though ownership alone does not establish future demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Metallic silver slide with restrained red accents

• Dark teal hexagonal grip adds distinctive texture

• All exterior grades offer condition choices

• StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions broaden collecting options

Price Range

The live P250 | Cyber Shell price range is $0.28 to $14.83. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than fixed exterior or version combinations. Its modest price level makes it approachable as a pistol skin, without establishing an investment trend. Compare the asking price with each listing's exterior, float value and standard, StatTrak or Souvenir status. Buyers looking to buy, sell or trade should compare matching options rather than treating every Cyber Shell copy as interchangeable.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Snakebite Case

Opening the Snakebite Case can produce Cyber Shell, but the outcome is random. The case no longer drops, although existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A trade-up contract using 10 Mil-Spec Grade skins from The Snakebite Collection produces 1 Restricted skin from that collection. Cyber Shell is a possible result, not a guaranteed outcome.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Individual Cyber Shell copies can be bought on the Steam Community Market. Check the listing's exterior and version, then compare its float value where available before choosing a copy.

5. Trade with Other Players

Cyber Shell can also be obtained through trades with other players. Verify the offered copy's exterior, float and version before agreeing to exchange items.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Retired case drops limit fresh case supply, but existing cases and trade-up contracts can still produce additional Cyber Shell copies. Professional ownership provides some visibility, while evidence for sustained demand or future price growth remains limited. Compare equivalent exteriors and versions when assessing listings, rather than assuming case retirement will raise every copy's value.

Reasons it Holds Value

• No new Snakebite Case drops

• Documented ownership by professional players

• Accessible price level for play-skin buyers

• Distinctive metallic slide and hexagonal grip

The investment rating is medium, supported by retired case drops, professional ownership and an accessible price level. However, existing cases and trade-up contracts can still add copies, so the skin's supply is not fixed. Uncertain future demand is the main risk, and these factors do not establish expected returns.
