P250 | Apep's Curse

P250 | Apep's Curse is a CS2 pistol skin with Egyptian-inspired decoration over a dark bronze-brown finish. Gold-colored detailing, red and turquoise bands, and an eye-like grip motif suit players who prefer ornate weapon designs. Buyers can choose from the full exterior range, with standard and Souvenir versions available.

Description

P250 | Apep's Curse gives the CS2 pistol a Gunsmith finish built around Egyptian patterns and materials. The weapon combines low recoil with a quick firing rate, offering a relatively inexpensive option against armored opponents. Its dark body provides a backdrop for gold-colored edges and fine etched-looking lines. Red and turquoise accents add color toward the rear without replacing the bronze-brown base. The decorated grip extends the theme beyond the slide, making the design visible across most of the weapon. This finish suits players building a gold-accented loadout or looking for detailed artwork on a pistol. Standard and Souvenir versions offer different ownership options, while exterior and float value help distinguish individual listings. Buyers comparing copies should inspect the pictured finish alongside the version and condition rather than choosing solely by the exterior label.

History and Origin

The skin arrived on April 24, 2023, with the "Anubis Skins" update. It belongs to The Anubis Collection, which connects its release to its collection-based acquisition routes. Steam Workshop community designer apel8 created the finish. Egyptian decorative patterns and materials provided the artistic inspiration for its painted appearance. The flavor text references opposition to Ra, adding an Egyptian thematic detail beyond the artwork. Today, buyers can obtain existing copies through the Steam Community Market or player-to-player trades, while trade-up contracts offer another route. Souvenir availability spans 4 packages, including the Paris 2023 Anubis Souvenir Package and Copenhagen 2024 Anubis Souvenir Package.

Finish Style

The Gunsmith finish uses dark bronze-brown across the slide and frame as its main visual foundation. Gold-colored edging outlines parts of the pistol, giving the dark surfaces brighter boundaries. Fine, irregular lines create an etched-looking texture rather than a flat block of color. Narrow red and turquoise vertical bands decorate the rear sections of the slide and frame. The grip carries curved gold linework over a dark brown background, with an eye-like motif near its upper section. A pale gold grip base continues the metallic color theme below that decoration. Matching pale gold accents appear on the trigger and small controls, while the muzzle openings remain dark. Together, these details create a richly decorated Egyptian-inspired finish with its brightest colors concentrated toward the rear.

Float Value

P250 | Apep's Curse has a float range of 0.00 to 1.00. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred, so none of the standard exterior categories are missing. Souvenir versions are available, but there is no StatTrak™ version; version availability is separate from the cosmetic condition of an individual copy.

Rarity and Popularity

P250 | Apep's Curse has Classified rarity within The Anubis Collection. Its acquisition chance from that collection is 0.064%, which does not describe the outcome of a trade-up contract. Documented professional owners include n0thing, nicoodoz and acoR, providing ownership context without establishing broader market demand.

Why it’s Popular:

• Egyptian-inspired decoration across most of the pistol

• Gold detailing against a dark bronze-brown base

• Red and turquoise accents toward the rear

• Souvenir options for collection-focused buyers

Price Range

The live P250 | Apep's Curse price range is $28.12 to $1,120.47. These bounds cover the whole skin rather than a fixed exterior or version. Compare standard and Souvenir listings separately, then check each copy's exterior, float value and pictured condition. A useful CS2 skin price comparison considers those details together instead of treating every listing with the same exterior label as identical.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Souvenir Package

Open a compatible Anubis Souvenir package for a chance to obtain this skin in Souvenir form. Available examples include the Paris 2023 Anubis Souvenir Package and Copenhagen 2024 Anubis Souvenir Package, but opening a package does not guarantee this result.

3. Trade Up Contracts

A Trade Up Contract using 10 Restricted skins from The Anubis Collection produces a Classified skin from that collection. Apep's Curse is a possible outcome, but the result is random among the collection's Classified skins.

4. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy an existing P250 | Apep's Curse listing on the Steam Community Market rather than relying on a random collection result. Check the listed exterior, float value and whether the copy is standard or Souvenir before purchasing.

5. Trade with Other Players

Trade with another player to obtain an existing copy in exchange for items both parties agree on. Confirm the exact skin, exterior, float value and version in the trade before accepting.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Professional ownership provides some visibility, but there is not enough evidence to establish supply trends, sustained demand or resale speed. Buyers looking to buy, sell or trade should compare standard and Souvenir copies by exterior, float and current asking price. An attractive finish alone does not establish a reliable short-term trading opportunity.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Classified rarity within The Anubis Collection

• Documented ownership by n0thing, nicoodoz and acoR

• Distinctive Egyptian-inspired Gunsmith artwork

• Standard and Souvenir collecting options

The investment rating is medium, supported by Classified rarity, distinctive artwork and documented professional ownership rather than evidence of a rising market. The main risk is uncertain future demand and supply, so the finish's appeal should not be treated as a promise of resale returns.
