Flip Knife | Safari Mesh

★ Flip Knife | Safari Mesh is a CS2 knife skin with a subdued olive-and-khaki finish. Broad blade patches contrast with a finer mesh pattern on the olive-brown handle. Its earthy palette suits camouflage-themed loadouts and players who prefer restrained colors. Standard and StatTrak™ versions are available across all listed exteriors, from Factory New to Battle-Scarred.

Description

★ Flip Knife | Safari Mesh applies a stencil-based finish to the Flip Knife's curved, back-swept blade. The pointed profile remains clearly outlined by a narrow silver cutting edge. Muted green and khaki patches give the blade a camouflage appearance without bright painted accents. The handle carries denser detailing, combining a mesh pattern with visible grooves and fasteners. Valve created the finish, making it a Valve-designed option rather than a community submission. Its restrained colors suit players building an earthy loadout around their knife slot. Buyers can choose between standard copies and versions equipped with StatTrak. When comparing listings, the exterior, exact float value, version, and visible finish deserve separate attention.

History and Origin

Valve released ★ Flip Knife | Safari Mesh on August 14, 2013, through the CS:GO Weapon Case in the Arms Deal update. The finish was created by Valve rather than a community designer. Its other containers include the eSports 2013 Case, Operation Bravo Case, and CS:GO Weapon Case 2. Further sources are the eSports 2013 Winter Case, Winter Offensive Weapon Case, and CS:GO Weapon Case 3. It also appears in the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case, eSports 2014 Summer Case, Operation Vanguard Weapon Case, and Revolver Case. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. As of October 9, 2026, none of these source cases receives new drops. Existing cases can still be bought and opened, while existing knives remain obtainable through marketplaces and player trades.

Finish Style

Safari Mesh uses the Spray-Paint finish style, with mesh fencing and cardboard shapes providing the stencils. Muted olive green and khaki form broad, irregular patches across the blade. These larger shapes contrast with the more densely patterned handle. A thin silver edge follows the curved blade and emphasizes its back-swept outline. Near the handle, the serrations expose bright metallic faces against the subdued painted areas. The olive-brown handle carries a fine mesh pattern across much of its surface. Raised diagonal grooves, small dark holes, and round fasteners interrupt that texture. Together, these details create an earthy, utilitarian appearance with both broad color blocks and finer surface detail.

Float Value

The float range for ★ Flip Knife | Safari Mesh is 0.06 to 0.80. Its available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred. Both standard and StatTrak versions exist, while no Souvenir version is available; version choice is separate from cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

★ Flip Knife | Safari Mesh has Covert rarity. Its chance of appearing from the CS:GO Weapon Case is 0.0039%, which should not be treated as the odds for its other cases. Buyers can also obtain existing standard or StatTrak copies through marketplace listings and player trades without relying on a case opening.

Why it’s Popular:

• Muted olive and khaki colors suit earthy loadouts

• Broad blade patches contrast with the detailed mesh handle

• Silver edges define the curved blade

• Standard and StatTrak options cover every available exterior

Price Range

The live CS2 skin price range for ★ Flip Knife | Safari Mesh is $100.00 to $599.99. These bounds cover the whole skin, not particular exteriors or versions. Exterior labels describe condition, while exact floats help distinguish copies within an exterior. Standard and StatTrak listings should be assessed separately, without assuming a fixed price relationship. Listing images also help buyers judge whether the visible blade and handle match their preferred look.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open a Weapon Case

Opening a compatible case, such as the CS:GO Weapon Case or Operation Bravo Case, offers a chance at this knife. Its source cases no longer receive new drops, but existing cases can still be bought and opened. An opening does not guarantee Safari Mesh.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

The Steam Community Market provides a route to buying existing copies of this knife. Buyers should compare the exterior and StatTrak status before choosing a listing. Exact float values are also relevant when assessing copies within the same exterior.

4. Trade with Other Players

Player-to-player trades offer another way to acquire an existing Safari Mesh knife. Before agreeing to a swap, both parties should check the item name, exterior, float, and StatTrak status. The whole-skin price range is not a substitute for comparing the specific versions involved.

Trading and Investment Considerations

Its source cases no longer receive new drops, so future openings draw on the remaining case supply. Existing knives can still circulate through sales and trades, while demand and short-term resale prospects remain uncertain. Buyers looking to buy, sell, or trade should compare matching exteriors and versions rather than treating every copy as equivalent.

Reasons it Holds Value

• No new drops replenish its source cases

• Valve-created finish with an established release history

• Covert rarity with low original-case opening odds

• Standard and StatTrak versions offer distinct ownership choices

The investment rating is medium, supported by retired source cases and an established Valve finish. That supply backdrop does not establish rising demand or future price growth. The main risk is paying a price that resale demand cannot support, especially when comparing unlike exteriors or versions.
