Falchion Knife | Forest DDPAT

The ★ Falchion Knife | Forest DDPAT is a CS2 knife skin with pixelated camouflage across its curved blade and handle. Muted green, olive, tan, and dark brown give the finish an understated forest palette. Its look suits camouflage-themed inventories and players who prefer earthy colors over bright accents. All exteriors are available, alongside standard and StatTrak™ versions.

Description

The ★ Falchion Knife | Forest DDPAT brings a digital camouflage finish to a curved, clip point knife in CS2. Its Hydrographic finish uses small, irregular blocks of color rather than flowing lines or large decorative illustrations. Green, olive, tan, and dark brown cover the blade and patterned handle sections, creating a consistent palette across the weapon. The mostly solid central handle provides a quieter area between the densely patterned sections. A thin silver-gray outline along the cutting edge adds contrast without changing the finish's muted character. This combination suits players looking for a forest-themed knife with both patterned surfaces and clearly defined metal edges. Standard and StatTrak versions offer a version choice alongside the available exterior conditions. Buyers can compare listing images, float value, and exterior to find a copy that matches their preferred balance of condition and appearance.

History and Origin

The ★ Falchion Knife | Forest DDPAT entered CS:GO on May 26, 2015. It arrived with the Falchion Case as part of the Operation Bloodhound update. Valve created the skin, rather than a community designer. The underlying knife takes its inspiration from a falchion sword, expressed through a modern curved edge and clip point blade. Valve retired the rare drop pool on December 17, 2025. As of October 9, 2026, the Falchion Case no longer drops. Existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened, preserving the case-opening route despite the end of new case drops. Today, buyers can also obtain an existing copy through marketplace purchases or trades with other players, without relying on a case result.

Finish Style

Forest DDPAT uses a Hydrographic finish to place digital camouflage across the Falchion Knife's blade and handle. Its palette combines muted green and olive with tan and dark brown, keeping the overall appearance grounded in earthy colors. Small, blocky patches form irregular pixelated shapes rather than a smooth gradient or a single uninterrupted color field. The curved blade carries this dense pattern across its broad surface, with the cutting edge outlined in thin silver-gray. Patterned sections continue onto the handle, connecting the grip visually with the blade. The central handle area is mostly solid dark olive-brown, providing a clear break from the surrounding camouflage. Green circular fasteners remain visible against that darker center, adding small points of color within the plain section. Silver-gray edging also appears around parts of the handle, separating the dense camouflage from the weapon's outlined shape.

Float Value

The float value of the ★ Falchion Knife | Forest DDPAT ranges from 0.06 to 0.80. Available exteriors are Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, so no exterior category is missing. Standard and StatTrak versions are available; version availability is separate from cosmetic condition.

Rarity and Popularity

The ★ Falchion Knife | Forest DDPAT has Covert rarity. Its stated chance from a Falchion Case opening is 0.02%, making the case route an uncertain way to obtain this specific finish. Although the case no longer drops, existing cases remain openable, and existing skin copies can be bought or traded.

Why it’s Popular:

• Muted forest colors suit camouflage-themed loadouts

• Pixelated pattern connects the blade and handle

• Plain central grip balances the dense camouflage

• Standard and StatTrak versions offer buyer choice

Price Range

The live ★ Falchion Knife | Forest DDPAT price range is $50.77 to $2,433.92. These bounds cover the whole skin, rather than a particular exterior or version. Compare standard and StatTrak listings separately, then check the exterior when assessing an individual CS2 skin price. Float value and listing images help distinguish copies within the same exterior, so the condition label should not be the only comparison point. For a buy, sell, or trade decision, match the version and visible condition instead of treating the overall range as an individual copy's price.

How to Obtain

1. Buy Directly through Eneba Skins

One of the fastest and most straightforward options is to purchase skins directly through Eneba Skins. You can browse available CS2 skins, compare prices, and choose the items that best fit your budget.

2. Open the Falchion Case

Open a Falchion Case for a chance at this knife, with a stated probability of 0.02%. The case no longer drops, but existing cases can still be bought on the market and opened. Opening does not guarantee this finish, so it differs from buying a specific listed copy.

3. Buy on the Steam Community Market

Buy the skin through the Steam Community Market by selecting an available listing. Check the exterior and whether the item is standard or StatTrak before comparing its price. A direct purchase selects an existing copy rather than relying on the Falchion Case's opening odds.

4. Trade with Other Players

Trade with another player who owns a copy of the knife. Compare the offered item's exterior, float value, version, and visible condition before agreeing to the exchange. This route depends on finding an acceptable offer, rather than obtaining the skin through a case opening.

Trading and Investment Considerations

New Falchion Cases no longer enter through drops, and opening remaining cases reduces that existing case supply while potentially adding more skin copies. For trading, compare standard and StatTrak versions by exterior and float instead of assuming the finish has a single resale price. Case retirement alone does not establish a rising price trend or sustained buyer demand.

Reasons it Holds Value

• Falchion Case supply is no longer replenished through drops

• Distinctive digital camouflage spans the blade and handle

• Standard and StatTrak versions support different buying preferences

• All exterior categories offer condition-focused buying choices

The investment rating is medium: retired case supply supports the holding argument, but evidence for sustained demand or price appreciation remains limited. The main risk is uncertain resale interest while existing cases can still produce additional copies. This makes condition and purchase price important considerations, without implying future returns.
